05/10/2025: Great! Thank you so much to Benny and everyone for an amazing vegan panzerotto and a wide, inclusive selection! (If you're interested, my boyfriend also tried two classic ones and thought they were delicious.) Light dough, fresh ingredients, and top-notch flavor! Bonus points for the kindness and hospitality.

20/08/2025: First of all, I'd like to point out that I almost never write reviews, except in rare cases. I never meant to leave such a negative comment, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience. The panzerotto wasn't fried golden brown, and above all, what prompted me to write was the contents: my classic panzerotto was practically empty, with no sauce or mozzarella. In fact, I only ate a fritter. You can definitely find better in the city. On a positive note, however, the cashier and the man who prepares the panzerotti are both kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

02/10/2025: An absolute guarantee in every way: food, service, and location. Despite a very extensive menu (burgers, salads, meats, pinsa, club sandwiches), they guarantee excellent quality on all their dishes, and that's certainly not an easy thing to do. This allows you to return time and time again without tiring and always try new things. Alessandro and Tiziana are superb.

20/09/2025: One of my favorite places! Excellent food and a varied menu. Wide selection of beers. Polite and professional waiters. In short, every time we spend our evenings here, we feel right at home!

18/10/2025: The young female waitress (with a braid and dark hair, wearing glasses) was unfriendly and couldn't answer any of our questions properly. According to her, the menu offered only pizza and four pasta dishes because of the fall/winter season. We later saw that other guests had been served fish and meat. We were looking forward to our visit after six months. Now we are very disappointed. And all because of poor service. We will give it another try.

14/10/2025: I got a sandwich and a dessert for €6, but the sandwich was half empty.

29/08/2025: 9:00 PM We stopped for a quick bite to eat, asking if we could sit down, and there were free tables on a Saturday night. There were four of us, so we sat down and asked what the quickest thing to grab was because we had a commitment by 10:00 PM at the latest! They said fried panzerotti, and we said let's make them, emphasizing the importance of the hour... After 30 minutes, we asked a very young and inexperienced waitress how they were doing, but she never got an answer. After 10 minutes, we asked again without getting an answer. I approached the kitchen to apply pressure and at least get some answers... at 9:45 PM, the answer came back: "They're cooking." At 10:00 PM, given the lack of seriousness, we decided to pay for what we had ordered, that is, to have and leave.... Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, our much-desired panzerotti came out! Too late!!!! PS: if you have seats, you cannot give priority to takeaway!!!!

10/10/2025: We ordered takeout, and thank goodness! It was a Thursday night, so they were on time. I had a beef strip sandwich... it was so tough I couldn't take a bite... and the bacon was too (I'd post a photo, but I'm not aware of that option). It seems the quality is poor... even though I paid a whopping 11 euros for the sandwich. (I really liked the fries, though; I can't comment on that). Unfortunately, I'm glad you ate at home, because eating that sandwich was a disaster. My friends chose pizza instead and were less disappointed.

29/04/2025: I have been frequenting this restaurant for a long time and I can say with certainty that it represents excellence of its kind. The staff, from the waiters to the home delivery service, stands out for courtesy, professionalism and customer care. Takeaway orders are always on time and handled with extreme kindness. The quality of the sushi is consistent and impeccable. It is undoubtedly the best place I know: a true guarantee of quality and reliability.

22/08/2025: Clean atmosphere, delicious pizza, super-fast service! Recommended for those in a hurry to grab some food. Takeout is a real treat. The specialty is the pizza by the meter with various toppings. They only have raised tables, no chairs. Very fair prices!

12/10/2025: A website listed it among the best, but it's actually one of the worst sushi places I've ever eaten. The quality of the food isn't the best, but it's not terrible. The biggest problem is the service: after sitting for an hour, we only received seven dishes out of 25 we ordered, and considering the kitchen closes at 3:00 PM, you can't order everything you want. Furthermore, the menu doesn't have a wide selection of dishes, especially for those who don't eat raw fish, not to mention the many dishes that can't be ordered at lunch but are only included in the dinner menu.

12/10/2025: It's never nice to give such a low rating. We sat for over 2 hours for 10 simple dishes. Four of them arrived, 3 of which were incorrect. We point this out, but the confusion and long faces in the restaurant are the order of the day. I wouldn't sit here again, even for free. We left after 2 very long hours, and after tasting cold dishes that may not have even been intended for us. A terrible impression.

15/09/2025: Informal bar, offering various vegan solutions Excellent ginseng and coffee. External seats on the veranda. Easy parking. Lately it has undergone a restyling which has made it even more welcoming. Friendly and pleasant staff.

15/07/2025: Scoperto per caso di fianco all’hotel dove alloggio! Esperienza fantastica. Servizio molto gentile e cibo ottimo. Polpette con salsa Mavi buonissime grazie allo zenzero che unito a pomodoro miele e paprika ci stava benissimo. Spaghetti all’assassina da capogiro! E per finire musica di sottofondo fantastica! Straconsigliato!

07/06/2025: Non capisco perché Santeramo rimanga all'età della pietra. Esiste un app che si chiama Just eat (da più di una quindicina d'anni) che persino alcuni comuni di provincia come Acquaviva hanno. Niente, da noi non c'è. Preferiamo affollare il paese con 3049484 macchine per andarci a prendere un panino.

04/10/2025: Passing through after work before heading home, my husband and I stopped in and ordered potatoes, rice, and mussels, a mixed fried fish, a parmigiana, and a wheel of white focaccia. Everything was excellent, light, and above all fresh. They always serve hot, freshly prepared food. The girls behind the counter are kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is simple, where you can also sit down and enjoy excellent food. Congratulations!! We'll be back again. Highly recommended.

03/07/2025: I ended up there because I'm on business in Rome and it's my colleagues' favorite place. Super place, excellent food and then the gem is the courtesy and smile of those who do the service. The owner is uniquely courteous. Now I understand why it's my colleagues' favorite place. I bought pizza and panzerotti to take to Rome for my family... They've opened another place that will surely be successful...
