Bora Bora In Chioggia

Three of us went for dinner. We had one of the Thai dishes, a schnitzel with chips and mussels. Everything was delicious. The homemade desserts, classic and strawberry tiramisu, were also delicious. Recommended!

Pad Thai is really good; it's the closest thing I've ever had to what I've eaten in Thailand. Okay, a little less spicy, but that's fine, otherwise Italians who don't like spicy food wouldn't be able to eat it. Quick and attentive service, very little wait, and the dishes arrived together (pad Thai, mixed fried food, spaghetti with clams). The bill was good. Only one complaint: the spaghetti was a little salty. Overall, everything was delicious.

Food okay, restrooms so-so, staff friendliness—room for improvement... One year later... Upon entering the outdoor seating area, we were immediately given an ashtray at our table. This was half an hour before opening. We ordered our food at 7:00 PM. The waiter said nothing. Our appetizer salad arrived, and we started eating. Then the waiter came and informed us that smoking was no longer allowed in the outdoor seating area. What was permitted when we arrived was suddenly prohibited half an hour later?! The prohibitions were also posted on the refrigerator: cigarettes, laptops, and listening to music. 😝🤑 We asked the waiter why he hadn't answered truthfully when we asked if smoking was allowed. He said nothing and disappeared behind the counter...?? My husband's meal was awful. The carrots were mush (like baby food), and the chicken had tough bits. It was disappointing. Bora Bora has closed down, unfortunately. My husband received a €10 discount when paying due to the inconvenience. We'll look for other places where everything is back to normal 🙃 There are plenty of nice places where smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating area...

Nice place on the waterfront. Excellent grilled fish. Good service and reasonable wait times.
