Valentine's Day lunch for two seniors in their sixties. Good food, professional and friendly waitress Lara! Historic place with a pleasant atmosphere. The only shame is we didn't come sooner! We'll definitely make up for it!

The service was excellent, the restaurant atmosphere was very elegant, the music was pleasant, and the food was truly delicious, albeit a bit salty. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous, so one is enough to fill you up. I'll definitely be back.

20/07/2025: It s like coming home to family. We really love this hotel and it s dog friendly. Our dog Charlie also enjoyed hotel second year. They always welcome us really warmly and food is amazing also rooms. I only recommend. Charlie+Karolina+Christopher 💕
16/07/2025: Fantastic historic hotel in the heart of Venice. The love for this hotel is easy to understand! Wonderful staff, service, food, rooms -- and the best (and I understand biggest) pool in Venice. What a great place -- worthy of the Belmond name.

02/04/2026: A perfect location right in the center, Attentive and helpful staff, A large room, a bathtub, and comfortable bedding, A varied breakfast, And above all, the view from our room with the sounds of the gondoliers singing in the background! What more could you ask for to unwind for a few days? I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!
15/03/2026: Perfect location. The rooms are old, but you're only there to sleep; you spend the rest of the day exploring. The bathroom is spacious but uncomfortable to shower in because the shower isn't separate.
