04/09/2025: We decided to try this restaurant on a friend's recommendation and booked to celebrate a birthday: it was a terrible experience. The place looks nice (white furnishings, veranda, beautiful chandeliers...) but even though we had booked, sat down at 9 pm and ordered right away, our dishes arrived after a wait of over an hour! We ate because we were really hungry, but the dishes were nothing special (the linguine with clams was floating in a broth, the fregola was spicy, only the grouper ravioli was a good one, the cover charge was burnt and the dishes arrived in shifts, while some had finished eating while others had just started). Some customers who had been seated before us were even served later (!!!) and complained. The trolleys the waiters use to bring the dishes to the tables are a bit outdated (the idea of ​​imitating Michelin-starred restaurants is nice, but let's get some quality trolleys then...). The staff was friendly but seemed undertrained (one waiter knocked a platter of oysters off the cart he was serving, another knocked over a table). Finally, the bill: I'm fine with paying €3 per person for the cake, €4 per person for the service, and €18 for a first course, but it needs to be balanced against the quality of the ingredients used, the dishes, the service, and the venue, but unfortunately, that's not the case.

03/09/2025: Located at the entrance to Caesar's Hotel, the restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The seafood appetizers were incredibly fresh, especially the fried octopus, superb! I loved the seafood risotto, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service, led by Mr. Andrea and Nicola, was attentive and impeccable. The dessert, drowned in gianduia, rounded off the dinner beautifully. Excellent value for money for an experience of this caliber. A journey through the flavors of Sardinia that I recommend to everyone! 5 stars, we'll be back soon!

03/09/2025: We had dinner at this pizzeria, which we discovered by chance. The place is welcoming, and the owners are truly kind and friendly, a skill that's hard to find these days... the food is high-quality, and the dough is truly delicious. Authentic Neapolitan pizza is truly superb! The professionalism and hospitality are top marks.

03/09/2025: Era della Pizza's special doughs make it even more delicious; in my opinion, along with many of my friends', it's one of the best pizzas in Sassari. Matteo always welcomes us with a big smile and a friendly attitude, and offers tips for enjoying his pizza at home. You can also eat inside, which, though small, is cozy and has a family-like feel. There's even a device that emits an advertising hologram, but almost no one knows what it is yet! Go take a look and choose one of Era della Pizza's delicious special doughs!

30/08/2025: The ice creams were quite good: Sardinian cake, super dark. Of the fruit flavors, the fig one was quite good. I expected more from the others: strawberry, watermelon and lime, and mango. No waffles were offered.

31/08/2025: Great Pizza! Super fast execution of orders! The lady at the counter was a bit annoyed (but i guess this was due to our super chaotic order style; so she probably is nice to people). The pizza was soo delicious!! Great for takeaway because the shop is rather small! Definitely check it out if in Bosa and hungry for Pizza! Also the prices are more than fair; for the quality of the pizza it was really cheap!

21/08/2025: You can feel the heart here, the staff is very kind and attentive, the dishes are truly excellent, with generous portions (there's a spot for seadas, though), and the prices are more than fair. We were just passing through, but we immediately felt at home, with no frills, long live simplicity and authenticity. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

17/08/2025: Found by chance while riding my motorcycle in the area. I recommend the off-menu dishes. Last night, I had goat with artichokes. Needless to say, you can experience the true essence of regional cuisine with great kindness. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Very nice place, clean and modernly furnished. My husband and I had lunch here on the last day of our holiday in Sardinia. The food was good and the portions were just right. The staff was very friendly, but I'd recommend a few more smiles; that would be the icing on the cake.

01/09/2025: A description isn't enough to explain what the Locanda is like; it's literally an experience to be lived! The atmosphere, the magical aroma from the oven, the simple decor of a small business that embraces everything with a big heart, the attentive and friendly service, the historic center surrounding it, where a very long convivial table is set up that can seat at least 20 people, and if you so desire, you can even get to know your neighbor. And then there's Tonio, the owner, who, after finishing the pizzas, comes out to greet his customers with something beautiful and magical to tell! Last but not least, the pizzas, uniquely delicious. Try them and believe them, because some experiences must be lived literally by heart!

05/06/2025: Il gusto di gelato più buono che abbia mai mangiato. Il gusto Arrastu sinnos, una esperienza superlativa. Un gusto che si rifà a un tipico formaggio sardo , ciò che lo rende eccezionale è la consistenza cremosa e densa, un gusto pieno. Molto buono anche il gusto yogurt di pecora, un po’ meno il ricotta,abbamele e mandorle , troppo predominanti quest’ultime e non si sente troppo il miele. Nel complesso davvero ottimo
