10/07/2026: There are restaurants where you eat well, and then there are places like Allium, where every detail contributes to making the evening a memorable experience. We appreciated everything, from the welcome to the quality of the dishes. Each course speaks of the work, research, and passion that Alberto and his entire staff put into their work every day. You can sense that behind every dish there is commitment, care, and a strong desire to delight their guests. Great credit also goes to the dining room: Raffaele, along with the rest of the staff, was impeccable. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and always smiling, he helped us enjoy a truly enjoyable evening. It's clear that the entire team works with the same passion and the same goal: to make every guest feel special. Sincere congratulations to everyone. Allium is one of those restaurants where you don't just go to dine, but to enjoy an experience. We'll definitely be back. Bravo! 👏🍾

27/03/2026: Food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered white wine, yet the waiter did not change the red wine glasses, which is a basic detail you would expect at this level. Overall, the service was very poor — there was little to no attention from the staff. No one followed up to check if everything was alright, and we were not even offered dessert. It felt like the waiters were disengaged and not attentive to customers at all. To make matters worse, we had to wait a good 5–10 minutes just to pay the bill, which added to the frustration. A real shame, because the food deserves much better service to match.
