20/03/2025: We found ourselves in this pizzeria by chance, on the occasion of the visit to the "tables of San Giuseppe". The first time we had a takeaway pizza, this year we sat at the table. What can I say: Family atmosphere, good pizza, good and familiar service. I recommend it.

17/06/2025: Very poor service. The staff were rude and ignored us completely, more interested in talking to colleagues. We sat and waited for 15 minutes before someone came to our table and gave us menus, then another 20 minutes to order. We ordered two pizzas, they didn't come at the same time and we had to wait 20 minutes before we got the second one, which they had obviously forgotten. The second pizza they almost threw on the table without saying sorry or anything like that for the delay.

15/06/2025: We often go there and I brought some friends From out of town to eat there, because I know that you eat well then, the service is terrible ask for things they don't bring them to you I asked three times for salt and oil so I was forced to get up alone, get oil and salt after a while the drinks arrive And the dirty glass The dirty coffee cups all sticky I'm sorry, because I have a nice place you eat well, but I don't like the service.... I hope it will improve

01/07/2025: Typical restaurant 10 meters from the beach in the heart of Otranto. An entire gluten-free menu but above all homemade gluten-free pasta. Perfect for intolerants and celiacs. Very good

29/06/2025: We took the freshly caught fish of the day and were very satisfied with the quality and the availability of the staff who cleaned it directly at the table. Very good pizza as well as the gluten free pizza. Recommended.

17/05/2025: Tried for a last minute group dinner: very good pizza, friendly and reasonably fast service, reasonable parking, very fair prices. The environment is not particularly suggestive but it is tidy and clean. In general, a good place for an informal dinner with friends.

13/05/2025: Impossible to have pizzas if you don't book, even if the oven is half empty... Pasta left raw. They can improve.

22/06/2025: Today for lunch we stopped at this restaurant and we had a really good time. First of all a prompt and truly courteous welcome, it is anything but a "tourist" place. Wide choice on the menu, we ate an excellent parmigiana, an excellent fava bean and chicory and some delicious meatballs in sauce. The choice of wines is truly vast and we enjoyed two glasses of a really good Negroamaro. Excellent quality/price ratio (€51 for two) and as mentioned excellent service. Highly recommended!

20/06/2025: By chance we stopped at this restaurant in the center of Lecce. A very kind girl served us some very good orecchiette. We had a good time!

19/06/2025: We were guests at the lido the first two weeks of June, as soon as you arrive you can feel the family atmosphere, super management, everyone really very friendly and attentive to your needs. A special thanks to Giulio from our Giulio 🐶. We will definitely see each other again next year. Maurizio Simona and of course Giulio.

09/06/2025: They make us sit at the table when we were in line at the cash register and we take a plastic bottle of water for €1.50 paid for two. When we point out that the receipt says glass bottle we are told that it costs the same (obviously a lie but he felt smart at the time) because the night before we paid €0.50 less. Mediocre quality of desserts and ice cream that seems packaged.

27/05/2025: Personally I liked the pizza (the only one among the 4) but woe betide anyone who questions the sausage (which to us seemed more like a wurstel but apparently it was sausage) otherwise the pizza chef comes to the table (as far as I know also the owner) with an angry manner and a firm voice, ready to reprimand anyone who dares to ask for clarification on the matter. Shame about the manners, positive note the waitress, always kind and helpful every time we went there.

14/04/2025: Finally also in Tricase I tried the real Neapolitan or Campania pizza. In addition to the excellent taste, smell, consistency etc.. the low price (in the north I pay 6.50 euros for a Neapolitan margherita smaller than the Verace one, here it is bigger and only 5 euros) the real Neapolitan one doesn't give me digestion problems even if I eat a whole one in the evening. Almost all other pizzas give me digestion problems, I get a stone in my stomach and I even sleep badly at times, the Neapolitan one wherever I eat it in Italy I digest it well, and this one from Verace is one of those good and light Neapolitan ones. Well done.

05/06/2025: Three of us went there last night to eat something at sunset. The tables outside are a beautiful opportunity to eat lulled by the sound of the waves on the shore. The staff were very kind and pleasant, the pizza was really good. Three stars just for these premises. Yesterday, however, I asked for a chicken cut and I was very disappointed. I was expecting a nice grilled chicken cut and I was already imagining it and instead... Instead I found on my plate the LIDL cut nicely placed with salad and tomatoes. The dressing was worth more than the chicken. I was really disappointed, really! And it's a shame to present a dish like that, because the chef seems to know how to cook. The chicory was good and my daughter's sausage too. Why do something stupid like that!? 🤔13 euros for a supermarket cut! 🤦🏼‍♀️Meh.... Really disappointed! I recommend.... Such a stupid mistake ruins everything else. 🤷🏼‍♀️
