I must admit that Roberta, Luca and all the staff proved to be true professionals and organized the reception in the best possible way. 09/04/2025: Se non avessi letto le recensioni eccellenti, probabilmente non lo avrei considerato: dall'esterno è quasi impercettibile, complice l'insegna ormai scolorita dal tempo. Eppure, si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa grazie all'accogliente atmosfera anni '80, al servizio rapido e, soprattutto, alla qualità dei piatti. Se ce ne sarà l'opportunità, ci torneremo senza dubbio..

30/03/2025: Quando entri senti un buon odore di caminetto. Tipica trattoria. Cucina tradizionale di ottima qualità. Pasta fatta in casa. Consiglio pappardelle alla lepre, gnocchi (come quelli della nonna), brasato di guancetta, contorni buonissimi. Non tralasciate i dolci perché sono speciali. Prezzi giusti. Personale accogliente e simpatico

02/06/2025: We passed by chance and were greeted very kindly, including the dog. I think she was the owner of the place, very kind to say the least, she recommended the dishes to us, including the paella, and what can I say, it was delicious, I recommend it, fast service, if we ever pass by those parts again we will definitely stop.

23/04/2025: Having returned to this ice cream shop after years and years of absence from Padua (almost 30!) I found the same extraordinary quality and taste! The stracciatella (which I loved) has remained the same as it used to be, with large pieces of chocolate inside (and not with sprinkles as done in many other ice cream shops). Despite being lactose intolerant I didn't have any problems: I found the ice creams extremely digestible. If you find yourself in Padua, in the Basilica of Sant'Antonio area, you can't help but treat yourself to an ice cream break at Friso!!

13/04/2025: Gelateria situata a poca distanza dalla basilica di Sant'Antonio. Molto buono il gelato, ottima la nafta, una specialità padovana che consiste in gelato con aggiunta di panna fresca ed amarene.

08/05/2025: I stopped for lunch, kindness and courtesy are not lacking here. Excellent cuisine, if I have to be honest, tasting the dishes made me feel like a kid again when my grandfather cooked for the whole family on Sunday lunch. When I'm in the area I will return with great pleasure.

17/05/2025: The Antonio Ferrari - Storie di cibo e vino restaurant is in the center of Padua, a few steps from Prato della Valle. The restaurant is elegant and well-kept in its details. Walking past it and seeing it from the outside, it intrigues and invites customers to come in. The menu offers traditional dishes carefully presented and with interesting combinations. We were a group of 9 people and we particularly appreciated the plate of mixed cicchetti and the tagliatelle with truffle. The only thing I feel like reporting is perhaps the service, which at times seemed a little too formal and not very spontaneous, although very attentive and friendly.

11/04/2025: Una garanzia su tutti i fronti: cucina casalinga eccellente, materie prime ottime, conduzione del tutto familiare ed un ambiente che ti riporta alla semplicità ed autenticità del territorio. Valentino e Filippo in sala sono sempre sorridenti e non manca mai un sorriso ed una parola gentile, in cucina la loro mamma è superlativa ed ogni giorno prepara prelibatezze che non stancano mai. La pasta fresca è fatta in casa e si sente, tutti i sughi ed i condimenti pure, la carne ha il sapore di buono ed i contorni di genuino, i dolci sono il massimo: come una volta, senza stranezze o gocce sul piatto…solo ottimo cibo: semplice, come il cibo deve essere e dovrebbe rimanere. I vini sono locali e al ristorante Turetta si mangia e si beve come e’ bello fare sui colli e ci si torna sempre volentieri perché il buono non stanca mai. Un locale tradizionale e ben curato è la cornice perfetta per pranzi e cene come a casa, il tutto a prezzi accessibili che rispecchiano perfettamente la filosofia e l’autenticità del posto. 25/03/2025: Excellent restaurant. I ate some excellent cold cuts and a wonderful asparagus and herb risotto. The tagliatelle with encore is also excellent. Really nice owners. Definitely worth trying.

03/06/2025: It is one of the all you can eat restaurants that my wife and I like to go to on weekdays for lunch. It stands out for the good quality of the dishes, a clean, welcoming and quiet environment. While at the competitors in the area you order via "tablet", in this restaurant the customer still fills out the order with "paper and pencil". Even if you are a couple you are made to sit at large tables, an element not to be overlooked given the number of dishes often served at the same time. It is mainly frequented by couples and families. The prices are in line with the competitors (very affordable), quick service by the owner and the guys who are all very efficient and friendly. We order almost exclusively traditional Chinese dishes that we know well and on which we feel we can express a more qualified opinion, naturally taking into account that it is not an à la cart restaurant and the price. We see that the other guests, on the contrary, prefer (and we accept with satisfaction) Japanese specialties. The most common ones are offered (sushi, ramen, tempura) that we also order in small quantities finding them pleasant. Recommended for an informal, pleasant and why not... economical lunch.

02/06/2025: Delizioso ristorante in centro a Padova, non molto grande (consiglio la prenotazione), ma accogliente. Piatti della tradizione, sapori molto gustosi e ben armonizzati. Servizio molto cordiale, cortese e veloce. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità del cibo.
