12/09/2025: The restaurant is truly unique. Beautifully decorated, with an elegant atmosphere and only six tables. The staff deserves top marks. From the restaurant manager to the sommelier, right down to the waiters, I must say everyone has an impeccable attitude. They pampered us from start to finish, making our evening unique. The dishes on the Glam menu are all superb. The price is definitely worth the experience.

07/09/2025: This was a superb dining experience - from the warmest of greetings on our arrival by boat by the delightful Elena, to the most relaxing experience sitting in the garden overlooking the canal with our aperitifs. The kitchen performed extraordinarily well, producing a series of thoughtfully orchestrated, beautifully presented, and diversely flavoured dishes. The fish and meat were perfectly cooked; succulent and well positioned to absorb their surrounding creative juices. We opted for the Arte, orti e laguna tasting menu. Drawing extensively on the natural resources of the lagoon and wider locality, this is a signature Venetian culinary experience. The wine pairing was carefully considered and well sourced, often from small Italian wine producers; I thank Augusto for his energising, yet empathetic and informed, suggestions - he is to be applauded. The desserts were strong, but did lack some of the high degree of ingenuity which was a hallmark of the previous courses. They are currently being rethought, and we can expect only the most surprising of delights going forward. However, this did not detract from the overall culinary enjoyment across numerous courses. And, beyond the quality of the ingredients and the cooking, this was simply the most fun we have had in a Michelin star restaurant - clearly down to the esoteric personality and bold confidence of the chef, Donato Ascani (no doubt to some extent empowered and inspired by Enrico Bartolini). We were actively encouraged to "play with our food" - hunting for foie gras wafers hidden in a rosemary bush, discovering our favourite sand smelt sauce, gathering up our utterly delicious sea snail piadini with our fingers - the piadini delicately rolled to resemble the most elegant of Moo Shu - and mopping up sauces with the restaurant's moreish freshly baked bread. The staff added to the enjoyment, complementing the highest level of professionalism with an ease of engagement. By far, the most exciting meal we have had in Venice. We will be back!

26/09/2025: There's always a line outside, which leads you to believe they make excellent gelato. It's good, but nothing extraordinary. The staff is friendly. Prices are in line with other gelato shops.

27/09/2025: What a surprise, Quantum! A refined, elegant, yet intimate venue, perfect for any occasion: from a romantic dinner to an evening with friends or family. The young, highly trained staff exudes passion and professionalism in every detail. The fish is of excellent quality, incredibly fresh, and cooked with great creativity: each dish is a small masterpiece. The talent of the chefs is evident, very young but already extraordinarily skilled. A captivating experience that is absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended, we'll return again and again!

10/10/2025: If you’re in Venice, stop what you’re doing and run to Vino Vero! Best Cicchetti- unique combinations and awesome bread. Amazing wine offerings. Extremely welcoming and hospitable. Literally the reason I travel is to find gems like Vino Vero. Love!!!

07/10/2025: Hipster Venice! Nice little wine bar, no spritzes allowed, cool music playing. We had wine. It was nice. Note that while there's a large selection of cicchetti there were no obvious vegan options.

22/09/2025: Nice and secluded away from tourist spots. Having been to many other spritz places in Venice I can say that the spritz was in the upper half but slightly too sweet for my taste. Music isn't too loud, there isn't another bar in sight so rly good vibes. Kind and helpful staff. Ciccheti were fine - bread a bit stale but did the job to satisfy my hunger. €4 spritz good price for sit down drink.

23/09/2025: The place is very welcoming, warm, and almost exotic with its outdoor garden. Attentive service. The meat is spectacular, however it's prepared. The menu is extensive. The wine list is rather pricey, but the house wine is good.

20/09/2025: Beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, excellent food, well-cooked, and the money spent was essentially money well spent. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was a 750ml bottle of water for 4.50 and a 1/2 litre of loose Cabernet Sauvignon for 7 euros!!! Also, NO! 🙂‍↔️

01/09/2025: From the first moment, my wife and I fell in love with the Villa and the professionalism of the staff who welcomed us and then accompanied us on this journey until our big wedding day! We had no doubt that everything would be perfect, but it was even more so! We didn't have a single guest at our wedding who didn't compliment us on our choice, on the villa, but also on the food, which was beyond excellent and never lacking, and on the waiting staff, who were attentive, kind, and always present, especially with us, the newlyweds, who were looked after and pampered with every need! Special mention goes to the maître d', who was a key figure of the evening. But everyone truly contributed to ensuring that we had 10-star service that day! Valentina, Nicole, Emma, ​​and Elisabetta were guides of unparalleled professionalism and kindness! The location, the grounds, the thoughtful touches, the various options to meet your needs: you can't go wrong with Villa Sagredo, your event will be unique!

25/08/2025: I stayed at Villa Sagredo for a friend's wedding in August. A beautiful place, with a large park, everything was meticulously cared for, down to the smallest details. Excellent food, carefully prepared by the villa staff, not catered. The staff were extremely kind and always available. My sincere compliments and thank you.

17/09/2025: A restaurant from another era, with attentive and personalized service, and high-quality local seafood prepared and served with excellence. Barbara is an attentive and hospitable hostess. Last night we dined on excellent raw fish, along with oysters and a trio of tartares, special marinated anchovies served "parmigiana," freshly caught local scallops, grilled fish including "caciaroli" calamari, prawns, and sole fresh from the fish market... as well as mantis shrimp stew... exceptional! Excellent wines from a good, yet unconventional wine list, and the meal ended with excellent desserts! The bill was more than adequate for the quality. A colleague worth visiting!
