13/02/2026: I happened upon this restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with excellent service and very kind and helpful waiters. Good food, featuring fresh seafood. The mixed antipasto was good and delicate, but I found the pasta with bisque and mantis shrimp tasteless; with more bisque, it would have been much better. Fried food was fine 👍🏻. Overall, I would return and recommend it. Prices are fair.

03/03/2026: It's not just a hotel, it's a palace, it's so beautiful. The Hilton Molino has its own vaporetto exclusively for its guests. It's very comfortable. The rooms are stunning, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming.

21/02/2026: After 12 years of visiting Bibione, we finally made it to Blu Marino in 2025. And we have mixed impressions... The food is absolutely fantastic! Very, very good! Fish, pasta, pizza – everything was truly excellent! There were also several children's dishes to choose from, which isn't usually the case! A huge compliment for that!!! The price/performance ratio is more than just okay. Considering the freshness and quality, the prices are very reasonable!!!! For all of that, I'd gladly give it 5 stars!!! The restaurant is also very clean and inviting, however, the tables are arranged very close together. I understand that every full table counts, but personally, I think it would be better to have one or two fewer tables and slightly increase the prices. What disappointed us, however, was the service in general... A friendly greeting and table assignment, and the waitress taking our order was also very pleasant, but that's where the positives end. In my opinion, it shouldn't happen in a restaurant like this that you're ignored after ordering, that despite the high bill (again, the price is absolutely fair for the food!) there's no "thank you, goodbye," and, most importantly, that when leaving your table with a stroller, you're blocked by a waiter who obviously can't manage to wait exactly two seconds until you've passed him with the stroller, and then parks his trolley right there in that single passageway and leaves it there... Perhaps this is due to the tables being too close together? We unfortunately felt like we were being rushed to clear the table for the next guests. After this evening, we're still undecided about whether we'll visit again, as we've received significantly better service at other restaurants in Bibione (not counting our usual restaurant). We'll see if we meet again in the future. Our house is only a 5-minute walk away... Of course, I understand that sometimes you just have bad luck or it's simply not your best day, but unfortunately, several negative factors came together here. It's a shame, the kitchen really deserved 5 stars.

04/12/2025: Excellent service with lots of attention to details. All the staff were super friendly. The room was great. Perfect location, beautiful decor inside the hotel and through out all floor. All as a 5 star hotel should be. We will be back.

30/11/2025: If you wish live in a gone-by era, stay in Metropole. Each floor’s corridor has a different theme, is a museum by its own right. I would return to sit by the canal & sip way the afternoon tea / Aperol. Did Anthony Vivaldi live in that building ? Its a stunning place, comes a price but worth every cent.
