20/08/2024: I went to this place this morning to drink a coffee with my partner and his two little girls, upon entering it was immediately clear that courtesy is not the norm but rather being put aside for the next customer who ordered breakfast for him and the family was really of little taste, the customer is evidently measured based on the order he places. I strongly advise against it, we wanted to dine in their restaurant which they advertise with several articles and photos but better to avoid and go elsewhere.
20/08/2024: Rude staff, if respect for the customer is shown for what you order like in this place, better to go elsewhere. We ordered 2 coffees at the counter, and the boy instead of making us coffee took the next order which was certainly more substantial than ours, leaving us there like idiots waiting. There's no point in displaying A. Borghese's photos to appear if this is the service. I strongly advise against it. Too bad the time I wasted staying in there. From Siciliano where hospitality and courtesy are the first thing towards those who earn you food. I say: I was disappointed, especially being ignored for ordering 2 coffees.

31/07/2024: A beautiful surprise. Local food well prepared. And the perfect price, the cheapest of the trip. €12 per person depending on how much you eat. Wide choice of pizza, meat salads. The service is fast and the locals are very friendly. Close to the old town area.

30/06/2024: The Castle is of a unique and exceptional architectural structure! The history around the Castle and its owner Frederick II is extremely interesting! We listened to the story from a very good guide who I highly recommend Maria Zingaro who with her historical story made everything even more fascinating! The cost of the ticket is 10 euros per person, for the guide a very well deserved free contribution!
07/06/2024: Quality beers and burgers, well-furnished venue and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Definitely among the best places in Santeramo!

04/07/2024: Materialisti. La signora alla cassa perfida. Ho assistito a un episodio inconcepibile... imparate a dare le mance al vostro personale piuttosto che infrascarvele!!!! maleducati. Sfruttate i ragazzi, probabilmente anche a nero, e vi permettete anche di guadagnare sulle loro spalle. Poi vi lamentate che i ragazzi non hanno voglia di lavorare
28/06/2024: Impasto ottimo come sempre come il pomodoro e condimenti! Cambia in peggio la mozzarella, ingrediente base della pizza! Peccato questo cambiamento, perché rendere peggior sorte ad una pietanza di sostegno. Sovrapprezzo per opzione bufala, reso necessario! E’ la seconda istituzione pizzeria in paese che cede!

01/08/2024: Good pizza, friendly service staff. When paying I asked for an invoice, I was told that I should have said it before. Given that I have not found any notices of this kind, I have never encountered problems of this type in any establishment in Bari.
31/07/2024: Food was SUPER but service was sub par. The terrace was not busy when we went to eat there, which resulted in all waiters standing outside and 5 of us!! Watched while we ate. We finished eating within 2 minutes and were immediately asked if we wanted dessert. We had to decline this several times because several waiters came to ask for this. Our glass of wine was barely finished when the bill arrived with the message 'sorry girls'. We thought we would still be able to finish our glass at our leisure, but this was beyond the waiters' control. Despite the fact that several tables were still available, new customers were told that they were going to get our table, so they were of course also waiting. This resulted in a very uncomfortable feeling for us and ensured that the tastiness of the food was quickly forgotten. To summarize: if you want a quick bite that is very tasty and you don't care much about service this is a good place :)
