14/05/2026: All-you-can-eat tigella dinner for four.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the case; we had to constantly ask for more sauces, cold cuts, and even fried gnocco.
Only two small trays were brought, along with four pieces of fried gnocco. The sauces were only able to garnish two tigelle with one type of sauce. To get more cold cuts, sauces, and fried gnocco, you had to ask the waitress several times, and the food took 20 minutes to arrive.
Basically, we just made one extra trip, struggling and constantly asking.
I ordered the cake, they served us a small slice, and they kept the rest, even though we asked for it.
Everywhere we went, when you ordered the whole cake, they asked if you wanted the rest to take home or if they would bring it to the center of the table.
Unfortunately, I didn't make a good impression on the guests I invited; I was dissatisfied, having paid a lot for what they brought us. I emphasize that I asked more than once for more, given the all-you-can-eat formula.
Not to mention, the water was listed at 2.50, but I paid 3.00 and we got 3 bottles. I don't think that's fair.
Sorry, I had hopes for other dinners, but I don't think I'll go again.
It's a shame, the atmosphere is truly beautiful and well-kept. I recommend, if you offer the all-you-can-eat formula, telling the waitresses to ask and check the tables, not having the customer constantly call, even just for bread.

13/05/2026: I went to this place for lunch today to try the tigelle and was really pleased. The tigelle were very good, flavorful and well-made, and the portions were generous: I left feeling really full. The place is very pleasant, well-decorated, and has plenty of seating, making the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly, polite, and pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable. I'd happily recommend this place and would definitely return.

23/05/2026: Absolutely the worst restaurant on the water. The only redeeming feature is the beautiful view of Lake Garda from the top, especially with the sunset in the evening. But that's where the positives end. The service is atrocious. I'm a waiter myself and know what it's like when things get busy. But what goes on here is simply outrageous. You get the feeling that nobody wants to work. We arrived around 5:45 pm. We managed to snag a nice spot in the sun, which was supposedly only free until 7:00 pm. That was fine. We just wanted to enjoy the view, have two Aperol Spritzes, and a Margherita pizza. And it was practically empty. Only four tables were occupied. At 6:15 pm, the waiter finally came, grinning, and when we asked why nothing had been done, the only answer was, "Shift change." Then, they opened the umbrella right in front of us, even though we had wanted to enjoy the sun. When we got up at 6:50 p.m. to leave because the pizza still hadn't arrived, it suddenly appeared out of nowhere. We didn't want the pizza anymore anyway. After all, the table was only free until 7:00 p.m. The waiter, who wanted to know what was going on, didn't apologize, just grinned. Sorry, guys, that was a complete disaster. We won't be visiting this pretentious restaurant again. I don't think the restaurant cares about the reviews. They get plenty of customers every year.
20/05/2026: So, for me, there won't be a second time. I found the menu unsatisfactory, and the price/performance ratio was also unbalanced.

Open wines weren't listed on the menu. However, they did have some when I asked. After ordering, a glass of wine arrived that couldn't possibly have contained 0.2 liters. There wasn't even a fill line.
The service was so inattentive and unfriendly that we felt uncomfortable. Don't expect a single waiter to say "please" or "enjoy your meal."
This place is a tourist trap.
Unfortunately, never again.

05/05/2026: We stopped for a coffee, which we ordered incorrectly, like typical tourists who order in a foreign country the way they would at home... Not only did they have no problem replacing one of the coffees, which they weren't obligated to do, but they gave my companion a sort of masterclass on how to properly order their coffee, or any other coffee for that matter. Delicious pastries, reasonable prices, and excellent service. I give them 5 stars. The establishment itself is a large café with plenty of staff, a good selection of items on display, and a modern, elegant feel, with sofas, tables, etc.

Even though it was right in the center, the prices were reasonable and the Torta was perfect!

Overall quality declining, broken lamps, poorly maintained bathrooms.
The music is also loud and comes from a random speaker instead of a sound system.
The prices are as high as in better locations, or certainly better maintained ones (a medium IPA beer costs €7.50).
