01/05/2026: We had a wonderful time! A first course, a second course with a side dish, homemade bread, two desserts, coffee, and a herbal licorice liqueur—all excellent! Impeccable service, courteous, discreet, and discreet. The place exudes a welcoming, almost intimate feel, without being overbearing or lacking in any way. There's a small reserved parking lot right in front of the entrance. Prices are reasonable; in fact, for the quality, as a customer, I'd say excellent! Oh, and the radio or playlist is absolutely classy, ​​and set at the right volume in the background. Highly recommended!

25/04/2026: The atmosphere is intimate, the place is clean and well-decorated, and the service is professional. Guests feel pampered, and during dinner, the chef and hostess comes to your table and asks if everything is okay. The dishes are amazing: we had several different first courses, each one tastier than the others. And to finish, a strudel with top marks and a cookie with cream ice cream. TOP!!!

05/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Wonderful lunch at Bad Turmbach! We had lunch at Bad Turmbach and were completely delighted. Very friendly, attentive service and top-quality cuisine. The steak tartare and venison ragout tagliatelle were excellent, followed by the Turmbach trout and, for my wife, the braised beef cheek – both perfectly prepared and delicious. A wonderful place to enjoy – we'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We ate dinner twice at the Bad Turmbach restaurant, and what can I say... it was fantastic! Superb service – the wine list and recommendations were excellent! The dishes were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! And for dessert, the Zirmer torte – words fail me: simply outstanding! We'll definitely be back on our next South Tyrol vacation! Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!

27/04/2026: We recently stayed for two days with our two children and our dog. What can I say? It's a wonderful place. I was looking for a place with almost nothing around, and so it was, how lucky we were. Seeing the children run around the park next to the property, throw stones in the river, jump, and ride on the swings was priceless. We found peace and listened to the gentle sound of the mountains and the river flowing just a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful! Breakfasts and dinners were top notch! Elisa and her family were very kind and generous. Thank you for your hospitality. You are very lucky to live in a place like this, and we were lucky to have learned about it. 23/04/2026: We spent a weekend with our four-legged friend. The hospitality, helpfulness, and excellent cuisine are the hallmarks of this place, along with a very well-kept environment. We'll definitely be back.

31/03/2026: Everything was perfect until I realised that Italian common price top up (like seating fee) was 7.50 euro per person. If I knew that we would eat in other some restaurant. To be fair the food was delicious and service excellent.

17/07/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance at lunchtime on our bike tour – a real stroke of luck! We sat in the pleasantly shady outdoor area, which was very clean and well-maintained. We were thrilled with the pizzas: wafer-thin, wonderfully crispy – just as real Italian pizza should be. The service was attentive and friendly, and the chef also made a very positive impression. All in all, a highly recommended place for a relaxing break with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere.

23/04/2026: We had a reservation, yet they still seated us at a table in the basement hallway. The service was inattentive. Our main course arrived while we were still eating the appetizers. The canned Coca-Cola was disappointing for a restaurant I had high expectations for. I ordered a buffalo pizza, but a margherita arrived instead. It tasted okay, but I expected much more.

15/04/2026: A spontaneous lunch at Römerkeller. The service is polite and friendly, the food simple and delicious.

08/01/2026: A conveniently located cheese shop with a wide variety of gourmet foods. It's worth stopping by to pick up a few things for your friends back home. You can even get delicious burgers here. The prices are reasonable.

12/05/2026: Here I always find my green pepper fillet cooked to perfection, excellent with boiled spinach and leaf spinach. Starting with the nan is always a pleasure, but finishing with the mango cream (after the nan and fillet)...a triple pleasure! Excellent service. Congratulations, guys!

15/02/2026: In the center of San Martino in Badia, a restaurant serving carefully crafted and imaginative dishes that combine South Tyrolean cuisine with elements from other regions. A place where wood is a key element of the décor.

02/06/2026: SHAME! When we arrived for lunch, they sat us down. I mentioned that I have a milk protein intolerance and they said, "Oh, no, very difficult." They had gnocchi and risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, both of which had butter and couldn't be modified. I asked for grilled vegetables (they make pizzas so they have them to put on the pizza), but they didn't have those either. I asked what I could have, and they said, "A salad" for €15 when it was 10 degrees outside. The other diners had no problem, so they turned us down just to offer me something, even if it was pasta with tomato sauce. Furthermore, at the bottom of every page of the menu, they note that almost all their dishes can be adapted for those with gluten or lactose intolerances. If you don't mention that, you'll look better, because it's a joke! In 2026, in a tourist destination, turning away someone with an intolerance is truly shameful!

02/06/2026: Tips are accepted in cash only, supposedly due to Italian legislation since May 1st – I suspect it's more likely because the owner would otherwise pocket everything, as no such law exists. The food was okay, as were the service and the atmosphere.

09/05/2026: Excellent cappuccinos. The dishes on the tables looked rather delicious, but we didn't taste them.

03/05/2026: Mixed experience. I ordered a trio of dumplings with Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) instead of coleslaw, but I received the trio without coleslaw and a small portion of Schlutzkrapfen (the dumplings were full price, the Schlutzkrapfen were €2 off). They could have informed me about this. The food was very good and tasty. The view was great too!
