16/08/2024: Don't order coffee unless you know how much you'll pay like we did. It was OK, but 8 euros for a doppio expresso and 6 for an americano is just CRAZY!

14/08/2024: 2x Fanta small = 14€. A joke! Of course, the prices are not on the drinks menu. Avoid this place! The prices are >50% more expensive than everywhere else!!!!!

01/08/2024: This restaurant is my new go-to. We came here 2 nights in a row. First time I had the lasagna and it was beautiful. Second night I had the penne with chili oil and a chicken breast. They knocked it out of the park again. The house red wine is a great price at 6eu for a 1/2 bottle and the staff speak multiple languages and were friendly. The owner even came over and bought us limoncello shots at the end of our dinner. I will come back here again.

21/07/2024: Abbiamo pranzato pensando che ma si dove la mangi una pizza scadente è quasi impossibile bhe da sara ho il dubbio sia surgelata non siamo andati a vedere per paura di una conferma ma cancellato per sempre questa pizzeria. Voto 0 di incoraggiamento

16/08/2024: Hotel is great, price is good, location good, rooms good, breakfast good. AC it's like the rest of the world that is not climate controlled America. Humidity is normal for an island.

15/08/2024: Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in!! When we checked in there was a super intense chlorine smell, impressively the room and bathroom was still dirty. We wanted to air out the smell, but the window was blocked from the outside, (guess because it opened into an allyway), and therefore there was no day-light in the room. There was a door next to the window which also opened into the allyway and was partially blocked, and we could not lock the door from the inside. Felt really unsafe and like a jail cell. -bedsheets had yellow stains when we checked in. The walls were also extremely dirty, and dust in all the corners. -there were also ants in the room and bathroom. Bathroom also had a weird mold smell after the chlorine smell went away after a couple of days. We also found a worm in the shower at some point. -breakfast, disgusting. The temperature was so hot that the cheese and hams were sweaty, and you did not know for how long they had been out there, was afraid of food poisoning. Often no space in the breakfast room. The waitress making the coffee did not know what she was doing, and i amongst other things got a double espresso that tasted like watered out filter coffee. -our room was also situated a couple of meters from the breakfast room and kitchen, and there was a huge gap under the door. We could therefore hear absolute everything that happened outside, everyone walking past etc, and in the morning when the staff was preparing breakfast it was therefore extremely loud and it almost sounded like they were trying to make as much noise as possible with smashing the cups and plates and cutlery against each other. Impossible to sleep in the noise! -so all in all, absolutely disgusting hotel, should be rated as a 1 star hotel and not 3 so that people know what they are getting into.

05/08/2024: I decided to stop at Gelateria Gelo for a crepe, but the experience was nothing short of disastrous. First, I was served a ready-made and packaged crepe, completely lacking in freshness. What's more, it was accompanied by a paltry spoonful of Nutella, a ridiculous amount that doesn't justify the price paid at all. As if that wasn't enough, the girls at the counter had the nerve to make fun of me for the fact that I was ordering a crepe in the summer, as if it were strange or out of place. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. In summary, the quality of the product is terrible and the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone going to this ice cream shop.

02/08/2024: The ice cream was spoiled and we had to pay for it despite a complaint. Employees were completely overwhelmed and are not customer-oriented. Never again !

28/07/2024: Great place to eat in Venice, good service, great food and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it to everybody.

19/07/2024: My friend and I went for breakfast.. we had 1 pistachio brioche and a pistachio muffin.. but the truth is that I have never eaten such a disgusting muffin in my life. Inside the pistachio cream muffin it was very hard (it can even break your teeth). I asked him is it normal to be so hard? He replied “yes, what do I heat?” I said okay. Afterwards I waited almost 15 minutes but it disappeared and it didn't give me anything. (I couldn't put a photo for that) 😂 anyway even the pistachio brioche cream was as hard as the photo. However you have to pay first for that you have nothing to say or do. I would not go or recommend this place. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

18/06/2024: I went to this amazing place in May. Daniel was the waiter, he was amazing. The food was great. And i met two wonderful souls, Elena & Gordon. We talked about life and Eurotrip. Thanks my friends! I hope you are reading this! Pura vida. 🇨🇷

15/03/2024: I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service left much to be desired. The person trying to attract customers from outside was so rude and really pushy. I've never encountered such behavior before.

01/11/2023: Ci siamo fermati a cena passando davanti a questo ristorante che disponeva di vari tavoli lungo un canale a fianco del ponte del diavolo il personale molto cortese ed efficiente il cibo buono sia i primi che i secondi e anche dolci. Prezzo medio alto ma per Venezia non è affatto alto
