01/05/2025: Place specializing in brunch in the center of Jesolo, very nice welcome, even high outdoor tables. Nice and simple place. Many bowls, pancakes, toasts and much more for sweet and savory breakfast or lunch. Very good prices, fast service, cozy place.

05/04/2025: Friends Mara and Marco manage this pizzeria with passion and quality of the raw materials. Try the pizza in PALA, the pizza at METRO and all the SEASONAL ones! The pasta is also perfect for those who want prolonged cooking: it becomes super crunchy and with that taste that drives you crazy.

22/05/2025: The place is very welcoming, we ate arancino and it was really good, fantastic fried pizza, very good four cheese pizza, really good dough. I recommend it.

25/05/2025: Excellent pizza at a reasonable price and in a cute corner store near a bridge. We stopped in for a quick a quick lunch after exploring Venice. There are a few bar seats against the wall or take-away.

22/05/2025: We had a wonderful time enjoying delicious slices of pizza. We received a very warm welcome, accompanied by a lovely restaurant owner who was able to advise us on the choice and quantity. We were about to order too many slices, so the owner recommended we order a portion and then decide. He was right, as four generous slices satisfied us, avoiding waste and overconsumption. We highly recommend it; go there without hesitation!

05/05/2025: He left my friend in tears! She had ask what type the chocolate looking one was and he said pistachio and chocolate, she then order that one. Without her realizing, he had scooped her regular pistachio and gave it to her. When confronted politely about it being wrong, he refused to fix his mistake and demanded that if we wanted to right one we had to pay for a second even though we had said he can throw the one he originally gave us out himself. After a second confrontation, we translated what we were saying into Italian for better communication and he refused to read. I was in shock as this place has amazing reviews To his reply: none of us wanted straight pistachio. She asked for "that pistachio one" and pointed to the one she had inquired about. I did not make other fake profile as I only have one email. The fact that he is this worked up about asking for the correct flavour after a simple mistake is mind blowing to me. We had simply stepped a foot outside the store and we noticed that she got it wrong and went back in for the correct one. Nothing but poor costumer service in my opinion. Also would add that none of the "fake profiles" you replied on are fake. You were asked by one of our friends if 5 bad reviews were worth a scoop of ice cream (mainly joking) then proceeded to yell at him that you get a million of tourist that will eat it without complaining any day. Plus, it was not eaten, by the end of us trying to get the correct one because she was so excited, it was basically melted, not eaten. Started with miscommunication but ended in a horrendous experience

03/05/2025: All I wanted after dinner was a decent gelato experience, especially from a place boasting 4.8 stars. Unfortunately, this was anything but. The owner was shockingly rude and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I clearly asked for chocolate gelato, but he handed me pistachio—which I’m allergic to. When I pointed out the mistake, he told me I’d have to pay again if I wanted it corrected. In what world does a customer have to pay for the owner’s error, especially when allergies are involved? When I expressed my frustration, he arrogantly claimed that a bad review wouldn’t affect his business because, in his words, “millions of stupid tourists eat here anyway.” Absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favor—skip this place and support a business that actually values its customers.

19/05/2025: Great find in Venice…food was excellent from prosciutto appetizer to entrees to tiramisu dessert. Friendly and warm service.

31/05/2025: Wir wurden an den Tisch begleitet, wurden 15 Minuten immer wieder vertröstet für die Bestellungsaufnahme, obwohl 4 Leute am Tisch abräumen waren. Hinter uns sass eine Familie hin, welche sofort bedient wurde. Dies ist kein Service, sondern eine Beleidigung non plus ultra… wir haben das Hard Rock Venice, ohne zu Bestellen wieder verlassen… und ja, es war nicht Rush Hour - ganz in Gegenteil, 3/4 der Tische waren leer… die Angestellten sind sich auf den Füssen herumgestanden…

31/05/2025: On a very rainy day, we simply jumped in here as my wife is made from sugar… It’s a popular chain with the yanks and we just wanted some respite for an hour…. Food was good without being great….chicken pitta and steak tortillas….steak and chicken cooked well…. Overpriced sodas for sure…..music was too loud. Staff were excellent and food was tasty but it is what it is….American diner in Venice…neither great or awful….pleasant

23/05/2025: The best meal we had in Venice. We ordered two meat and vegetable platters just right for six people to share, and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Great service, too, despite arriving just before closing time. 100% recommended.

17/05/2025: Very nice place, not so crowded as in the touristic part of Venice (as it is located in canarezzio). It serves big and tasty portions but, it's a little bit overpriced! The atmosphere is just exceptional, especially at sunset.

08/05/2025: Very quiet and elegant environment, excellent quality of raw materials, top quality fresh fish, wide choice of wines, compliments, truly professional and kind staff, I was lucky enough to meet the landlady and the chefs "me quito el sombrero". Congratulations, highly recommended place, top quality/price ratio.

31/05/2025: Nous y sommes allés en famille, les notes étant de 4,7 : c’est VRAIMENT surfait! Les produits de la mer utilisés à l’origine sont bons, mais la panure est vraiment écœurante, et le riz gluant que l’on trouve au fond est incongru. Donc au final leur produit est vraiment moyen… mais comme en plus c’est cher !, je mets 2 étoiles au global (sinon c’était 3).
