Trattoria AL GALLO In Padova

08/11/2025: The cappuccino was undrinkable due to the burnt coffee, the creamy brioche was extremely sweet, and the pastries were good. It was very confusing; it wasn't clear whether you ordered at the counter and sat down or at the table. Friendly staff.

12/10/2025: Finding arancini these days in the province of Padua is quite rare, and good ones at that... they are a rarity... at Charlotte they are good, as is the pastry shop. It's a shame that some of the rare things you find around, like the almond horseshoes or the Kiffer, are regularly sold out at lunchtime. At least they should make a few more pieces at weekends! Unfortunately, the owner and the staff in general, who tend to follow the same path, don't stand out for their smiles. The service is good and fast, but a smile with customers behind a counter helps, not to mention that it should be a must, both to deserve the 5th star in the reviews... and to leave the pastry shop happier... what a shame!
