A truly wonderful experience! The service was warm and top-notch, with lovely and welcoming waitresses. The atmosphere is chic yet casual, with a very relaxing feel. We ate wonderfully: we started with a small mortadella tasting, followed by a meat platter and a carbonara. Both were delicious, a true culinary journey! The value for money was also excellent. A special thank you to the two brunette waitresses for their extreme kindness and helpfulness. We will be back with great pleasure! Highly recommended!

I always come here with my boyfriend and his parents, and I have to say it's always delicious, and the prices aren't even high for what they offer. The atmosphere is always very relaxed. The pasta dishes are excellent—carbonara, gricia, and vaccinara are top notch. They almost always have off-menu items, and those are always very good.

I stayed in the area for several days for work, and on the recommendation of my hotel, I tried this restaurant. I highly recommend it. Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere was intimate and refined. Excellent Roman dishes, including top-notch Cacio e Pepe. The cuts of meat are refined and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience of typical Roman cuisine

The food was really great!!!! The price was right, let's say. But I can make a personal comment about the staff wandering around the tables. They look like crazy flutter balls... and the same person never serves you. Overall, a great experience. I recommend it!

A historic restaurant in the city, once a highly regarded landmark. The current management offers Roman cuisine prepared with precision and without compromise. We returned today, after a few years, and the restaurant has not only maintained its quality, but has even improved. We were very satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the friendly, professional service. The first courses, such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, and gricia, are meticulously prepared, using flavorful ingredients and delivering top-notch results. The Roman-style artichokes and puntarelle salad also give you a taste of Rome. They also offer "alternative" meats: kangaroo, zebra, reindeer, and the like. Personally, I prefer to stick to tradition, but in the past I tried a nice cut of bison. The price is reasonable for what's on offer. The space is spacious and the atmosphere is family-friendly, yet quite refined. Well done.
