04/05/2025: I do not recommend consuming here. Absolutely overpriced. For example, you don't pay 4 euros for a cappuccino even in America. I understand that we are in the historic center and that there is table service, but the (displayed) prices of everything here are excessive in my opinion. Good food. Warning: although the name might make you think of a wide choice for celiacs, this is not the case. Wide choice for the rest. UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE In my original review above I make no reference to the large glass of soy milk, but to the 2 cappuccinos (paid 4 euros each).

02/05/2025: Today I had breakfast with 2 brioches and two coffees at the table, (paid 9 Euros) but we asked for the brioches to be served after consuming the Bresciane. We sat in front of the counter and were quickly served with the croissants. Once we had finished eating, we got up to ask for the coffees to be served. After having made them, the coffee attendant told us that they were ready and we replied that we were at the table. He repeated that the coffees were ready and a customer was preparing to serve them to us and so we did so, explaining that if you pay for table service this must be done. The person in charge of the coffee machine responded by stating that he didn't know and that one was paying for the table anyway. Anywhere in the world a restaurateur would have just apologized. Ergo expensive place, but more importantly rude!! Avoid.

12/05/2025: Horrible experience. Disgusting food, undrinkable wine. The waitress took the bottle from another place: it was warm and clearly opened for days. My pasta dish was a disgrace: overcooked, tasteless, without a gram of parmesan and with hard pieces inside — they looked like fragments of a wall! The lasagna was made with very poor quality meat and acidic tomatoes. The fries arrived after 20 minutes, by which time we were already getting up to leave. A place like this shouldn't even be called a restaurant. Better to spend a few euros more and eat something real, and not this inedible stuff.

13/05/2025: IKEA Pisa has turned itself into a prison, thanks to their never ending effort to save money. It used to be a pleasure to shop there, a destination for an afternoon out. No more cashiers, you have to checkout yourself and then be subjected to inspection by a security guard who checks to see if you’re a thief; what an insult. No cashiers at the restaurant; have to do it yourself. If the drink machine doesn’t work, as often it doesn’t, you’re on your own. In the food section, again, do your own checkout and, today, about to pay, the screen flashes with a message to call an attendant, so now it’s the customers job to find one; took two efforts, the first one doesn’t work this section, but the one we needed, also works in the bar restaurant. Turned out the pay machine ran out of receipt paper. All around, a dismal experience and a deterioration of the brand from what was once a fun place to shop and eat.

02/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner, a disaster. Food and service I gave 1 star because less is not possible. Very long waiting times and what made me most angry was the children's table, very little attention, menu changed without notice... what can I say... as I said poor food with no flavour. As for the staff I am speechless.... the arrogant waitress responded to our complaints that the food did not arrive at the children's table and the "chef" came out of the kitchen already on a war footing and started shouting that we must be patient....Anyway for 85 euros per person we returned at home hungry but we had fun thanks to the dj and the music. Indifferent owner, for me he and the cook can also change their jobs. We will certainly not return

01/01/2025: Good restaurant, New Year's Eve evening, all good and excellent service, the karaoke is very good at involving people...... The only negative note on the bill..... anyway worth trying again

24/05/2025: Croissants and pastries for breakfast are TERRIBLE. They cost more than average and have terrible quality

06/05/2025: Visit on 5/05 beautiful little pastry shop filled with very good products the lady who served is nice we took 3 panettone we tasted ours it is very good

16/01/2025: The pappardelle with duck ragù turned out to be nothing resembling a ragù, the meat was shredded and there were little bones in the sauce. I refrained from ordering anything else. Yes, I was wrong, it wasn't pappardelle but lean ravioli always with duck ragù
