We had a delicious meal here. I don't think the restaurant is called Fontabecci anymore. Perhaps there's been a change of ownership? We had pizza Margherita and pasta with tomato sauce. Unfortunately, they didn't have tuna pizza. The waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the restaurant is not called FONTEBECCI but “IL GIARDINO SEGRETO” and it does not have all the dishes you will see as in old photos.

I can't give 5 stars because I only ate a salad one evening (nicely garnished but not abundant) and one evening a pizza (really excellent) but peeking between the tables it seems that the others enjoyed their dishes.

Everything was excellent! We had a great evening, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The traditional Pici pasta is highly recommended. We'll be back!

08/02/2026: Not a great pastry shop! Lots of pastries, some not made daily, a gloomy atmosphere, no friendliness or greetings, and prices not displayed. Too much is too much. No savory items. Better to have fewer, but good ones. Prices are quite high.

05/04/2026: The view right in front of you is absolutely stunning — the sunlight is soft and incredibly comfortable, making it the kind of place you just want to sit and stay. I had both a red wine and a champagne, and honestly, they were better than what I’ve had at some wineries. What really stood out was the bartender — they offered me a complimentary house specialty cocktail, which was beautifully fresh. The floral element was unexpected: it slightly tangles your tongue at first, but then opens up into something quite mind-blowing. A place where the atmosphere, drinks, and small details all come together effortlessly.
15/03/2026: We had a platter of mixed cured meats and cheeses for two, a portion of pici with Cinta Senese ragù, two still waters, a beer, and a coffee. We spent €95. Good food, breathtaking view, but a bit overpriced considering the standard service.
