I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Puglia

03/06/2025: Sono stata in questa location a cena per un evento, era la terza volta e francamente le prime due volte sono rimasta molto soddisfatta a differenza di quest' ultima volta che sono rimasta molto molto delusa. Siamo stati serviti tardissimo, eravamo pronti tutti seduti alle ore 21.45 ma alle 22.30 avevano servito solo due portate di antipasti, che tra l'altro sono stati pochissimi sia come numero di portate che come quantità,tant'è che dovevano chiedere noi di portarci dei piatti in più in quanto qualcuno non le aveva degustate. Orecchiette dure e insipide per non parlare della carne, bastoncini di carne secchi e duri presentati nel piatto senza un minimo di estetica con accanto qualche pomodorino tagliato e un ciuffo di formaggio grana secco. Frutta tagliata in maniera grossolana e messa nel piatto in maniera disordinata. La quantità della torta era risicata tant'è che vedendola ci siamo chiesti se sarebbe bastata per tutti ed infatti i pezzi di torta erano microbici. È stata una delusione sia il menù che la presentazione dei piatti. Posso affermare questo in quanto tra le prime due volte che sono stata in questo ristorante e quest'ultima la differenza è stata abissale. E il prezzo pagato non è stato per nulla economico. Dispiace per la cattiva riuscita dell'evento e spero migliorino e non peggiorino sempre più.

16/06/2025: WONDERFUL! From the food to the service, to the atmosphere: everything is taken care of down to the smallest details. Menu in dialect and staff very willing to translate 😂 Jokes aside, truly excellent. We ate fried courgette flowers as an appetizer (they prepared them for me on the spot without anchovies) and two first courses, one of which was typical, with local peas 🫛 and a delicate ragù, spectacular!

Siamo stati contenti e soddisfatti di tutto il servizio: a partire dal cibo cucinato egregiamente dallo chef Felice, ha saputo deliziarci con i suoi piatti, facendoci degustare piatti innovativi. Un grazie al servizio in sala, personale educato e competente, un plauso al dj per l’ottima musica che ha saputo intrattenere gli ospiti in sala. Ottima qualità del cibo e delle materie prime. Un grazie ad Aldo e Antonella per la disponibilità e per la cortesia. Ci torneró sicuramente. Consiglio a tutti. 🔝🍽️

29/05/2025: We were traveling with our 2 year old. In our hotel, they recommended us to visit the mini zoo. We drove through the gate, and as soon as we entered, a woman came to us and told us in the most unfriendly way that we were not welcome. The zoo was only for guests. We proposed to pay, but there was no option. It was mainly the tone and attitude of the person who chased us away that took us by surprise. A place like this should be welcoming, especially if young parents with a two year old toddler arrives. A toddler who’s excited to see the animals, and who left the place in tears.

13/06/2025: Sunday lunch in this typical local trattoria... We enjoyed a fixed menu including house appetizers (good and plentiful with a special mention for the goulash), mixed roast (sausages, bombette, lamb, livers) of good quality with the right cooking that enhanced the flavor... attentive and present service, never intrusive. Good value for money with one exception of the two grappas (commercial) at the end of the meal (off the menu) cost €6 each.

20/03/2025: We had a great experience at this grill! The quality of the meat is excellent, the house appetizer was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, without long waits even though the place was full. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always available to advise us and satisfy every request with a smile. The environment is welcoming and perfect for a dinner with friends or family. Highly recommended for meat lovers and for those looking for a quiet place to eat well. See you soon

12/06/2025: Enchanting atmosphere... welcome and service, professional and warm at the same time. What to say about the food??? From the cheese entree to the omelette, a crescendo of flavors that reaches its peak with the grilled meat... A separate chapter, the wines 🍷🥂. A symphony of emotions from the Negramaro declined in Rosé to the Susumaniello to then dive into the Primitivo with the top of the range. A unique experience to repeat as possible... especially to taste the desserts💪

08/06/2025: Highly recommended! Superlative cuisine, excellent service — thanks to Lorenzo, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is suggestive: dining overlooking the rows of the vineyard is a magical experience, made even more pleasant by the soft and refined lighting. Excellent price.

15/06/2025: I went back to eat pizza after some time. A disappointment! Rubbery dough, salty and dry topping, probably not top quality raw materials. Not to mention the increase in prices. A margherita 6 euros. Definitely not to be repeated. A real shame.

20/04/2025: Characteristic location, typical of Salento with wonderful star vaults, well-kept. Cozy environment! Courteous and professional staff. Let's get to the kitchen... The right place to taste traditional cuisine. The house appetizer varied and tasty, the first courses excellent! We will definitely return and talk about you... In fact we went back and this time too we ate very well 👍

04/04/2025: Unfortunately there are not enough stars here to express what we think. Fabulous personal service by Roberto and his staff. Great ever so fresh and tastefull fresh dishes are created by 2 magicians in the kitchen. Always check for a table before you go. You must! If only for the atmosohere you are in.

09/06/2025: Very large structure, equipped with a swimming pool, a kitchen that takes care of all the modern food needs, qualified staff and most importantly the kindness of the owners. I personally feel like I am part of the family and for those like me who are constantly away it is a very welcome aspect.

18/05/2025: I celebrated my son's communion last Sunday with the enthusiasm of having re-booked after the magnificent experience I had 7 years ago with the communion of my firstborn. This is not meant to be a sterile criticism but an invitation, if you deem it appropriate, to review the entire organization. It was a day characterized by total chaos from all points of view. Panicked waiters with no apparent guidance or experience. Terrible choice to "accept" all those communions in a single Sunday. As for the menu, what can I say? It was a total flop, in my opinion, on all the courses or almost, especially on the most obvious ones since it was not characterized by dishes requiring a high level of preparation. (The proposed menus were absolutely basic and not difficult to prepare for a kitchen that boasts years and years of experience). Mine, I repeat, is an absolutely personal opinion aimed, if you deem it appropriate, at reviewing a few aspects. Magnificent DJ, compliments to him!!!! Greetings, and good work to all of you.
