The facility is pleasant and the staff are friendly, but the spa experience was less relaxing due to the noisy groups. Greater control over the quiet and the number of guests present at a time would be helpful.

A 4-star hotel? The English skills are absolutely terrible. The breakfast, which was supposed to be a buffet but wasn't, was unfortunately only sweet and very limited. On the first day, we were given coffee that had definitely been brewed before – undrinkable. There was mold in some parts of the bathroom. They wanted an extra 10 euros for an hour in the swimming pool.

We were given a voucher for a stay at this property. Due to various issues, we were unable to arrive before the voucher expired. It's fair that vouchers have an expiration date, but I think a little flexibility is warranted by accommodations in areas where there isn't much tourism. Requesting an extension required payment of 10% of the voucher, increasing the more weeks passed before the expiration date. Furthermore, the voucher had to be used on days established by them, Monday through Thursday. I think the strategy for such properties in less crowded areas should be different, perhaps encouraging access as much as possible. I might have returned if given the chance, but I certainly won't even consider staying there now, not ever.

Our stay was a two-faceted experience, marked by moments of excellence alternating with significant logistical inconveniences. Among the most positive aspects, I'd like to highlight the quality of the spa program: being guided by a dedicated operator transformed the wellness ritual into a moment of true relaxation, elevating it above the traditional standard programs. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with meticulous attention to detail and a selection of the highest-quality products, demonstrating great care for the guests. However, the overall experience was compromised by the hotel's management, which coincided with a wedding hosted during our stay. The complete lack of parking spaces reserved for hotel guests forced us to search for a parking space. Furthermore, the fact that we were unable to use the on-site restaurant, which was also entirely dedicated to the private event, was a significant limitation, as it deprived us of the catering service without adequate notice. It's a real shame, because the facility is meticulously maintained, but managing services during external events requires much more careful planning to avoid negatively impacting guests' experience. Unfortunately, this rating reflects the balance between the excellent quality of the services offered and the organizational shortcomings encountered. We hope to change our minds in the future. The wellness program is very well organized. The value for money is excellent. The changing room is equipped with lockers with a code of your choice. Robe, slippers, and the necessary plastic caps for accessing the pools are provided. The program was relaxing, we'll be back soon.

My wife and I treated ourselves to a wonderful weekend at the Biafora Resort & Spa. Upon our arrival, we were greeted wonderfully by Gianluca, a gracious and elegant man. He immediately assigned us to our clean and welcoming room. After settling in, we went to the wellness center, where the entire staff welcomed us and accompanied us on a wonderful four-hour health and relaxation program, including an excellent massage performed by truly expert staff. We returned to our room to get ready and then headed to the excellent dinner with delicious food, meticulously prepared in both quality and service. The dinner was accompanied by a good wine, served and described by the excellent wait staff. We then slept comfortably and relaxingly, and in the morning we went to enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Biafora is a stunning corner of our wonderful Calabria, an unforgettable experience, one to recommend and, above all, to repeat. Thanks to Gianluca and all the wonderful staff, Mauro and Giovanna.
