22/12/2025: We discovered this place by chance, where time seems to have stood still. The atmosphere is refined, with a roaring fireplace warming the atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent grilled meat and a platter of top-quality cured meats. We'll be happy to return. Recommended!

A beautiful restaurant, very clean, carefully decorated, and filled with many beautiful objects.
When I entered, the two fireplaces were off. I didn't dare disturb them, but then the owner and the girl in the dining room (I don't know their names) took care of lighting them.
We enjoyed excellent typical Salento cuisine; the broad beans with chicory were delicious, as were the fresh pasta and the mixed grill.
Thank you for the service and the bill. It respects the quality of the products.
The only question I didn't dare ask:
Why is there no wine list, but everything is reduced to:
Reds, Whites, and Rosés, when the Cantina Bella is full of beautiful and interesting bottles.

The service was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Everything was perfect.

30/09/2025: Barista, I think he's also the owner of the bar, grumpy, coffee is like drinking pure poison, croissants are good but you can find them in any other bar where maybe they'll give you a smile and say thank you!
01/09/2025: A gem of a bar near the most beautiful beach in Puglia. Delicious Lecce coffee and a highly recommended hazelnut pasticciotto. Thanks Mattia for the tip! Extremely kind and honest with tourists, which unfortunately isn't always the case. A 110 with honors.

10/04/2026: Very rude and nervous staff! While I was trying to translate the available flavors to my non-Italian-speaking friends, the man behind the counter started banging his cup on the counter to get my attention (as if I were a dog), even though there wasn't even a line. Then, when we sat down at their tables outside, they told us we couldn't sit because we hadn't paid enough (€6 for a cup, lol, way too expensive). So if you're looking for a super stress-free experience during your vacation in Gallipoli, I recommend it. If that's not your plan, run away. :)
07/04/2026: We will never go there again.. In addition to the high price for the ice cream, we had to eat standing up with 2 children because sitting at a table was an additional cost. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

06/04/2026: Easily accessible by car, with onsite parking, it's nestled among green trees in a quiet location. Excellent cuisine, helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Order à la carte from a menu available on sheets of paper, indicating the type of dish and the number of servings. It's a self-service restaurant. Prices are displayed near the register. Wait times are reasonable. They give you a number and then call you, naturally, respecting the time between dishes. I recommend it.

06/09/2025: A quiet outdoor spot with good pizzas and very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the wait for the pizzas, after receiving the drinks, was quite long. The experience was also ruined by the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the blonde waitress, who seemed annoyed by our presence. It's a shame, because we and our other colleagues would have stopped for coffee as well. Two stars because of the waitress...
05/09/2025: Truly delicious pizza. Wood-fired oven, fresh and plentiful ingredients. Extensive menu, including children's dishes! Attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

18/01/2026: Very good sushi, I've been to many Japanese restaurants and I haven't seen any other Japanese restaurant where you can choose your own sauces. I'm a sauce lover and this is what impressed me the most. There's also a great variety of sauces to choose from, even the mango sauce, which I really like. Keep it up, you've become one of my favorite sushi restaurants! 👏👏

01/10/2025: My absolute favorite wine shop in Riposto. This whole family loves and appreciates both wines and land of Sicily. You can feel in the wine. Their Bollenere is one of my main sources to pleasure whenever revisiting Riposto. ❤️ wine tasting at their wineyard is 100% recommended

Ci siamo sentiti trattati come se fossimo a casa e abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di degustare i loro piatti veramente unici che sinceramente non abbiamo mai trovato a Torre Lapillo
