01/12/2024: Il toast alle verdure cotto sulla piastra del cibo animale, ti arriva il sapore della carne nel panino. (!) Lo snack non prevede le due tovagliette di CARTA (!) , le tolgono per usarle in un altro tavolo. infine i caffè da 5€ ciascuno non prevedono i biscottini, che devi chiedere, dolci solo freddi, zero fette di panettone... solo immagine...Da evitare,

13/11/2024: Noto locale del Gruppo Alajmo presente al piano terra del Fondaco dei Tedeschi Location molto bella e particolare, nel cortile interno dello storico edificio , il personale è gentile e attento. Servizio veloce , qualità ottima (abbiamo provato degli snack : tramezzini , focacce , ben farciti con ingredienti di alta qualità) Prezzi medio alti, del tutto in linea con la categoria del Locale

25/08/2024: L'ultimo giorno di vacanza scegliamo questo ristorante/pizzeria per cenare, abbiamo preso 3 secondi con contorno, niente di eccezionale,e 3 birre e 3 dolci, esattamente lo strudel, per me un po' caro.

20/08/2024: Caratteristico locale di montagna con piatti tipici della zona. Accolti con cortesia da un personale giovane, col sorriso e molto disponibile. Comodo al centro del paese e alle passeggiate in zona. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare se si passa di lì.

30/11/2024: Pizze molto buone, ricche di ingredienti e facilmente digeribili. Consiglio il mezzo metro per la pasta soffice.

25/12/2024: Grand cheeseburger wasn’t grand, it was a small cheeseburger and the cheese was burnt. The meatballs were overcooked and tasted horrible.

12/07/2024: 2 pizzas arrived late and cold.. And it's not the first time.. They would also be good but.. we're not there..

30/08/2024: General overview - food was good (probably 4*) but service really lacking most days (probably 2* or even 1*) to the point where we stopped visiting. ✅ first visit was excellent, had veggie pizza options, great service by man in white shirt who appeared to be the manager at the time. ❌ second visit incredibly poor, different staff, different floor manager, felt completely ignored, most of the time we were there no staff visible or accessible. When we asked to pay, we were asked if we were sure if we didn't want desserts, but we hadn't even been given a dessert menu. Really poor. Food was lovely however, we had the tortellino and risotto options. ❌ third visit unfortunately just as bad. Seated, water offered up, left for 20 minutes before orders taken. Coca cola wasn't brought until reminded when food was delivered. Food was good again. Complimentary bread basket also brought, in 3 visits this was the first time this had happened. After this visit, we decided we would either not eat here again or we would order it to go and have it in our room. It almost started to feel like others were getting preferential service, possibly because they were tipping, but we paid by card and it didn't seem to be an option. Notes - the 'coperta' is a non optional charge, apparently for the cutlery etc. It replaces a service charge and is common across Italy. - the water offered is actually 3E per bottle, and never seems to be delivered intact, rather they open it first and pour. It is entirely possible the bottles are just refilled with tap water.

28/06/2024: Big inconsistency between the menu and the dishes served, already from the appetizer the fassona steak was seasoned differently from what was written but, the waitress had warned us, we took it anyway and it was very good, from then on the big disappointment calamarata was without the chopped mussels and clams and the bottarga, not even the ombrai, I can't say it was bad but it was certainly not what I expected, the desserts were frozen cream with a smoothie in something unidentified, accompanied by a mango puree tasteless overall. It's a shame the reviews had made us imagine a refined dinner in a beautiful square instead... an experience not to be repeated

10/09/2024: Avevo prenotato per stasera 10 settembre tramite "the fork" ricevendo regolare conferma della prenotazione. Arrivo alle 20,10, e... sorpresa! Il ristorante è chiuso. Se questa è l'attenzione per i clienti...

12/08/2024: Locale carino e semplice, personale molto attento e preciso e simpatico. cibo ottimo( noi abbiamo preso 2 carpaccio di tonno con pomodorini e rucola, insalata di polipo con patate e capperi, tagliata di manzo con cottura ottima e molta saporita, frittura di pesce e grigliata mista di pesce questa fenomenale. ) Focaccina fatta da loro strepitosa. Prezzo il giusto. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille di tutto.

31/07/2024: L’endroit où nous voulions prendre le petit déjeuner a été pris d’assaut et nous avons dû nous rabattre sur celui-ci. Je ne vais pas épiloguer, ce n’était juste pas bon du tout. Sauf si vous avez le palais anesthésié et que vous voulez juste vous remplir l’estomac avec un déjeuner à 12€, allez-y.

07/11/2024: This morning I went with my mother to have breakfast. The treatment of the bartender (perhaps the owner) was a bit excessive!! Without a specific reason he started saying that here it works like all bars, the bartenders are bartenders and the customers are not bartenders (only because my mother, a 60 year old lady, was slow in deciding what she wanted). Maybe it's racism, maybe it's frustration or maybe it's nervousness. The fact is that if you work in front of the public you cannot be rude because a lady is late in deciding what to order. I didn't like the response and the tone used, but out of respect for the lady who gave me life I didn't respond badly even though she would have more than deserved it for her rudeness. I hope this middle-aged bartender's ways change and your service improves.

08/12/2024: I took two piadinas, a "legend" and a "delicious" one, almost halfway through the piadina we realized that the ingredients were not the ones ordered, they made a mix, mixed them, fortunately we are not allergic but this thing should not happen, ever! terrible service.

08/12/2024: If you don't know how to smile, don't work in contact with the public. If you don't think it's important to keep tables clean, don't open in the restaurant business.

17/08/2024: Staff cordiale, cibo eccellente, musica top, prezzo onesto osteria tipica veneziana con camerieri veneziani e non la ormai diffusa gestione da cinesi. oltre l‘ottimo cibo addirittura la musica sottofondo era top, perciò non c‘e nulla da lamentarsi. voto 5 stelle su 5 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏼💪🏼

16/08/2024: We had a dinner here and were very pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere, the excellent food (old-fashioned delicious Venetian offerings) and the outstanding service. In particular, Andrea, the restaurant manager, with humouros and delightful savoir-faire, assisted us, adding a wonderful touch to a memorable dinner. Needless to say, the prices are very reasonable, hard to beat in such an expensive city as Venice, where eating out is often associated to average, pricey, food.
