30/09/2025: Nice restaurant next to St. Mark's Square and the Basilica. The restaurant is over a century old. The food is good and the prices are reasonable for such a touristy place.

14/09/2025: My wife and I went for our anniversary dinner, as we do almost every year. We went here at Tre Garofani. This restaurant is a guarantee: excellent seafood dishes expertly prepared! The chocolate and pistachio dessert was superb. See you soon!

10/10/2025: Trattoria pizzeria da Gioia lives up to the expectation! It’s the hidden gem of San Marco- best place to dine -unwind after checking in at the Hotel San Luca: Venezia.be sure to see Max. He makes your visit to the trattoria fun and enjoyable! Excellent food, ambiance and hospitable staff❤️ Will be sure to visit again and see Chiara and Franco at Hotel Bella Venezia.

10/10/2025: We had a wonderful experience. We went to this restaurant because our hotel is affiliated with it and give us a free drink. We are so glad that we did. Our lovely waiter Max did a fantastic job and helped us to find all the delicious foods that we wanted to eat. It was so welcoming. We enjoyed dinner and then. Free lemon cello and cookies on the house. We just love this restaurant and will be coming back the next time that we are in Venice

29/09/2025: An excellent dinner. The service was very fast, attentive, and friendly, and the place was small but very welcoming and clean. As for the food, however, nothing to complain about. Traditional dishes, impeccable in flavor. I'll definitely return; I'll recommend it.

10/10/2025: Very far from any crowded areas. This restaurant is in a gloomy area and is run by a very rude person. Once seated in the second dining room, I asked to change tables due to the excessive noise caused by two large tables. Initially, we agreed to occupy a table on the terrace. The problem arose when a group of four people came and wanted to occupy that table when I was already booked, and the owner preferred to have four people instead of two. Very shabby. We got up and left. I don't understand the favorable opinions about the staff's friendliness.

01/10/2025: Dinner with friends... impeccable service and excellent dishes... we had arugula and parmesan... various first courses... and the boys had pizza (thin and super topped). Moretti beer and excellent dessert (homemade tiramisu).

11/10/2025: As always, the service is top-notch!! The pizza is delicious in every way. The smiles of the guys and girls at the counter, always very helpful and kind.

16/09/2025: Bacarretto was the finest experience of our Venice stay and honestly our whole Italy trip. We went here for an afternoon lunch and tried the Sicilian fried platter, a delicious al forno, and finished with the best cannoli topped with candied orange along with two perfect espressos. The owner made it even more special — she was so positive, patient, and accommodating. What i love was her pride of sicilian food and culture. Restraunt ambience feels so fresh and homely. Owner was helpful with her recommendations and took time to explain everything so nicely. A truly memorable lunch, highly recommend this place.

27/08/2025: Good food but needs more seasoning and some food tastes gritty. Please clean the seafood better. Also we asked for 2 salads but when they came they both had chicken in it and it was very expensive!! The Chinese staff didn’t seem as friendly as other restaurants. I’m high level Google guide but they did not offer us any limoncello after our meal. Only $5 discount. Every other restaurant in Venice offered us many free limoncello’s. Not a great view, just a brick wall. Grazia

Pasta al ragù per il bambino con all’interno un filo di metallo probabilmente lasciato da qualche spugna usata per lavare le pentole, visto ad occhio nudo appena portato il piatto. Tagliatelle con spezzato di manzo immangiabili, l’unico gusto che si sentiva era il rosmarino. Pasta scotta. Gnocchi al ragu’ d’anatra dove il ragù in realtà era mantecato. Petto d’anatra dove l’unico gusto che si sentiva era la salsa che sovrastava qualsiasi altro sapore. 110 euro in 3 per aver mangiato in modo terribile. A mai più!

14/07/2025: We stayed at this agriturismo for only two nights, but everything was top-notch. The location is perfect for visiting the parks, the rooms, and the breakfast were all fantastic. The owners were welcoming and discreet, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommended.
