01/10/2025: The front desk staff is courteous and extremely helpful for all of a guest's needs. The hotel location is a comfortable walking distance to the historic center of Vicenza and several nearby restaurants. I enjoyed the high fashion and luxury artwork and decor, although next time I will spend more and get a slightly larger room.

14/09/2025: The place is very welcoming, with a brazier right at the entrance that makes the place warm and inviting. Service was quick despite the crowds. The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and made you feel right at home. The smoked Black Angus carpaccio was delicious! The grilled meat? Mouth-watering! Try it! The trio of side dishes was delicious; I loved the baked potatoes, superb! Finally, the homemade dessert was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money! What can I say? Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: Excellent food quality. Generous and tasty first courses. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer satisfaction. Service is a bit slow, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Cover charge is €3. Reservations are recommended, even for lunch on weekends.

13/10/2025: *Dinner with relatives* I visited the "Al Viso" restaurant with relatives, about 20 people, and I can say it was truly an incredible experience! The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and very attentive to the customers' needs. The food was simply divine! We ordered appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all delicious. My favorite was the truffle basket, simply exquisite! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; it felt like being at home with relatives. The price was very fair considering the quality and quantity of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat well and feel at home. I will definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

04/10/2025: A traditional restaurant, with fabulous food, a well-stocked wine list, and very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Go there, you won't regret it!

At the restaurant, I waited 40 minutes for the appetizer, which was good, another half hour for the main course, which was far below what it should have been, and a good 20 minutes for dessert. The room had no hangers for trousers; it was especially absurd that the front desk didn't bother to provide one, saying they didn't have one. There was also an annoying noise coming from the electrical panel. A historic venue, but with some management issues. It's a shame.

It deserves much more than a 3-star rating. Highly recommended. Thank you.
