24/09/2025: Nice restaurant In the mountains above Brixen...easy to reach by cable car...we ate well here and enjoyed the view...the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating...everything was clean and hygienic...a beer garden and small children's playground are available...prices are reasonable and fair... it's worth a stop, nice to have stopped here once...

21/09/2025: A lovely place with a great view, located right next to the Plose cable car station. Stopping for lunch, I enjoyed an excellent Wiener Schnitzel, made with turkey, accompanied by excellent blueberry jam and French fries. I would also recommend their mixed herb soup with stracciatella cheese and crouton. They also have an excellent wine selection. The waiter was very friendly and attentive.

20/09/2025: A beautiful retreat with an elegant interior, stunning furnishings, and extremely friendly staff. We had lunch at the La Stube restaurant, with very friendly, helpful, and professional waiters. Top-quality food and fantastic service.

24/09/2025: Great experience! Very clean, tidy, and cozy restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is truly impeccable. We tried the brunch (at a reasonable, average price): excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. The presentation and plating of the dishes were also very nice. 26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

16/09/2025: It was a fabulous experience. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and our 3-month-old baby, and everything was perfect!! The staff is truly friendly, kind, and helpful. They pay close attention to their guests' needs. The food is excellent and high-quality, and the spotless, recently renovated rooms make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return when our baby is older. The hotel's location is strategic, allowing you to walk to the main tourist attractions, such as the wildlife park and the castle.

16/07/2025: Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this place. I left an earpod in my room after checkout, travelled to Hungary and the owners posted it to Hungary. They are very kind and thoughful people. The rooms are comfy, very clean, location is fantastic.

09/09/2025: Departure at 1269 near Malga Baessa, arrival after about 2 hours at Malga Cere 1743, some of us continue and reach the lake below the Maddalena fork (after having traveled through Val Maddalena) around 2040. Satisfied and beautiful places. Have a good trip.

17/10/2025: Very nice location, service a bit slow, poor value for money, and not in line with the local food scene. I wouldn't go back.

16/10/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful place, but I can't say the same about what I ate. But the thing that really surprised me was the cutlet, which, besides being incredibly expensive, was flavorless.

10/09/2025: Having lived in London for over twenty years, my expectations for Indian cuisine are very high. And I was surprised to discover Indian cuisine at Castello Tesino. Well, let me tell you... it was excellent! A wide variety of dishes, all at very reasonable prices. I didn't try any of the Italian dishes, but from what I could tell, they were also good and well-liked (the plates were all empty). The service was fast and the atmosphere was wonderful. I can't wait to go back and am thrilled to discover this new spot in the village!

22/08/2025: Terrible experience, highly discouraged. Aside from the fact that we found a table one seat short of our reservation, the service was truly awful. Half of our table was served in a reasonable amount of time, while the other half had to wait an hour and a half for a mixed fry.

06/07/2025: Highly recommended. Family-run and a typical Unterland inn, with excellent cuisine featuring local products. Also ideal in summer when the valley is a bit warmer ;-)
