16/10/2025: Clean place, delicious, carefully prepared food, extremely friendly staff. If I had to describe it all in one word: delicious.

02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!

29/12/2025: Beautiful and the food is excellent. They're open even in the dead of winter. Highly recommended.

05/03/2026: I personally don't recommend it. It's true that the staff who served us were very friendly and the pasta for the first course was incredibly good. That said, the price is outrageously high. We've eaten much better and cheaper in other places in Venice. Not only is it expensive, but the second course, which was a breaded cutlet, and the breaded chicken fillet weighed about 20 grams, and the potatoes were frozen. They're a complete rip-off, and then they slap on an €8 service charge for no reason. If you can save money, do so. €60 for a meal between two people—the only redeeming feature was the pasta. If you're on a tight budget, it's a bad option, and if you have the money, go somewhere better. I hope this helps.

07/10/2025: The food was really good and not expensive. Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but it was a nice experience for us next to the water. They have gluten free options which is great. I do not put 5 stars because of the mandatory 12.5% in the ticket which felt odd.

19/09/2025: I was looking for a place to have lunch, but seeing all the fascist symbols inside, I even drank the coffee reluctantly, and only because I had already paid for it.

05/10/2025: I treated myself to some ice cream here – the portion was really generous, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was warm and friendly, and I felt welcome. Unfortunately, the ice cream tasted rather average – I wasn't particularly impressed. What I found disappointing was that they only accepted cash payments.

13/02/2026: Great bar with some very fine beers. I know this as a UK CAMRA member. The Italian and German craft beers are kept to perfection. Typically for the region the premises are spotless and very well kept, the toilets especially so. You could eat from the floor here. The music may not be to everyone's taste, but that's subjective. If you want Disco, or Club stuff this is the place for you 😊. The owner Riki and his staff are most attentative, effective and polite. Hey the speak English and I don't speak a word of Italian 😉. Go take a look, you won't be dissapointed. Cheers Riki 🤘.

The alcohol quality was noticeably low, with an unusual aftertaste that suggested poor storage or inferior products. For the prices charged, the value was simply not there. I expected at least a basic standard, but what I received was far below acceptable. Customer service did little to improve the situation. Staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, making it difficult to get assistance or even basic courtesy. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt like an inconvenience. The combination of hygiene concerns, poor drink quality, high prices, and lackluster service created an experience I would not wish on anyone. There are far better establishments where customers are treated with respect and provided with a clean, enjoyable environment. I strongly recommend management conduct a serious review of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service standards. 21/01/2026: The staff was very rude, I waited 5 minutes in front of the cash register [without a queue in front] with the staff (the gentleman) who did not consider it vitally important to serve me, while I was explaining my requests to him.

06/01/2026: Rude and offensive staff. It's embarrassing that a company like Feltrinelli employs such low-quality and, I repeat, RUDE staff. Especially the short blonde girl who won't answer your questions and laughs in your face.
