29/03/2026: I've been to Graffio several times and have had a pretty good experience. The place is very welcoming and comfortable: you can sit (and be served) both inside and outside in the small side garden. The croissants and brioches are very good. The automatic payment method is also convenient, making everything quicker.
I'd say it's highly recommended!

08/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Salento, featuring fresh, local produce. A top-notch set menu. The portions are generous (don't eat too much before you arrive, as they only seem to be open in the evenings). Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere… this was our second visit, and we'll definitely be back every time we return to the area. Thank you 🙏
