As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a sincere smile and attentive yet never intrusive service. The ambiance is meticulously crafted, elegant yet warm, making you feel instantly at home. The food? Simply extraordinary. Each dish is a small masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. Super-fresh ingredients, creative yet balanced combinations, and generous portions. The wine list is well-stocked, and the staff was impeccable in recommending the perfect pairing. A special mention goes to the dessert, which truly capped off the evening. An explosion of flavors! 27/08/2025: As far as I'm concerned, it's one of the best restaurants in Calabria. As someone who works in the industry, I have to say they offer incredible value for money, they work with the finest ingredients with great professionalism and skill, and I can assure you, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, they do an incredible job.

20/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, with a knowledgeable and helpful owner. The food is cooked to perfection, and I deserve to compliment the chef. The value for money is also good. Unfortunately, I'm giving it one star for the cover charge... I've never experienced paying €5 per person anywhere, even though I often dine at various restaurants. This certainly isn't a problem that detracts from the quality of everything else. Anyway, I recommend the restaurant...

The dishes are carefully prepared, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the flavors showcase the ingredients to their fullest. Despite the high quality, the prices remain fair, which is not to be taken for granted and is absolutely appreciated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location, a renovated old olive oil mill, is stunning and contributes to a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who love good seafood and are looking for a place that combines taste, friendliness, and beauty.

28/08/2025: Lunch with friends on the eve of Ferragosto (August 15th). The place was packed, but the waiters were always present. We ordered several appetizers, including potato and mushroom tart, beef carpaccio, sautéed potatoes with onion, French fries and cardoncelli mushrooms, grilled caciocavallo cheese, and caciocapra with porcini mushrooms. Tagliatelle with mushrooms was the first course, and we finished with tiramisu served in a cappuccino cup and maritozzi with tiramisu. Considering the time of year and the number of people present, the experience was positive. Many tables were eating pan pizza, which looked good, but we didn't try it.

26/08/2025: A fantastic place, a restaurant and pizzeria with an entirely gluten-free menu. Quality local products. Three evenings in SILA, three evenings at Semaforo. We tried everything from pizza and pasta to sandwiches, and gave them all 4 stars. Recommended

24/08/2025: The best Cremolata ever, but the service was very poorly organized. Given the influx of people, more staff is needed to order and, above all, respect the tables in order of arrival!
