Claudia's panzanella is exceptional, as are the spinach and ricotta tortelli with ragù. The wine is also excellent.

The true Maremma on the plate and in the heart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Finding Claudia's restaurant was the most wonderful surprise of our trip to Pitigliano. The atmosphere on Via Santa Chiara is intimate, refined, and authentic, but the real heartbeat is Claudia herself: her passion, her old-fashioned dedication, and her warmth make you feel instantly at home. The food is simply exquisite and prepared with local, zero-mile ingredients. The pici pasta with white sauce and truffle and the rabbit are superb, followed by a tender, expertly cooked Chianina steak. To finish off the meal, the freshly baked artisanal cantucci are simply breathtaking. Generous portions, more than fair prices, and Claudia's special touch, as she passes between the tables at the end of the meal to say hello. A must-see that preserves the flavors of yesteryear!

This is one of my rare and lengthy 5-star reviews, which I only give when it's truly worth the effort.
If you're lucky enough to eat here with the peace and quiet that only a weekday can offer, and you appreciate authentic, genuine "things," then you'll get to know Claudia and her story.
You'll discover that she does everything herself!
Including the cleaning, which is a must for a simple, clean restaurant with a bathroom you could eat in.
You'll know that she uses local products as much as possible for traditional Maremma dishes.
You'll know that she makes the fresh pasta—and what pasta—with her hands, rolling out the pici according to tradition; and what pici!
You'll discover her divine Maremma tortelli.
You'll discover that the beef comes from local, free-range animals.
You'll discover that the wild boar is NOT from Romania.
You'll discover that the desserts are spectacular.
And in the end, if it weren't for the bill [which is an understatement], you'll feel like you've just dined at Claudia's house.
Then you'll have experienced the strength and passion of a woman who fights, who never gives up, with a huge heart.
At that point, you'll have met Claudia, and it will be natural for you to say goodbye with a hug and even a kiss that will remain in your heart.

We discovered this charming little restaurant today thanks to its positive Google reviews, and we weren't disappointed at all!
Slightly off the beaten track, the restaurant appears rather unassuming from the outside. Inside, however, it's lovingly decorated, and Claudia herself was there to greet us. We were the first guests and received a warm welcome. Afterward, Claudia went off to the kitchen, as she not only serves but also cooks herself (presumably even single-handedly?).
We ordered the bruschetta as a starter and pasta as main courses and were immediately won over! For dessert, we had panna cotta and Claudia's special dessert. Everything was incredibly delicious and was only surpassed by Claudia's warm and welcoming manner!
In our opinion, definitely worth a visit!

In preparation for a trip to Pitigliano with friends, I started looking for a place where I could eat good food, as I often do. I read several reviews of local restaurants, and the ones that most intrigued me were those mentioned for Le Bontà di Claudia. The reviews specified that there was no need to rush, and we were in no hurry, so a reservation was no longer a good idea. We arrived at the restaurant around 1 pm, and Claudia, the owner, welcomed us warmly and kindly. The place is small but very welcoming. We sat down and she immediately brought us drinks, after which we moved on to orders. On her advice, we tried to try several things: for starters, some fabulous crostini, for starters, tagliatelle with rabbit or wild boar ragù that was mouth-watering, sublime tortelli, truly cooked with love and the finest ingredients, Claudia always present and with a smile on her face, and to finish, vin santo with cantucci biscuits made by her. Delicious, what can I say, an experience definitely worth repeating as soon as possible.

Claudia cooks and serves the food in a very authentic way, just like typical Tuscan dishes. Unbeatable value for the price, very tasty, and generous portions. Highly recommended.

What a lucky find! When we couldn't get a table at another restaurant, some tourists told us about this one. It's located under the bridge leading to the historic town center. Claudia manages the whole place completely on her own! Amazing! She's very friendly and still takes the time to chat. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous.

We stopped in on Friday for lunch, a group of four, after visiting the town (which is fabulous). She welcomed us almost immediately as she emerged from the kitchen. She manages everything herself: table service, cooking, and cash register. She does it all herself, so there aren't a lot of tables, but they're more than enough to provide excellent service. The menu isn't extensive, but it's carefully chosen. Every course was delicious, and she was very kind and friendly. There's no flaws, the only caveat is that you have to be a respectable customer and be patient because she does everything. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations.
