15/02/2026: Beautiful, everyone was friendly. Stefano, the owner, was very helpful and took us on a tour of the estate, including the olive trees and the dairy. We ate very well. Definitely worth a try for those who don't know it.

The ambiance is meticulously crafted: elegant table settings, soft lighting, and candles create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food lived up to the setting, with quality ingredients and well-crafted dishes. I started with a vegetable tart accompanied by bread and olive oil—simple but delicious. For my first course, I chose ravioli with pecorino cheese and tomato sauce, truly tasty and well-balanced. The roast potatoes deserve a special mention: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, truly exceptional. The finale was memorable: a simply extraordinary zuppa inglese, probably the best I've ever eaten. Careful cuisine with attention to detail, in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. A place to return to.

17/01/2026: We were in Pescia for work and found this lovely inn in the center of town. We ordered two side dishes, a first course, and a second course. All the dishes were excellent. The service was kind and attentive. Special mention for the Toilette, truly wonderful. Excellent value for money. If you're passing through, don't miss this little place.

The only drawback I can't help but point out is the price of the ingredients, which I find excessive. You can't afford to pay for a medium red draft beer, and I emphasize that draft beer costs €8.

04/04/2026: A €2 cover charge at a pizzeria, and that's for a placemat and paper napkin. You have to understand that customers are happy to pay the cover charge, but with a cloth tablecloth. Beers that cost as much as the pizza. The waiters are rushed and aseptic. Oh, and while you're eating and clearing the next table, they spray you with scented degreaser. It's great while you're dining; there are scentless products for that. The pizza is good, but not worth all the hassle described above.
