Very good food, fresh pasta and you can tell that everything is handmade, from the pasta to the dessert, which by the way we recommend the apple pie.

Il locale è in via Santa Chiara, in posizione centrale sulla via d’ingresso alla Cittadella; il locale è piccolino (circa 30 coperti), ma arredato con cura e grazia e offre una fondamentale connessione wi-fi nell’isolamento tecnologico delle antiche case di tufo pitiglianesi. Claudia ci mette tantissima passione e ciò trasuda in tutto ciò che esce dalla sua cucina, siano essi primi, secondi o dolci. Tutto cucinato espresso. Ci siamo trovati così bene e abbiamo mangiato tanto e bene che siamo tornati due giorni di seguito, provando varie cose; nessuna ci ha lasciati interdetti o delusi. La sua cucina unisce il meglio - a livello culinario - della tradizione della bassa Maremma ed altri piatti dell’antica cucina giudaica pitiglianese come gli “sfratti”; non comprateli al negozio, mangiate i suoi, gli altri non sono che parenti lontanissimi da quelli che mangerete qua!!! I prezzi sono sicuramente abbordabili a tutti e molto buoni se paragonati ad altri ristoranti in Toscana in luoghi turistici. Spero di tornare presto a Pitigliano, sicuramente la sua gentilezza e cortesia, unite alle sue abilità culinarie, sono state uno dei “plus” del nostro soggiorno, contribuendo a renderlo un’esperienza davvero superlativa.

The food is really good.....the Chianina roast beef is excellent....The pici black cabbage and pecorino cheese are also excellent. Simple and welcoming environment....the tozzetti are exceptional. Excellent experience, congratulations indeed!!!!

Extremely happy with Claudia's cuisine and the pro-tempore dining room manager Irene. During our stay we obviously also went to other restaurants, also of high quality, but this leaves you with a desire to return, a sort of addiction, just as all the pici he prepares gave us addiction (primarily the unforgettable cabbage black, bacon and pecorino) and the second courses (primarily the rabbit) and the very tasty baked potatoes. The cured meats are truly excellent. The place is elegant but not too "buttoned up" in short, you are in the living room of your grandparents' house but still at home. Irene in the room, delicate, kind and helpful and with a timeless education. Claudia, a histrionic chef, knows what she wants and knows what she does, in short she does what she says. Very big. We are in Rome, about 3 hours away, and over and over again we said to each other "are we crazy about going to Claudia?" PS: economical aspect, you spend the right amount for the quality and goodness offered.

Excellent lunch, genuine food, in an informal but very welcoming environment, the rabbit with fiocchetto flowers was amazing, as were the handmade pici with ragù, exquisite, a new orange dessert was good, the owner Mrs Claudia was friendly and very friendly. we will gladly reply. Passare una serata da Claudia è stata un ottima idea. Oltre all'ambiente familiare ed alla calorosa accoglienza devo dire che si mangia benissimo ed i prezzi sono contenuti. Da Claudia sembra di stare a casa propria, e lei è simpaticissima.

Grazioso ristorante con cucina tipica toscana. Ottimi i primi (tortelli e pici) . Personale molto gentile, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, ci tornerei volentieri con calma per assaggiare altri piatti.
