15/08/2025: We've been going to Anama Complex for years. The food has always been excellent, with generous appetizers and delicious dishes, always at low and competitive prices! Now that they've opened and renovated the New Maxi Hall, everything is truly even more wonderful and bright!! I recommend Anama Complex for any special event or just a family lunch. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Well done!

29/08/2025: Authentic cuisine from days gone by. Both the appetizers and dinner were truly spectacular. They reminded us of the intense flavor of our grandmother's ragù and the authenticity of a cuisine bursting with simplicity.

01/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm from Romagna, the land of hospitality par excellence. I have relatives in Manfredonia and I was born there. We arrive at this place, where two long faces welcome us, we ask to be able to sit down and they start by saying "look at the menu first and then you can sit down". I've never experienced anything like this before and I go around restaurants a lot. So we sit down because I was terribly hungry. On the menu I read ANGUS HAMBURGER. Well, I expect a sandwich since in the sandwich section the hamburger name is the same. I get a Swiss steak with a little rocket and some chopped tomatoes without seasoning, two of a kind of potato boats. I try the Swiss, dry as few things in this world, I ask for two sauces to wash it down, and the waitress, very annoyed, brings me two tiny bowls with mayonnaise and ketchup. So, first of all, if it was truly Black Angus, you let me choose how to cook the meat, not decide it voluntarily, and above all, don't look annoyed if the two people with me only wanted two beers and fries. In conclusion, my expectations were high since I had looked for it days before and was excited to try it, but as they teach us in Romagna, 1. a smile is fundamental 2. the customer is sacred 3. stay home if you don't want to work 4. don't open a restaurant if you don't know how to manage it. AN EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVER AGAIN.

14/10/2025: There were locals eating nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious! The restaurants in Seongan were so crowded that I didn't know where to go, so I stumbled upon this place. If it weren't for the last day of my trip, I would have come here every day. I prefer a simple, clean local restaurant to the fancy pasta at a tourist-oriented restaurant.

Excellent fish dishes, fantastic gluten-free pizza, perhaps the best I've ever eaten 👏🏻even the desserts are exquisite (gluten-free options available too!), very kind and helpful staff, especially in finding solutions for people like me with various food intolerances! 03/10/2025: I ordered 20 croissants on my cell phone for the next day, including cream and chocolate. The next day, when I went, not only was the owner rude, but she also made me 30, I didn't ask for 10 more, despite this, not only were they not very filled, but they also had apricot filling, they were inedible and also empty, paying 36 euros for them.

10/08/2025: It's out of the way from my house, but I wanted to try it today. Everything was excellent, from the quality (I had an excellent cappuccino and a fragrant, tasty brioche with fresh cream) to the service and courtesy. Kudos also for the very fair prices (another rarity)!

16/09/2025: Location is excellent. The beach is very nice, and the sea access is flat, perfect for little children. However the occupation of the available beahc space by the sunshades is excessive. The space between sunshades is ridiculously tight, and there is hardly any space left between the first row of sunshades and the shore. To have a shower you need to pay. I haven't tried the toilets, so I don't know if the same applies to them. For the scandalous prices that you pay in Salento for a lido, to which Lido Max makes not exception, I would expect some more consideration for the customer.

15/09/2025: We've been coming back to Lido Max for years and have always had a great time. The pizza is truly delicious 🔝 and the breakfasts are also worth it. Mid-September is divine: everything is liveable and peaceful. The sea, like the entire stretch between Torre Lapillo and Torre Chianca, is a true paradise: crystal-clear water and a beautiful beach.

30/06/2025: Siamo tornati pochi giorni fa in questo ristorante, scoperto un po’ per caso la scorsa estate passeggiando per Grottaglie e, da allora, punto di riferimento gastronomico della zona. Tuttavia, l’ultima cena è stata talmente superlativa da superare i nostri ricordi e da indurmi a scrivere questa recensione : antipasto con tagliatelle di seppia crude, maltagliati al nero di seppia con stracciatella e gamberi rossi per la mia ragazza e spaghetti alla chitarra con ricci di mare e cozza fritte per me (il miglior piatto coi ricci di mare mai mangiato in vita mia); per secondo, lumachine di terra. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo rosato, dalla cortesia dei camerieri e dall’atmosfera magica del locale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

06/10/2025: Very nice and well-kept place! Generous dishes, expertly prepared by expert hands! Nothing is left to chance... knowledgeable and very kind staff ready to fulfill every request!!! I highly recommend trying it at least once, you won't be able to do without it! Always try to book in advance.

11/10/2025: Let's start with the assumption that I was a regular at this place, and for that very reason, my experience tonight was even more disappointing. There are no other adjectives to describe it: awful. I've always enjoyed my time here, but this time, perhaps because it was Saturday, it was a disaster. The service was slow and disorganized, the dishes arrived after over half an hour and, in many cases, were different from what was ordered. Some items never arrived, while others were brought to us by mistake. Is a little chaos really enough to turn a quality restaurant into a place where you feel like you're wasting your money? It's a shame, because I didn't come here with the intention of criticizing: in fact, I have to admit that the tuna was really good. My friend even mentioned it to the lady at the cashier, complimenting her and saying it was one of the best tuna we'd ever eaten. Her response, however, left us speechless: "But you can't leave the rice out next time." We were truly disappointed, because the rice hadn't been left there on purpose—it had spilled on the table, and we'd even alerted the waiter. They knew full well. Hearing this response, after paying and even offering a compliment, was genuinely unpleasant. Furthermore, the table was dirty, with spilled rice that had never been cleaned. It's an experience I'm sorry to describe in these terms after so many positive experiences, but unfortunately, this is the reality of the evening.

23/09/2025: The lady was very kind when welcoming us, the waiters were always smiling, the dishes were average, and the tartare was very disappointing for my taste. The use of tablets is very practical.

18/10/2025: A very beautiful property with a special ambiance thanks to the old building and the lovingly landscaped garden. Extremely hospitable owners! The old country road is a relatively quiet bike ride to Lecce (7 km, no inclines). The breakfast buffet is highly recommended! A large selection of local specialties, from homemade lemon jam to fresadha, and all the drinks you want. Overall, highly recommended!

18/10/2025: We were able to spend a night in a van at this very pleasant agritourism. Our host is very friendly and welcoming. The site has services for camper vans (wastewater disposal, electricity and water, shower and dishwashing/laundry sinks). In addition, the areas planted with fruit trees and the relaxation areas such as the magnificent swimming pool are an added bonus. I recommend it.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. We had ordered five pizzas two hours in advance and had to wait over an hour. Incredibly inadequate: inattentive staff, no explanation, and total indifference to our requests. After all this time, they simply ignored us. Never again.

01/10/2025: The most delicious pizza in the city. They even add a product of my choice for only 2 Euro. Everything was perfect, if it is wasn't our last they in the area we would've go there again the next day. This place is a must one!
