17/12/2024: A local hidden gem. The restaurant has family-run vibes and is warm, homey, and conveniently placed - about 1 minute from the Cà D’oro vaporetto. The decor is tasteful and classy but still down-to-earth. The staff are kind, observant, and genuinely want you to have a positive experience. The food was spectacular and reasonably pieced. I can highly recommend this place to someone looking to experience a true local Venetian trattoria.

08/12/2024: While the atmosphere is authentic and warm, the food was disappointing. The same side dish for many starters and main courses, along with high prices. Not even the bread was good enough to eat. There are several other options nearby, so it’s worth trying something else.

25/10/2024: Mi è piaciuto questo piccolo Bistrot dopo il Ponte Vecchio. Ho ordinato un solo piatto fuori menù ed era ottimo. Erano già le 14 passate. Un posto dove ritornare.

12/08/2024: Entriamo da fuori sembrava davvero un bel locale. Bariste molto poco cordiali. Chiediamo se c’è la possibilità di stare dentro a bere qualcosa e ci viene detto “se volete” in un modo poco cortese ed educato. Chiedo dove si trova il bagno e come se non bastasse mi indica il bagno degli uomini nella sala giù quando il bagno delle donne è nella sala principale vicino l’ingresso. Chiediamo se possano essere fatte delle patatine fritte, specifico, non un fuori menu ma scritte sia sul menu sia su dei foglietti messi sui tavoli e alle 17.30 ci viene risposto che non fanno le patatine fritte. Ordiniamo allora un toast, fatto veramente tanto per essere fatto, neanche una salvietta sul tavolo e nello spritz c’era più ghiaccio che altro. Lavorare nella ristorazione è essere sempre disponibili e dare sempre il massimo per il cliente anche quando non si ha voglia, e il comportamento di queste bariste non rispecchia ciò. Sicuramente non ci torneremo e consiglio al proprietario di prendere provvedimenti non essendo gli unici ad essersi trovati male.

04/12/2024: A perfect place for a lunch break! I go to this cafe almost every week during my lunch break, and every time it is a pleasant experience. The two girls who work are always extremely kind and helpful, they really create a welcoming atmosphere! The food is always of excellent quality, furthermore, the service is always quick but of good quality, which shows the attention they put into everything they do. It has become my favorite place for a quick and quality lunch break in Cadoneghe. Highly recommended!

18/11/2024: 2 teas, one with peach and one with lemon, paid €9, and they only brought a tray of chips, crazy prices that continually increase, it's not worth it anymore

26/08/2024: Il posto è molto grande e "dog friendly", e alla fine abbiamo pure cenato decentemente, tuttavia c'è un aspetto che mi preme sottolineare e che purtroppo porta ad abbassare molto la media... il personale è un po insistente nel proporti piatti più costosi in sostituzione di quelli che il cliente ordina. Si tratta di una pratica che, evidentemente, è stata forzata dai proprietari verso il personale, dato che in altri tavoli ho visto fare uguale. In sostanza, se ordini, non so, la tagliata più economica (da 16€) ti suggeriscono che è "poco abbondante" e che sarebbe meglio ordinare la qualità di carne XXX o YYY, sicuramente migliore, ma che alla fine viene venduta ad etto, con scontata lievitazione dei costi. Lo trovo personalmente un po scorretto, cercare di forzare l'acquisto di piatti particolari, sottolineando come quelli "base" siano poveri... non metteteli allora! Alla fine, abbiamo vinto noi, e siamo riusciti a prendere una tagliata da dividere per due (avevamo poca fame), più diversi contorni di verdure grigliate. Alla fine era tutto in quantità e qualità sufficiente. Non abbiamo provato la pizza. Non posso quindi valutare questo aspetto.

12/07/2024: Carino il locale, buonissima la pizza!! Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità e la cottura della pizza era perfetta. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. Credo sia la pizza migliore di tutta la provincia! Grazie, torneremo presto a trovarvi!

18/12/2024: I really like this café, it is one of a few in Padova with quality coffee but it depends so much on the barista… please train them all, posting the difference between cappuccinos, the beautiful one is from a guy (10.12.) the other one is today (18.12.)

26/07/2024: We celebrated our wedding at Villa Bevilacqua in 2022. Our big day was originally supposed to take place in 2020, but due to the pandemic we were forced to postpone the wedding. A big compliment and thank you to Miresi and Anna who accompanied us with so much love and understanding. We realized afterwards that we hadn't left a review yet and we wanted to do so. The organization, as well as the service and the food… everything was perfect. Anna even accompanied me to church because I had a huge and heavy dress. :-) Many of our guests came from abroad and everyone felt very comfortable and praised the location highly. We can absolutely recommend Castello Bevilacqua and Villa Bevilacqua. Grazie da Cuore!

