05/05/2025: Eating at Piccapane is a unique experience: a family environment surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy excellent vegan dishes prepared with attention and love. This was the feeling we felt yesterday at lunch, from the welcome from the very kind staff to the tasting of the dishes, in the choice of which we were carefully guided. The food is incredible, a joy of simple flavors with refined combinations. There is also a small shop where you can purchase their products. Finding an entirely vegan restaurant in Salento was a dream until recently. Piccapane is truly a virtuous example, spokesperson for a change that we hope will spread more and more. (access is also allowed to animals ❤️)

27/06/2025: Place located a few steps from the center, and So I'll start by saying that I found myself here by chance, my brother invited me for dinner exactly 2 days ago, and I can assure you that with my job as a TAXI & N.C.C and with tourists asking me for advice every day, this trattoria pizzeria is THE TOP IN LECCE, BOTH FOR QUALITY AND PRICE. We ordered a fried food and some pizzas, I have an eye and already from the fried food from the color I realized that it was exquisite, said and done, devoured! Then what about the pizzas, I am an eater of Lecce pizza, I repeat every week we are looking for the best places. TOP EXQUISITE PIZZA TO RECOMMEND TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS. TODAY I RETURNED AFTER 2 DAYS WITH THE FAMILY, AND I SUGGEST THE TAGLIOLINI WITH SEAFOOD, SUGGESTED BY THE KIND AND SCRUPULOUS MRS. ANGELA, VERY RIGHT TOGETHER WITH THE FRIED CALAMARI. I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST IN LECCE, GUARANTEED FOR ALL ITS DELICACIES... I SUGGEST IT, TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT. THANKS MRS. 06/06/2025: The first impact when we arrived at the place was to feel important, refined and tasteful location. Excellent food, prepared staff, in short a beautiful evening to repeat as soon as I return to Castro.

14/06/2025: The pizza is excellent and digestible. The place is small and you eat in the outdoor area with paper placemats and plastic cutlery. On the other hand, there is no cover charge.

18/06/2025: The location is great, not far from Lecce. A great city. 6 km by bike. The pool was unfortunately not finished yet, and there is only one shower. The plumbing is old, but fine. Very friendly owners; the restaurant is only open for a minimum of 6 guests, requiring a one-day advance reservation.

17/06/2025: A very good place to visit Lecce by bike, with good access to the city center via the bike path. Unfortunately, one star is deducted for the sanitary facilities. There are only two toilets with shared showers; the shower head in the other one was wobbly, and one of them was closed. They're currently building a swimming pool with a great lounge area, so I don't understand the state of the sanitary facilities. But I don't want to be more Catholic than the Pope; overall, everything's fine, but sometimes I think my money 💰 isn't cheap either 😜

29/12/2024: Una serata semplicemente indimenticabile da Vento del Sud! Sono stato con la mia famiglia e un gruppo di amici, e fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in un’atmosfera calda e familiare che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il momento clou? Una pizza di ben due metri, cotta alla perfezione e condita con ingredienti freschissimi e saporiti. Una vera opera d’arte! Per concludere, i dessert artigianali sono stati una dolce sorpresa: preparati direttamente da loro, si sentiva tutta la genuinità e l’amore nella preparazione. Un grazie speciale ad Andrea e al personale per la gentilezza e l’attenzione ai dettagli. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere una serata speciale e autentica.

29/05/2025: A place open even at night where you can find hot croissants at any time. If you are looking for a croissant with a nice puff pastry this is not the place for you, but if you want something exaggerated, maybe at four in the morning, this is definitely the place for you.
