18/01/2026: Discovered this place through the Michelin guide. On our way home, we stopped for lunch (after booking during the week). The place is located in a hilltop village in a quiet, panoramic area. We had a very good lunch; the place is new and well-kept, overlooking the valley. The staff is kind and very attentive, and the dishes are excellent and well-presented. The menu is extensive, with interesting off-menu options. I highly recommend this place for its tranquility and quality.

11/12/2025: I've known them since they opened. A small brewery in the center of Noventa Vicentina, with a diverse selection of craft beers, on tap or in bottles, from various breweries. The staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, making you feel right at home. They also offer food, with a modest menu, but adequate for the location. It's a shame they don't offer fried food.

14/11/2025: Lunchtime sandwich + beer. Amazing sandwich. 1) Excellent meat 2) Excellent bread 3) Bacon and overall cooking quality are top-notch. If I had to compare it to the competition, I'd say this one wins (there's only one other place known for its grill). 4) Excellent beer selection (which these days... is already important). Conclusion? I'll be back... not every day, but I'll definitely be back.

14/10/2025: Splendid location Trattoria located in an old mill, beautifully restored, with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a garden, and a pond where you can relax on wooden benches. Superlative food, decidedly above-average, and attentive service. From the appetizers to the Amaro del Frate liqueur, you feel cared for and well-attended. A unique experience, worth repeating.

18/01/2026: We stayed at the Glam Boutique Hotel for Vicenzaoro 2026. The service was excellent, from booking cars to collect us/take us to the airport; arranging dinner reservations at the very last minute and organising space on the (complimentary) shuttle to and from the show, the front desk team could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were charming, not to mention replying to emails within minutes. The hotel is ideally situated for walking to dinner/exploring Vicenza and the rooms are really comfortable. This hotel is a gem and I would not hesitate to recommend it!

12/12/2025: Excellent location, just steps from the pedestrian area. Very nice location. My room was a standard one, inside the courtyard, very beautiful and well-furnished... functional, albeit small. Sleeping was difficult because of the building's heating motors... you could hear everything, and I'll definitely mention this. If I'd known, I would have booked a better, more expensive room; at least I would have gotten some rest... They need to soundproof it so as not to inconvenience guests who spend less. I expected more from a boutique hotel... disappointed with the quality of my sleep...

04/11/2025: Out of this world!! Super little place that you absolutely have to try. Out of the way, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but... Sandwiches: superb!!! Tasty, fresh, top-quality ingredients. The pizza: incredibly light dough. It's on par with big names like Sorbillo; in fact, they're the ones who beat them here, and without even apologizing. The only downside: the service needs improvement. There's no ice for the drinks, but that can easily be fixed.

01/02/2026: A small, yet very characteristic Indian restaurant in the city center. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes, and we split them up so we could try more: meat samosas, two lamb dishes with different sauces, and their signature bread. Everything was very good, especially the lamb sauces and the tenderness of the meat, but the portions weren't particularly generous. It was a shame about the rather long wait (we waited over an hour for our dish), but I like to think the wait was justified by the fact that everything was freshly cooked. The staff was very friendly, so I definitely recommend this place.

11/12/2025: What a wonderful discovery! The dishes were so well-crafted, we didn't miss the restaurants we'd tried in Japan at all—quite the opposite. The tasting menu is well-balanced and allows you to try multiple dishes on the menu. Highly recommended. Kudos to the lovely owners and staff; we'll definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Aji - Japanese Restaurant offers the incredible privilege of transporting your taste buds directly to the land of the Rising Sun, forgetting for a few hours that you're in the Vicenza area. The passion that the two owners, Francesca and Giulio, convey is evident in every dish. I came here for the first time with my partner for her birthday, and we tried the Wagyu tasting. It was the perfect choice. Every dish we were lucky enough to try truly wowed us. The Ramen, in particular, was sublime, a practically perfect balance of flavors with no one ingredient overpowering the other. To top it all off, I also enjoyed the sake tasting, which, thanks to a coherent and thoughtful pairing, made the experience even more complete and enjoyable. All this was topped off by Francesca's kindness and ever-gracious presence, with whom we even had the opportunity to chat a little after dinner in the shop area, where you can find rare gems of carefully selected Japanese craftsmanship—another sign of the profound passion and respect these two wonderful people have for this incredible country. If you haven't already been, treat yourself and spend an evening at Aji. We had such a great time that by the time we paid, we already booked for next time. 28/01/2026: Well done, simply good! Keep it up! Suggestion: Improve the signage outside on the street, otherwise it'll be hard to tell it's a restaurant.

04/01/2026: I went today for the first time to celebrate my dad's birthday; we were a surprise, even though he'd been years ago, but he's always raved about it. Everything was delicious. I had the spaghetti with squid ink. In other restaurants, I usually find them very salty. Here, I even mopped up the sauce with the spaghetti and confirmed that the salt was more than adequate. The fried food was dry and delicious, as was the tropical panna cotta or something similar, which was also delicious. We'll definitely be back without waiting for a birthday party. 🤣
