03/12/2025: As a longtime patron of this establishment, I was clearly saddened to learn that the previous management, due to retirement, would be leaving. I recently decided to give the new management a chance, but I must say with great sadness that there is no trace of the professionalism and courtesy of the past...only the walls remain of the old Bar Bologna. What a shame.

03/12/2025: The new management truly put together an evening aperitif: a selection of excellent wines that perfectly complemented the occasion, and the bar staff were always friendly and attentive. A truly enjoyable experience.

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

29/09/2025: Worst service ever! I asked for a tramezzino, and they said they couldn’t tell me which ones they had—I had to go look myself at the counter. Not even considering that it took about 20 minutes for the waiter to come help me in the first place. Then, since I decided not to buy anything, the waiter rudely said: ‘But you used my bathroom, you’re obliged to buy something.

30/11/2025: A cappuccino and a coffee with two croissants, very good, for €6.80, served at the table on stools. Good selection and friendly staff. A few parking spaces in front of the pastry shop.

04/10/2025: WHAT HAPPENED? Accustomed as we were to sfogliati (not the usual brioche we're used to, but REAL sfoglia) filled to the brim with pastry cream and cappuccinos served in large cups (at a standard market price), we were DISTURBED: small cups, sfogliati with a drizzle of cream, and sky-high prices (€2 for a cappuccino and €2 for a brioche in the province, which in our opinion cannot be justified with the usual "due to the increase in raw material prices" argument). We weren't just passing through but regulars. We're very sorry, as the service is excellent and the place is a lovely place for a Sunday breakfast, but now we're forced to choose another destination. Please come back again!!! We'll be there!

02/10/2025: Good products, but prices have gone up significantly. It's basically 9 euros for two croissants and two cappuccinos. I don't even pay that much in the center of Padua.

04/10/2025: I ordered with some friends of mine and the guy who delivered the pizzas took €10 from us...that's not good.

08/12/2025: Hours and hours of queues at the drive thru, food forgotten EVERY TIME, EVERY TIME, sandwiches, Coke, chips... SHAMEFUL organization!! I can't take it anymore!!

08/12/2025: It's possible your sandwiches aren't being served due to disorganization and understaffing. 8 / 12 I ordered 3 Chicken Royale burgers and a King Chicken Bacon King menu. The receipt wouldn't print because maintenance is poor. Then I don't know why one of the 4 sandwiches wasn't available for takeout, the same goes for the sauces. The time we wasted after being scammed was 45 minutes. This Burger King is now bankrupt, and I'm sorry to say so. The owner is now copying and pasting to justify his actions without lifting a finger. I highly recommend closing this fast food restaurant.

02/07/2025: I went to Speedy Pizza e Kebab in Padova and I had a pretty good time. The pizza is good, the dough is light, crispy and well-seasoned. The staff was kind and helpful, both in the restaurant and when I ordered from home: the delivery arrived quickly. The restaurant is small, but it does its job. My experience was positive.

01/10/2025: I stopped by for a coffee in the afternoon. The barista was sitting outside smoking. He said, "I'm coming." He sat there for another 5 minutes, then annoyed me and went back outside to smoke. Rudeness personified.

03/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was an extremely negative experience. I booked a table for 20 people (which in the end wasn't for 20 but maybe 8, and the waitress only later told me it was just a support table), and a minimum budget of €170 was agreed upon and clarified several times. No problem until I got there and the waitress told me I had to spend at least €300 because she had kept the sofas for me (which I hadn't requested, but it still seems logical that there should be a minimum seating requirement, but €130 for sagging sofas seems excessive), and because it was very busy and it was a Saturday holiday. I would have been okay with it if she had told me this right away, not pretending to have told me, and even insisting she had sent me the price list (which I never saw or received). Full carafes of water and ice for €50 (not even in Piazza dei Signori in the center of Padua would they dare scam people like that), at a certain point the table and sofas weren't even ours anymore, but rather belonged to whoever was nearby, and no one did anything despite us pointing it out. It was impossible to move, walk, or even speak due to the disproportionate number of people and the music was way too loud for that square meter. Furthermore, in the middle of the evening, coming to ask us to settle the bill immediately, even though we were all there with no intention of leaving any minute, making me feel like a thief, was the icing on the cake, rudeness I've never seen before. I assume making money is more important to you than providing good service, and it showed (in the same line of work, I wouldn't recommend a place like this to anyone except people who are willing to give away money for nothing in return). That said, never again, a totally unexpected disappointment.

17/11/2025: A plate every 10 minutes, watching the other diner eat it in front of you. Average portions, poor quality.

15/11/2025: I went to dinner on Friday night with a friend of mine, delicious dishes and friendly and helpful staff. The bill was very cheap for everything we ate. Highly recommended

02/08/2025: I have no words for this experience, my daughter and her little boy went to get 5 pizzas, when they got home one pizza was completely wrong, seafood was wrong, and they told me first that the seafood is like that, but in reality it was on another pizza with tuna and shrimp surimi, and they replied that it is like that, the seafood from today, but on the menu it is a different pizza, then they told me that I can go there and they will move the surimi!! Then they told me, okay, 50 cents left, and in the end they told me they had to answer another call!!!! Why am I asking to remake the pizza? Are we out of line? You make a mistake and I have to agree? Everyone can make mistakes, but making up lies because you don't want to admit you made a mistake and leave a customer with 10 euros wasted, definitely not. Pizzerias like this are just incompetent, not admitting a mistake and responding by treating a customer like an idiot, they have no reason to exist, stay away. You owe respect to those who pay for one product and receive another. Instead of admitting your mistake, you make up stupid things and answer me rudely on the phone even though you made a mistake. And you knew you were wrong. You took the money, I didn't eat the pizza.

02/08/2025: Nightmare experience, I received the wrong pizza and I told myself it's okay, but how is it okay? If you make a mistake you have to fix it, the pizza isn't free, instead arrogance and contempt for customers, never again. Excuse me, but you feel okay with me, saying the pizza is wrong is okay? You didn't speak to me, but everyone in the house heard what you said, "This is the new seafood, if you want, come back here and I'll move the surimi." Does that seem normal to you? You should have apologized and remade the pizza instead of making excuses with that superior tone you can't have, but I think you don't understand, given what you wrote.
