17/09/2025: On the recommendation of our camping neighbors, we drove there for dinner after a shopping trip. The Italian flair is palpable the moment you step inside. Seconds later, the owner, Francesco, greets us so warmly, as if we've been friends for years. The owner and staff are incredibly attentive and courteous. The pizza and wine are also excellent. Francesco is happy to explain at your table how his special pizza dough is made. It seems Francesco knows each of his guests personally, as he greets everyone by their first name and politely escorts them to their table. When we said goodbye after a lovely evening, we were even given a jar of delicious pistachio cream as a gift, which we're now enjoying very sparingly (so it lasts a long time) at home for breakfast. 10/04/2026: The three of us had dinner at Hostaria Dante Alighieri in Mestre. This is exactly the kind of restaurant I like: cozy, friendly service, good food, and decent house wine. We had an appetizer platter, a fish platter, and tiramisu. I highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are required (online, no problem).

06/04/2026: The place is nice, though fairly basic. The service is friendly, fast, flexible, and punctual. The food, as an all-you-can-eat menu, is mediocre, with very small portions. Even the nigiri are made with small amounts of both rice and fish. I wasn't satisfied.

30/12/2025: We went for lunch yesterday. We'll definitely be back! In winter they're open Monday to Friday, so we were lucky. It's a family-friendly restaurant with very warm service from the waiters and the receptionist. The food was plentiful and delicious. They have a high chair for babies, which was a huge relief for us. I ordered gnocchi with four cheeses and my husband had spaghetti with anchovy sauce. For our main courses, I ordered the classic breaded cutlet with potatoes and my husband had escalope with salad. We had room for dessert, but since it was winter, it wasn't available, so we had a nice coffee instead. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food, and, I repeat, it's a cozy and climate-controlled atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful meal near the beach in winter.

02/03/2026: The staff is rather uninterested and slow... You can't put the phone down to avoid telling customers that they don't accept take-out pizza reservations... Just as you can't say at 6:50 pm "if you want we can make the two pizzas for 9 pm"...!

Warm and friendly atmosphere, extensive menu of meat and seafood, exceptional Glera wine, courteous and helpful service, cleanliness. And a fish and vegetable fry that really should be moved!! Fantastic as an appetizer to share. P.S. I've also seen some great pizzas, but I haven't had the pleasure yet.
