Excellent ice cream shop in the heart of the city center of Barletta, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, next to the statue of Heraclius. Salvatore, the owner, his wife and his staff are really friendly. They always welcome you with a smile and a good word. You can sense that they work out of passion. The raw materials are first choice, you can feel the difference compared to ice creams that only contain flavourings. Some flavors, such as ricotta and figs, almonds and pistachios etc., fill the entire palate. The novelty we tasted the last time we were there was also excellent: the freshly made cone! It is larger than the others and as it is freshly made it remains hot so that the melting ice cream reaches the bottom of the cone... you can taste the flavor until the last bite!!! Keep it up!
