10/05/2026: In short: TERRIBLE SERVICE.
The waiter who served us was incredibly rude. He tried to charge us extra for a tiramisu, and when we told him, he only offered to deduct 7 euros from the 18 he was overcharging us. The food is mediocre, the prices are exorbitant, it's not worth the money, and I would never return.
10/05/2026: A luxurious lounge in the heart of Piazza San Marco. Delicious breakfast, croissants with San Daniele tomatoes and superior coffee. Live music. What more could you ask for? Must try at least once in your life.

05/05/2026: The hotel has a great location and a pool. The lady at reception upon our arrival was very nice and helpful. The room was okay and clean. The refrigerator was noisy, so we had to unplug it at night. The bathroom is very small.
Breakfast was okay, the coffee was terrible, there was unfortunately no fruit, and we didn't find the staff particularly friendly.

Helpful and attentive staff.
Good experience.
Excellent value for money for those of us who stayed from May 1 to May 3.

13/04/2026: I turned 29 and wanted to celebrate in an eccentric way. I'm a person with a unique personality and taste, so I asked in advance if they could make heart-shaped pizzas. The pizza chef made all six of them heart-shaped for us! Perfectly cooked, delicious, and above all, very digestible!

03/04/2026: After the hockey game 🏒 my friend and I went to this sandwich shop to get something to eat. A girl 💁🏻♀️ served us at the entrance and sat us down at a table. As for the wait, it's a bit long, but it's worth it because the sandwiches 🍔 are really good and plentiful. The only thing is that the fries aren't included with the dish; you have to order them separately.

The service and the food are simply fantastic...
Great rooms...
05/10/2025: The bathroom was a disaster, the rooms were unfortunately completely dilapidated and very small. The food had little to do with Italian cuisine. All in all, we wouldn't book this hotel again.

We asked how long we'd have to wait and were told they were busy and there would still be a long wait.
They prioritize takeout and not those seated... personally, a huge disappointment.
01/11/2025: A family dinner last night with pizza. Delicious, light pizza. It was hard to choose given the number of pizzas offered.
We ended up with Trevigiana, vegetable pizza, capricciosa, and buffalo mozzarella. Everything was good, and the staff was friendly.
