23/04/2026: My husband and I had lunch at Trattoria Campiano and were thrilled. It was a beautiful experience in every way, starting with the breathtaking lake view, which made the atmosphere truly magical. The food was simply excellent: we started with delicious fried rabbit meatballs, followed by an exceptional courtyard ragù. The real highlight was the Juvenca beef, amazing and incredibly tender, which we paired with a wonderful Ripasso Superiore wine, capable of enhancing every flavor. Topping it all off, the service was impeccable: attentive and professional staff made us feel pampered from start to finish. If you're looking for quality, tradition, and a unique view, this trattoria is the ideal place. Highly recommended! Until next time, thank you so much ❤️

14/04/2026: We had lunch for two, ordering polenta with mushrooms and cheese and trout with polenta and green beans. We also had sparkling water and two coffees. We spent 44 euros. A bit pricey considering we didn't even order an appetizer, but the food was very good.

12/10/2025: We're served bottled tap water, treated with the Culligan system, at the "modest" price of €3.20! The bottle is clearly dirty inside. We ask for sealed bottled water and are told they only have that type of water. This alone would deserve a lower rating. The veranda overlooking the lake has a central iron band that effectively blocks the view. The male staff isn't friendly, and a few more smiles wouldn't hurt. The pizza (Neapolitan style) is good, and the food, overall, is good (which is what matters!).

We visited here several times during our vacation, and it was our favorite restaurant because it was absolutely amazing value for money. The service is friendly, and the herbs are picked directly from the garden. You could see it being picked. Highly recommended!

19/04/2026: On the recommendation of a dear friend, I went to this restaurant with my wife. The place is run by very professional, polite, helpful, and kind people, assisted by a truly talented chef and pizza chef. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, resulting in a varied, delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented menu. The pizzas are also top-notch. A special mention goes to the trio of desserts prepared on-site. The place is highly recommended for its cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and quality. We'll be back as soon as we can, as we live in Bergamo, and we'll bring others with us, confident we'll make a great impression.

10/10/2025: Excellent little bar. we discovered this bar in 2023 we were served by Leo, lovely friendly polite young guy, we returned this year and he recognised us straight away which is so nice after two years!! 22/04/2026: We were in Malcesine again and ate at the Hotel Alpino (opposite the parking lot entrance in the center) again. I had the seafood, and my wife had a rather large sea bream, which also included a salad and fries. Everything was well prepared and, at €42, a good value. No cover charge.

18/04/2026: The hotel itself is average. The rooms are clean but basic and a little cramped, the shower is also very cramped. The location is great, next to the waterside and almost in the center of town. Service was friendly and helpful. While it did have parking, it was a seven minute walk away and in a rather cramped alley, so if you have a really wide car you wont fit, but it did it's job and definitely isn't a detriment. Hotel breakfast was also decent. Overall an average experience, though I can commend the employees for being friendly.
