06/11/2025: Excellent food, super friendly service. The white wine house wine is amazing. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars on atmosphere was because of the lighting, too bright and cold, otherwise super cosy place.

02/05/2025: Wir waren wie jedes Jahr, mal wieder im Knödelglück , mit Freunden, zum Essen und um den herrlichen Blick über Meran zu genießen. Der Service war nicht wie immer herzlich und freundlich, was uns schon ein bisschen irritierte,lauter fremde Gesichter. Die Karte schien auch etwas geschrumpfter mit weniger Angeboten. Wie bestellten 2x Knödeltris, Schnitzel und Gnocchi mit Ragout. Die Knödel kamen aus der Tüte,das Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse und das Ragout war trocken und lieblos hergerichtet. Wir bestellten zu den Knödeln extra Krautsalat,der sonst dazu gehörte, und bekamen einen kleinen Klecks dick geschnittenes Kraut, das geht gar nicht. Auf den sonst so leckeren Nachtisch verzichteten wir! Uns schien es, als wenn der Besitzer gewechselt hat . Das war nicht das Essen welches wir gewohnt waren.Schade!

24/09/2025: Great experience! Very clean, tidy, and cozy restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is truly impeccable. We tried the brunch (at a reasonable, average price): excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. The presentation and plating of the dishes were also very nice. We will definitely be back – thank you for everything! :)

27/02/2026: We had carbonara, lasagna, goulash soup, and pizza. All the dishes were delicious. The only downside was the small portions of pasta and lasagna.

21/02/2026: The best on-slope restaurant in the entire Alpe Lusia resort. Delicious, home-cooked food and an equally homey, friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank, and soak up the sun on the terrace. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by the Rableid Alm! While most hikers bypass this rustic hut and continue on to the often overcrowded Eishof Hut, we enjoyed a wonderful break here. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and authentic. The magnificent view of the Ötztal Alps is particularly impressive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming. Delicious desserts, generous and varied sandwiches, and the couple who run the place, like their employees, are always very kind and friendly.

31/12/2025: We've bought birthday cakes here several times. The cakes are really great, taste delicious, and offer excellent value for money. They also serve good coffee and various other treats. The carnival doughnuts are especially noteworthy – absolutely fantastic.

06/12/2025: We stopped for breakfast and ordered two slices of strudel, which arrived cold, frozen inside. We asked if they could be reheated, but they brought them back after five minutes, still cold as before. We then asked to reheat them, and after another five minutes they were nice and warm on the outside, still cold on the inside. Mishaps can always happen, but at the very least, there should have been an apology. The strudel was good even warmer, but not special.

20/01/2026: Excellent base in Bolzano. I stayed 10 nights in one of their apartments, and it was exactly what I wanted: quiet, clean, and well-equipped. Everything felt thoughtfully set up for a longer stay, and the overall vibe was calm and comfortable. The only small downside is that there isn’t a washing machine in the apartment, which you really notice on a 10-day trip. But local businesses are available to fill the gap. What truly sets Hotel Feichter apart, though, is that it’s family-owned and operated. This shows in the best way. It’s obvious the people working there are family members who genuinely enjoy being together; that warmth carries over to guests. The included breakfast is fantastic. Great selection, beautifully done, and the hosts will make espresso or cappuccino to order, which became a daily highlight. I’ll stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, welcoming, high-quality place in Bolzano.

15/02/2026: No dogs allowed! The restaurant has a strict "No Dogs Policy"—even small dogs in carriers are not permitted inside. This is important information for dog owners to know in advance to avoid disappointment at the door. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. While the pumpkin soup was visually appealing, the beetroot risotto lacked finesse and seasoning/freshness. Overall, the food was decent. Service and ambiance were friendly and clean, but there is still room for improvement in the kitchen.
