20/04/2025: The hosts and staff are very nice, accommodating and helpful. The house is in a great location, although the journey is a bit difficult. But the peace and the view make up for it. Nice breakfast buffet and very nice and tasteful 5 course menu in the evening. The house is highly recommended. I hope we come back again.

17/04/2025: Rating only for food, ambience and service. All highly recommended. Before the renovation, it was ok. But now really chic. The pool area is also better than it was 6 years ago. This year we just stopped in and stuffed ourselves.

20/07/2025: Our favorite place! We always love coming back because the food here is truly delicious: tasty dishes, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. The weight-based option is perfect for choosing what and how much to eat, without waste. The staff is also fantastic: friendly, fast, and always smiling. A perfect mix that makes us feel at home every time!

19/07/2025: We're a vegan family, and we're sure to leave Bio Essere with a full stomach. Meals are buffet-style (excluding desserts and drinks) and are paid by weight. There are tables both inside and outside, and a small play area for children. The staff is very friendly and especially welcoming to the little ones. We're happy with the place and have come several times during our stay on the lake. The only downside is the price, which is perhaps a little high, but the food itself is delicious and varied.

30/04/2025: Abbiamo provato la tartare di carne salada e le puntine di maiale a cottura lenta, con polenta di storo. Entrambi i piatti eccellenti. Li abbiamo accompagnati con del marzemino della casa che si è dimostrato molto gradevole. Ottimo il sevizio. Torneremo di certo.

Right from the start, the waiter stood out for his extremely rude behavior: When I was looking for the restroom, he loudly addressed me with "HELLO out there" – inappropriate and disrespectful. When we tried to order, we were stopped by a hand signal, and the waiter turned around without a word and attended to other matters. When our child then colored one of the menus, the waiter reacted angrily and accused us of being unfriendly – ​​even though we had calmly explained the situation. I tried to speak to the owner to describe the experience constructively – unfortunately, his only response was: "Tell that to my wife." No interest, no apology. Conclusion: We will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend the place to anyone.

06/07/2025: We had a very pleasant evening at the restaurant. We discovered the inn through the menu and were not disappointed. We were impressed by the regionality of the dishes and ingredients, along with the high quality of the food. The service was attentive and pleasant, and the sommelier guided us well through the evening. The prices are rather moderate for fine dining. The view is, of course, magnificent, and the dining room is pleasantly rustic. Overall, a recommendation!

Dall’aperitivo(consigliato con una grande professionalità e conoscenze dei vini) alla cucina e dallo staff al titolare!!! - All’aperitivo un cameriere moolto gentile e preparato ci ha fatto assaggiare un Trento Doc che come enologo è proprio da Pine’…. Più territorio di così!!!!! Vino spettacolare!!! - La cucina è stata una vera sorpresa, sia di sapori che qualità della materia prima, ottima!! - Lo staff giovane preparato e pieno di entusiasmo - Il titolare, giovane ma con alle spalle un importante bagaglio, entusiasto del suo lavoro con tanta voglia di migliorare e con umiltà (fondamentale sempre) Complimenti!!!!!!!!

26/06/2025: Good refreshment point both for a bike stop and for a different evening. The food exceeds expectations for a bike grill, the environment is very nice, especially if you are with children who can play freely in the large lawn and nearby playground.
