13/05/2025: I go for a coffee and I realize that I don't have cash on me so I ask to pay by card, the girl turns up her nose saying that she doesn't accept POS payments for so little I filed a complaint with the finance police, refusing the debit card for small amounts is a crime with relative suspension of the license, and I know this well since I have a company too, but I don't force people to only give me cash, we should also understand why they prefer cash

22/05/2025: I wanted a cup of tea. Others wanted ice cream. It was 4 in the afternoon and Bar Furnace seemed to offer it all - yes! said the waiter, I could have a cup of English Breakfast Tea. When it was served by his woman colleague it was Earl Grey. I asked for English Breakfast, I said. You can't have it. Look at the menu. We serve that tea until 3pm not after, she said. I don't like Earl Grey, I said. Humph, she responded, clattering the tea things back on the tray and striding off with it. I had no tea.

22/05/2025: On a hot and humid day like today I found myself walking around Murano, my mood was changing and I was starting to get nervous because of the temperatures. At a certain point I find myself in front of the entrance of this cute ice cream shop, glancing inside I see the counter full of inviting-looking flavors. I go in and inside I find a beautiful girl named Giulia, I still didn't know she would turn my day around... You should know that I am intolerant to both milk and gluten, so I usually struggle to find good ice cream, but Giulia was just right for me!! Between one joke and another she prepared me a STRE-P-E-A-Z cup. I trusted her completely and I would never have imagined a Pineapple-Melon combo. To my surprise it was also super good!! Usually I'm not a fan of flavors like melon, but I have to say that both flavors tasted so much like fruit, it seemed like I was eating a fruit salad!!! I would have eaten three more. And I'm not kidding. The counter was very well stocked with many different flavors, from the most classic ones like pistachio, dark chocolate and coconut to the more unusual ones like Málaga, Amaretto or Mango and Peach. There was also a choice for people like me who can't eat milk, with other flavors like strawberry or lemon. Highly recommended!! If you pass through Murano and want to refresh your mood, I recommend you stop by their place!!! Very kind staff and excellent ice cream Oh I almost forgot, always there, there is also the bar and the furnace :))) Must try.

13/06/2025: Hi everyone, I ate there with my friends yesterday and unfortunately I have to say it was a complete disaster. The service was terrible, not attentive enough, completely disorganized. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco, but nobody checked, nothing. The food wasn't good either. We ordered two pizzas and neither tasted good. We wanted to eat one course together, but they didn't make it. Unfortunately, we were terribly disappointed. I don't recommend eating there.👎👎👎

23/04/2025: Los camareros eran groseros e inútiles. El servicio tomó mucho tiempo. La comida no valía la pena el precio. Tuvimos que llamar a los camareros para todo dos veces, servilletas, menús, factura.

20/04/2025: Ci siamo finiti per caso grazie a un suggerimento dell'hotel, appena arrivati siamo accorti che ci aspettavano una serata speciale. Locale splendido, cucina ottima, ricercata e anche un po' avveniristica. Servizio top, con grande simpatia. 🔝

15/06/2025: Nous sommes venus ce 15 juin à une heure assez tardive pour le déjeuner et pourtant, le service fut parfait. Serveuse très professionnelle et compétente. Ses conseils pour les verres de vin furent judicieux et en accord avec les plats tout aussi bons. Les meilleures pâtes que je n’ai jamais mangé de toute ma vie avec les Parpadelles dans un cadre magnifique. À recommander de toute urgence.

31/12/2024: Everything was delicious, the gentleman who served us told us that we had never eaten a “crespella” like that! And he was right. A delicacy. Have it all heated up and eat it right there in front of you with a good prosecco, you won't regret it.

29/12/2024: Thieves!!! To be boycotted! I took 2 skewers and a tiny box of cuttlefish and spent 20 euros, rotisserie just like at a supermarket counter but it costs double, with prices higher than a restaurant (I wonder in which restaurant or bacaro for 2 skewers of calamari and 2 maximum 3 cicchetti of cuttlefish given the quantity I took I would have spent 20 euros) All this without weighing anything and without a receipt. I suspect that the treatment is due to the fact that I am not from the area. I will never go back and I will not recommend it to anyone.
