I ate a pizza with a delicious thin and light dough, easy to digest. The ingredients are also top quality.

Congratulations for the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The pizza is the thin crust type and it is only for this reason that I give the food 4 stars because the ingredients are excellent.

Pizza davvero eccellente! Impasto leggero e croccante, il servizio veramente impeccabile, il personale professionale, educato, disponibile. La mia pizza preferita è la 14: pomodori secchi, acciughe, basilico fresco e burrata 😋. Darei davvero più stelle ⭐️ al personale, ci tornerei solo per questo. Sul tiramisù però li batto io😜

Someone told me the best food you will ever have has to be unplanned and in the middle of nowhere. Thats what I would say about this very special place. I was driving from Venice to Garda, and stopped by this random place for dinner. Best pizza I have ever tried ❤️ and the best vibe ever. Calm atmosphere, cute little town, a huge recommendation for anyone 😀 please take a stop here, you will not regret that.

Update from 28 December 2023: this continues to be the best pizza place. The staff are super kind and the pizzas are beyond delicious. We are returning every chance we have! From past experiences: The pizza choice is huge. The crest is very thin and practically you get a fresh and light pizza. The stuff are super kind and some speak English. Make sure you book yourself a table in advance as weekends are quite busy. We’ll be returning for sure!

18/02/2024: A beautiful luxury restaurant however with the ability of the waiters to be engaging even with children in a refined and simple way..
08/02/2024: A pleasant surprise... after calls to numerous restaurants all closed on Monday we came across this restaurant located in a villa with swimming pool... we ate a plate of spaghetti with delicious clams and mussels... the attentive and very kind staff recommended us some 'excellent white wine to accompany... mixed fried fish very good... dry and not at all full of oil... at the end they let us taste some pastries made by them... everything was delicious... they even let us have an encore of the first course and the second course.. I also asked for some grappa for the coffee and they brought us the whole bottle.. to try..

Ristorante - Hotel Villa Mabapa

31/03/2024: An amazing stay if you want a unique experience away from the centre of Venice. Located on the neighbouring island of Lido, it’s a 20-30 min boat ride from San Marco and a 35 min ride from Tronchetto. The property has a great view of the waters and offers a peaceful experience. They arranged a complimentary taxi ride to Murano island, which was great, since it takes quite a bit of effort and time to get there through public transport (boat). Overall, I am glad I picked this stay for my second visit to Venice. Definitely made the experience a bit different and worthy of sharing.
28/03/2024: So overall I would give Hotel Villa Mabapa 3 stars due to a few factors which I experienced whilst visiting in March 2024. First of all the location of the hotel is great, not far from the water taxi stations which makes it very easy to travel to and from Venice. The breakfast at the Hotel wasn’t great, having very little options to actually choose from. Not much hot food like sausage, bacon and fried eggs which was mentioned on the hotels website, it was more like cereal, pastries, yogurts etc, as you could imagine this can be very boring eating it every day as there is little to no change in the breakfast menu from what I saw. Also, I found the customer service at the front desk to be quite poor due to fact that on our last night at the hotel I did not have any milk in our room so I went downstairs at 10:00 pm and asked the receptionist if I could have some milk to make a hot drink, her response was very blunt “ sorry it’s too late now and therefore you cannot have any, you can come down in the morning and get some before you leave” bare in mind, me and my girlfriend told her we are leaving at 2:00 am to go to the airport 5 minutes before. Also, as shown in the pictures bugs were found in our room and on the floor. There was also a hole in the wall. Also to mentioned YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DRINKS YOU HAVE FROM YOUR “MINI BAR”, as me and my girlfriend found out when we checked out. I won’t be staying at Villa Mabapa again.
