27/05/2026: Excellent pizza, ordered home, arrives steaming hot, very polite guys, IRREPLACEABLE.....super praise!

06/05/2026: I picked up some pizzas but there was a €3.50 increase from the list price at the pizzeria to the bill at the register and this is not good.

29/08/2025: 9:00 PM We stopped for a quick bite to eat, asking if we could sit down, and there were free tables on a Saturday night. There were four of us, so we sat down and asked what the quickest thing to grab was because we had a commitment by 10:00 PM at the latest! They said fried panzerotti, and we said let's make them, emphasizing the importance of the hour... After 30 minutes, we asked a very young and inexperienced waitress how they were doing, but she never got an answer. After 10 minutes, we asked again without getting an answer. I approached the kitchen to apply pressure and at least get some answers... at 9:45 PM, the answer came back: "They're cooking." At 10:00 PM, given the lack of seriousness, we decided to pay for what we had ordered, that is, to have and leave.... Lo and behold, when it was time to pay, our much-desired panzerotti came out! Too late!!!! PS: if you have seats, you cannot give priority to takeaway!!!!

03/03/2026: A cross between a diner and an American bar. The portions are truly meager. The food isn't exceptional; it's cold, overcooked, and dry, and it's a far cry from the flavor and preparation of traditional recipes, especially those with potatoes, rice, and mussels. Honestly, the best thing for me was the cake. The prices are extremely high, considering all this.

28/12/2025: They always have air conditioning issues (presumably due to the kitchen exhaust fan)... Reservations are recommended well in advance, as their products are very good and sell out quickly. I recommend dining in, however, as the pizza smell lingers on your clothes and hair.

09/06/2026: I've been here a few times and always love coming back. The atmosphere is lovely, and the menu is rich and tasty. You can choose from multi-grain doughs and even pizza without mozzarella, which is useful for those who prefer to avoid it. It's very tasty. The staff is very friendly, as is the management, who takes great care in ensuring the service and enjoyment of the meals.

19/05/2026: I went to Castello with my family and friends three times while we were in Gioia. Every time we were well received, with the waitress patiently allowing us to wait while we chose our food. The pizzas were wonderful, quick, and very well made. Dinner was also great the next day. Nothing to complain about. A great addition to the city of Gioia del Colle. I recommend a visit to anyone who has the opportunity!

06/05/2026: The focaccia is amazing, I'd say the best in Conversano and the surrounding area. Fragrant and made with top-quality ingredients, you can tell it's made with love and dedication. It's become a regular stop. Erika, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful, as is all her staff. 10/10

30/11/2025: Good product, but the owner doesn't make you feel at ease. Annoyed face, no smile, and a bit of a snooze when handling the food. I don't know what his personal issues are, but this attitude affects the experience, especially for those who don't just want to slurp a kebab but also enjoy a welcoming atmosphere.

23/02/2026: A truly lovely discovery! :o) A welcoming, cute pub, where you can eat very well and have excellent beers! The staff was really kind, friendly, professional, and efficient, especially Clarissa and the manager, whose name I can't remember :(, who make the difference... very nice, kind, and very professional. A place we'll definitely return to as soon as we're in the area again.

30/05/2026: What can I say? My happy place. The owners are wonderful, very kind, very knowledgeable, and the staff is efficient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is comfortable, and despite being always busy, they always find a way to make you feel at ease. The food is excellent, and the drinks are top-notch. Highly recommended.

20/05/2026: I'm going to be completely honest. I'd been passing by the restaurant for days since I was new to Italy as a tourist. I didn't know them at all, but I'm giving them this 10/10 review because of the incredible service I received from the entire team at La Tana. I made a reservation for 9:30 pm and they were super punctual with my table. They're very fast and feel like family. A young and efficient team. They made me three types of pizzas to my liking, and the first one I tried was absolutely spectacular—a touch of lemon and red tuna. After so many years making pizzas in Spain, they fulfilled a dream of mine: putting a pizza in the oven. It's a memory I'll cherish. (Not just anyone can do that.) 1. First, everyone who wants to go should make a reservation. 2. Always be open to recommendations and try different things. 3. Great atmosphere, and you have to understand that sometimes not every meal goes perfectly. I say this because of the other users who leave negative reviews. To give an opinion on a pizza, you have to try it and have experience with it. There are so many types of pizza; it's not just about liking it and ending up at a lot of restaurants. The world of gastronomy is constantly growing with many innovations and pizza styles. Thanks everyone! 😜

11/06/2026: A small pizzeria, but highly recommended for both takeout and dine-in. Outdoor seating is available in the summer. The pizzas are delicious, as are the appetizers and daily specials. Excellent beer selection. The staff is friendly and courteous. Parking is easy to find. Reservations are not required.

24/05/2026: Typical Bari products for fast food lunches such as very good panzerotti or pizzas, focaccias and much more at competitive prices, suitable for all budgets, after leaving the theatre it is very convenient, the service is fast and friendly ... highly recommended
