23/03/2024: Really large and charming place. Mexican and Texan menu. I have tried various dishes since I have been back several times and none of them disappointed me. Excellent, really. The owner is very nice and welcoming. I recommend it to those who want to dine as a couple but also with friends, you will feel like you are on holiday in Mexico.

11/03/2024: La Posada, Rossano Veneto, Top Meat Dinner 10***** In excellent, carefree, serene, pleasant company, we decided to book this place around dinner time on a Tuesday evening. We were enticed by the varied assortment they had available on the menu including starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes, desserts, typical local artisanal dishes... The restaurant appears elegant and well-kept, a Mexican-level restaurant, with high-quality products that the customer can choose from. The welcome was excellent towards customers, who were immediately accompanied to the booked table. After having looked at the menu extensively and asked the waitress for further clarification, we oriented our choice towards 2 second courses and 1 dessert, choosing between typical Mexican dishes, dishes with original presentation and excellent taste. Quick table service, between ordering and receiving, about 15 minutes for all courses, arriving at the table at the same time. The staff is qualified and manages to find every solution for the needs of the customers they are serving. We will definitely be visiting them again in the near future. Fully satisfied with the choice made for that Tuesday evening dinner. Highly recommended for future new customers. Top 10***** N.G. & S.N.

30/03/2024: Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore 😀

03/03/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale viste alcune valutazioni positive. Abbiamo chiesto di pranzare in 4 adulti ci hanno fatto accomodare su 2 piccoli tavolini da bar all’ingresso con il coperto costituito da tovagliette all’americana di carta . Chiesto 4 taglieri con aperitivo da 14€ cd e 4 primi piatti (1 couscous 3 lasagne al carciofo) 3 calici di vino 1 bottiglia acqua. Ci hanno portato invece un MISERO UNICO PICCOLO TAGLIERE con 50% pancetta 30% mortadella 20% prosciutto crudo e alcuni pezzettini di formaggio , coreografia con 2 foglie insalata ,alcune fettine di mela e di arancia , una microscopica ciotolina di miele e marmellata ,e SORPRESA 1 solo aperitivo di 2 dita nel calice, e contemporaneamente i 3 calici con solo 2 dita di vino (visto il costo a calice). Dopo 1 ora abbiamo chiesto notizia dei primi piatti e abbiamo aspettato altri 10 minuti per avere 1 couscous mediocre e lasagne riscaldate ustionanti e passabili. CONCLUSIONE servizio scadente e cibo scarso e mediocre , prezzo alto non corretto per la quantità e qualità di cibo e servizio. Non consigliato.

14/02/2024: We were lucky to get a table as it was full! which is why it is best to book, the place is very intimate and the decor is unusual and welcoming. We ate well by taking an aperitif "taglierino" as a starter which actually had very little of the "taglierino" because it was very filling!

20/03/2024: On a particular evening at the end of February, we had dinner in Colceresa almost by chance, but carefully choosing where to stop. QUORE MATTO "called" us, a place with perhaps not even thirty seats, in which we were welcomed by a very sweet and beautiful smiling girl, daughter of the owners. The place is welcoming, well-kept and has a slightly vintage taste, pleasant, warm and fragrant... we opted for a pizza, but the offering is vast and original: meat dishes with some vegetables put away by Franca and pizza with an amazing dough, left to rise for days, with the patience and care of those who love their profession and consider it a mission to make you eat well. In short... "The cuisine of time", the one made by those who know how to wait for the good seed to ripen and the one made of small attentions for the customer, now disappeared from almost all activities of this type, which offers products from our land, of quality and carefully chosen. Nico and Franca pass around the tables to tell how they do things, to recommend this or that ingredient and so you understand why you like being there: because you feel at ease, among friends, before you even meet them and you already know that they trust you and that you will return. Doing something with love and for love always brings great results, like those achieved by QUORE MATTO, where Franca, between one pizza and another, allows herself the "taste" of letting you taste the first sweet and sour onions made in the afternoon, perhaps after having brought cinnamon baked apple with ice cream! The conversations mix and people exchange a few more smiles, even between one table and another. A perfect and healing experience, as well as a delicious dinner, as only those who do this job can offer while having fun, with joy, passion and, indeed, a TRUE AND EXTRAORDINARY... CRAZY QUORE!
