27/09/2025: We're happy with Pizza Flash; we've been ordering from them for months. The guys who deliver the pizzas have always been friendly; they've only been late a few times, but that can happen. And the pizzas are good.

11/11/2025: The location is perfect, near St. Mark's Square. We walked there from where we caught the Vaooreto bus. There are many restaurants nearby, small markets, etc. What was bad was the service; the receptionist was very rude. The hotel didn't mention the air conditioning; it has it, but they don't turn it on at this time of year, and the advertisement only said it was there. So it was a very bad situation because when we spoke to reception, they responded very rudely. I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

09/11/2025: Terrible hotel. My partner and I stayed from November 4th to 7th, and they put us in apartments outside the hotel with broken furniture, an unbearable smell in the bathroom, and awful sheets and blankets. We had a three-night stay, but we left the hotel on the second night because we couldn't sleep there for another night. Poor service, terrible customer service, and a substandard hotel. Never again.

07/10/2025: We ordered six pizzas. I understand that problems can arise with the Tuesday promotion (missing an ingredient), but hearing them rudely say that Tuesdays are like Saturdays for them doesn't really matter to me. If you can't handle orders on certain days, either organize yourself with more staff or don't run the promotion. I want to point out that the person who responded to me should consider taking a course in personal balance and, above all, respect for the customer. Good luck and never again.

24/08/2025: All pizzas are €6.50 on Tuesdays.

16/04/2025: Disgusting. The eggplant was old, dry, and overly salty, the soy sauce was stale, and the service left much to be desired. Never again.

25/02/2025: Good morning Not just a shop but also a self-service bar/restaurant. Prices are average, lunch is quick, and I highly recommend it if you're short on time. Takeout is also available. The shop is very well stocked. Be patient the first few times, and don't hesitate to ask the super friendly and polite clerks. Dogs are allowed in both the shop and the restaurant.

12/11/2025: A quick drink before the concert, standing in the square, dry white wine and spritz. A very good time.

11/11/2025: Fabulous service and outstanding food and drinks. Ambient noise levels are low, so it is easy to have conversations with friends and family during dinner. Dessert selection was incredible! However, having said that, I was disappointed that they had nothing which could be considered as 'diabetic friendly'. Highly recommend.

06/09/2025: Very negative experience, poor menu, incompetent waiters (they charged me €7 for a cappuccino)

09/08/2025: A €12 breakfast (two cold cappuccinos and two croissants) to be called "raggedy." The waitress rudely reprimanded us for charging our phone next to the fire extinguisher, citing vague "Italian safety regulations," and then closing the French window of the living room where we were eating—as if she wanted to prevent us from leaving?! Referring to "all these raggedy people in Venice these days," she looked at us sideways. Immediately afterward, she began talking about us loudly to other customers in the next room, evidently thinking we didn't understand the language. Too bad we're Italian and we heard and understood everything. Did my colorful scarf or my tired look after the trip make us "suspicious"? We might as well have been denied entry; we would have saved ourselves the cold cappuccinos they served us. A humiliating and offensive experience. Avoid this place if you're looking for kindness, respect, or even just a hot cappuccino.

08/09/2025: Cute place in Padova offering different kinds of desserts and coffee. I loved that they had vegan options. A bit pricey though.
