We had a wonderful dinner here this evening. The vitello tonnato, gnocchi, and lasagna were absolutely delicious. And to finish, the tiramisu was so good – we've rarely eaten anything like it. Highly recommended.

We had the wild boar goulash with polenta. The goulash was very good, but with polenta.
That's not for everyone.
In my opinion, pasta is better.
Polenta tastes like nothing; it needs a lot of sauce, otherwise you're in trouble.
Everything else is great; the owner and staff do a fantastic job.

EXCELLENT food, VERY KIND staff. We went last night for dinner with two dogs. The place and the staff are pet-friendly, as they complimented us so much and very kindly brought two bowls without asking so the dogs wouldn't suffer too much from the heat. If you're in Malcesine (specifically in Retelino), we think it's something you should try because there's food you don't always get, with the addition of a grappa with olive leaves that's really delicious, as are the desserts, not to mention the rest of the food, which is truly super good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best meal of our vacation.
The gnocchi and lasagna were delicious and simply authentic. The tiramisu was the highlight! 😍 We were able to sample a homemade olive oil liqueur, which we then bought in the shop!
The service was professional and incredibly friendly! We were seated right in the alley, but it was still pleasant and quiet for our meal.
We'd love to come back!!