25/07/2024: The positive points of this location are the well-kept park, the two tensile structures and the dinner room which is very nice and obviously the adjacent Bevilacqua Castle where you can stay for the first night as newlyweds. The owner Miresi has always been available and friendly in communicating via What's App, and professional, so we believed that on our wedding day we would have the same treatment, but it was the opposite. The ceremony began at 4 pm, and was symbolic, with the master of ceremonies offered by the location, but instead of arriving on time or at least 5 minutes early, he arrived late, so the ceremony did not begin before 4.20 pm, in there wasn't even the slightest effort on his part to tell the guests "stand up for the bride's entrance", it was the first time he read the speech, zero preparation. Once the ceremony is over, in the aperitif structure I realize that in the tableau de marriage the tables are all wrong. I could not believe! Shortly thereafter, still at the aperitif, a person who we thought was a waiter dressed in black (we found out the next day from Miresi that he was the maître and his name was Bacchiasio, he hadn't even introduced himself) began to asking me questions about dinner time and what time we wanted to go up to the dining room to have dinner, because he had to tell the chef when to put the rice in. Having no idea what time it was, I tell him that we have just started the aperitif and that I'll tell him in a bit, he replies that he needs to know immediately because otherwise the rice will "overcook" if he puts it in too much Before. But I say, does this seem normal to you? these are details that needed to be clarified beforehand, with a time schedule already completed to be shared with the team of waiters and kitchen and us as spouses, but it had to be done before, certainly not on the wedding day. The time comes to cut the cake, the cake comes out, and all my decorating flowers and my cake topper are missing. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this point. But that's not all, Bacchiasio approaches us with a photo bomb to teach us "how to cut the cake". I say, but how do you do it? after having rushed us from the beginning of the aperitif to the cutting of the cake and then you give me the cake of my wedding, one of the most important moments, without flowers and without anything?? At that point I had no words or energy left. I pretended nothing happened, cut the cake and toasted, also because what could I do? make a scene in front of everyone? To conclude the evening, while we were there dancing, it was just after midnight (assuming that we had the rent of the Villa until 1am, with the music stopping at 00:30) and I see Bacchiasio and his team starting to get rid of my bow (the one I had used for the ceremony and the cutting of the cake), they remove the lights, and go around with their rubbish bags among the guests. Without even asking myself if I had wanted to keep the flowers or give them to some guests. Again, limitless indifference. The next day I talked to Miresi about all this, and without any empathy she told me that she was just sorry. End. For them, the fact that they had pestered me all evening, stressed about the schedule and everything that happened in the meantime was fine as it was. We felt disappointed and left the location with a bad taste in our mouth, because even though we had fun (fortunately), there were many things that could have gone better or even not happened if there had been care and attention. interest from staff. And yet, it's bad to say, but once you pay, no one cares. I hope that by sharing this experience, the Villa Bevilacqua staff can improve and that it will not be repeated in the future for another couple.

03/01/2025: They are presumptuous, rude and incompetent!! I order a pizza, when it arrives I realize that it is wrong, so I try to call the pizzeria on the phone and point out that the ingredients of the pizza did not correspond to the one I had ordered. Initially they wanted to be right, then when I told them that I had the menu they went to read it in front and then they agreed with me "right" but saying that the next time I order a pizza I have to be the one to specify that I want the pizza with the ingredients on the menu!! But that's crazy!! The positive note is that thanks to this episode I tried another pizzeria that truly deserves it!!

27/12/2024: Very popular among locals, deservedly so. Cappuccinos are way above Venice standards, and the wide selection of pastry is fresh and tasty. However, the place is objectively understaffed, which I’m convinced may be the source of some of the recent criticisms.

09/12/2024: We arrived on a Monday at 6:00 p.m. and two rather unpleasant people told us that it is closed, when on the same door it says that it is open every day until 8:00 p.m. Reading the reviews, the better.

02/10/2024: Ho cenato recentemente una Domenica sera ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta dell'hamburger che ho mangiato. Personale giovane e posto abbastanza piccolo. Prezzi a mio avviso troppo elevati rispetto alla tipologia prodotto offerto.

10/09/2024: Il locale è molto carino, piccolo ma accogliente. Buona scelta di panini con ingredienti particolari e prezzi devo dire economici. Ma gli hamburger devono migliorare, non abbiamo trovato un buon gusto e nemmeno un equilibrio negli ingredienti. Le patatine proprio no.

05/12/2023: Everything was great, the minus is that some dishes from the menu are not available. There were no oysters and scallops. In general, the menu needs to be expanded, I really like shrimp in sweet and sour sauce, but it is not included in the menu, I also like sweet bread in the form of a mouse, it was not available either. I advise you to update the menu and increase the number of customers. On the plus side, the fish was very fresh.
