22/08/2024: Imbattuta per caso in questo locale non posso che dire di esserne stata letteralmente conquistata. Un menù tradizionale davvero ben eseguito, nulla da dire. Una giardiniera da podio da ordinare assolutamente, buoni i salumi, pasta e sughi ottimi, coniglio alla cacciatora e zucchine davvero memorabili. E quando credevo di non potermi stupire ancora.. una crostata di ricotta e visciole mozzafiato! Ma il carico da 100 ce lo mette la signora Laura: servizio caldo, accogliente e scherzoso. Mi sono rilassata e divertita. "Da Nada" ho passato decisamente un'ottima serata. Tornerò sicuramente.

19/08/2024: Premessa: questa recensione è VERA (meglio chiarirlo subito, visto il tono di una precedente recensione), oltre che sincera e senza secondi fini - naturalmente, spero che tutti possano dire altrettanto. Siamo stati a pranzo lunedì 12 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Innanzitutto per l'ambiente, avendo mangiato sul terrazzo con una vista magnifica sulle colline intorno a Roccadeterighi. Anche l'accoglienza è stata piacevole, tutto il personale è stato gentile e attento, senza essere invadente. RIguardo al cibo, abbiamo preso un antipasto di crostini misti, molto buoni e vari (oltre al classico crostino toscano, diversi erano a base di verdure). Abbiamo poi proseguito con pappardelle al ragù bianco di cinta senese: a mio gusto, sarebbe stato meglio lasciare la pasta un più al dente, essendo fresca, ma il ragù era davvero ottimo (per inciso, a mia moglie la pasta piace più cotta). Per concludere, torta alla ricotta con visciole, molto piacevole. Non abbiamo provato i secondi, ma avremo sicuramente un'altra occasione per farlo. Da parte nostra, consigliamo sicuramente questa locanda a chiunque sia in cerca di una buona trattoria toscana.

21/08/2024: 5+ star location, serene environment where you can spend time immersed in reading. The place made me fall in love. 4.5 for the menu, extensive with vegan products, I recommend providing a guide for non-experts on the ingredients used. I also recommend putting a calorie guide for those who are health conscious. 3.5 stars for the prices, decidedly above average, even if partly justified by the use of particular products. 4 for staff; not quite as jovial as I like, a little too formal and detached 1 star for the toilets: very beautiful to look at, but terrible smell. 08/21/24 I was there today for a mid-morning snack. I confirm that I am in love with the location: beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Excellent menu as always. Prices above average, but understandable (1 soy cappuccino, a slice of baked cake and a smoothie, 11 euros) Staff: friendliness and smiles are not mortal sins; you can improve Fixed bad odor problems from bathrooms. It is the best place (perhaps the only one) where you can spend a relaxing hour

02/09/2024: It is the best restaurant in Pitigliano. I was with my wife and daughter and this was the only restaurant that let us in at 2.15pm, when all the others had already closed their kitchens and had refused us. We were in the heat and with the hungry child, they saved us. Delicious food and exceptional service: Claudia and her daughter made us feel at home, playing with our daughter and giving us real advice about the area that we wouldn't have had otherwise. The starters are good, the first of the day (linguine with figs and bacon) and the first from the menu (porcini mushrooms). Claudia puts a lot of care into her dishes and her experience can be felt! We have been to Pitigliano several times and ate in several restaurants and in our memory there is no place where we have been better. Absolutely recommended!

30/08/2024: We stopped by chance for lunch one day while visiting Pitigliano and we were won over by the good food and the courtesy of the owner, so much so that we returned for dinner! Good and plentiful dishes... Top baked potatoes!!!

10/08/2024: Nice place, in the center, in a non-chaotic area. The service is fast, the food is good and the staff is friendly. We were with a small child and appreciated the speed. Honest prices. I would stay here again.

06/08/2024: Sono andato con la mia ragazza in questo splendido locale immerso nel verde. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile da parte del proprietario e il proprio staff. Cibo squisito con una fiorentina dal rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile, se devo fare un’unica nota negativa riguarda il fatto che , al momento di proporre il vino, non vi è stata possibilità di assaggiarlo ma è stato versato come se fosse acqua, per il resto è andato tutto alla perfezione. Torneremo sicuramente

14/08/2024: Very close to the center of Follonica, the restaurant has a vast and very inviting menu and organized staff for quick and efficient service. The Aio' starter is a joy for the palate, not to mention the pizzas. If I were to pass there in the future, I would gladly return!!

Price more than fair The only flaw is that, like all the restaurants in Massa Marittima, they don't use air conditioning inside.... So you sweat and feel hot. I still came back twice, because it really deserves it!

01/08/2024: If there were 6 stars I would have more than willingly given them!!!! The relaxing, nice and quiet location, Friendly, quick and friendly staff. I immersed myself in the most typical flavor of homemade porcini fettuccine! They really make you dream! Not to mention the lamb chops, a real delight. An excellent value for money. A restaurant a little outside the center and the chaos. I advise.

22/07/2024: We had dinner in this place during a trip to the area and we were delighted: the environment is taken care of down to the smallest details and the cuisine is of high quality; furthermore the owner is very attentive and kind. It is possible to taste traditional Maremma cuisine, prepared with zero km ingredients. The wine selection is excellent; I recommend tasting the artemisia and vinsantheo: excellent! It seems strange to me that at the Sorano spa, following my request, they told me that there were only a couple of restaurants in the town, without also recommending this suggestive and refined place. Absolutely worth visiting!

29/06/2024: Good morning, my stay at the Cornacchino was exciting ♥️ my daughter was at the summer camp where she felt part of the tribe and will return every year, she tells me it has become a place for me too 😍, in the meantime I have tried my hand at two walking lessons with the mare Tiziana and her instructor, the next day with the mare Emozione and her instructor and I must say that it was pure magic 🪄 The most absolute enchantment is difficult to explain in words only you can feel the place and the horses that live there have de Magico the instructors are Masters as well as riding I would say…. Masters of life, it will certainly be a constant stop for both me and my daughter. Thanks Cornacchino, see you again soon😍♥️

01/06/2024: My second stay at Cornacchino (Natural Western Riding + Leadership course) was at least as cool as the first (introductory trek) a few years ago. Fabio is a strict but very good, experienced and knowledgeable teacher and was able to give me some important wisdom for riding and leadership in general. The rooms are simple but pretty and well-furnished, the food is to die for. This place, the people and the sensitive horses radiate a peace and serenity that is quickly transferred to the guests and ensures mental and physical relaxation during a horse holiday! I hope to come back one day, thank you Cornacchino-Team!

03/07/2024: Very nice and welcoming place! Parking a stone's throw from the venue (free). The owners and the waitress are very kind and polite; They make you feel like one of the family!! In summer there is also the possibility of eating outdoors. Phenomenal pizza, low (Roman style) not high so to speak. Worth going there to spend an evening with friends or relatives 🥰.
