21/08/2024: I went to The Soul Kitchen Torino for a family dinner, with the opportunity to celebrate an important milestone. We opted for the Experience Menu, 9 courses. At the table there were vegetarian and omnivorous people (me). We were all pleasantly surprised by all the dishes. Although, due to my personal taste, some delighted me greatly (risi e bisi, savory cannoli), others less so (aspic), all the courses showed extraordinary attention and care in pairing, taste and presentation. I discovered new flavors, both in food and in wine (Orange Wine). Welcoming and flexible owner in adapting the menu to specific allergy needs. Trained staff. The only flaw - on the way out we asked for a glass of water, denied because they would have had to open a bottle of water. One star less for the ambience, but that's just my taste - I found the ambience a bit dark and cold.

14/12/2024: Small place for takeaway only. The lady who served me was quite nice. Various assortment of short ribs, cannoli, brioches (also vegan) and other biscuits. Lobster tail taken for my mother, when I taste it she points out that it is very hard. I don't know if the things proposed are like this, however I definitely wouldn't buy the lobster tail again.

Each cocktail has a particular presentation 😍 Update...I confirm...after a few months I returned and I am satisfied again...it will become my fixed stop every time I return to Turin

03/11/2024: Pessima esperienza. Sconsigliatissimo! Grande confusione e disorganizzazione! 2 novembre jazz festival tantissima gente e non sono stati in grado di gestire le prenotazioni! Arrivati con 10 minuti di ritardo e atteso un quarto d'ora prima che qualcuno si degnasse di darci retta il nostro tavolo era stato dato ad altri! La gente si alzava e veniva via perché non prendevano gli ordini e i tempi d'attesa infiniti! Proprietario maleducato e arrogante!

08/12/2024: Restaurant with typical Piedmontese cuisine. Very small location. The cuisine uses fresh and local ingredients, the final result is sufficiently good. The starter and main course were good but not exceptional, however the homemade dessert was superb. The wine selection is also excellent.

Nice place, good food but charging €2 each for cutting the cake really makes me laugh and I find it excessive!!! In my opinion, the price of the boiled meat should also be reviewed given the small quantity served!!

22/09/2024: Se della pizza si è autentici cultori che si faccia tappa alla Pizzeria - la "R" maiuscola è d'obbligo - "Bella M'briana" di Collegno. Cordialità e celerità consegneranno al Vostro tavolo una pizza davvero gustosa. Dagli ingredienti selezionati con accortezza, dalla pasta veramente ben lievitata, digeribile e da assaporare centimetro dopo centimetro giacché il palato potrà godere ora del croccante ora del soffice. Il menù è ampiamente assortito e abbraccia tanto le pizze tradizionali quanto quelle "speciali", create dai mastri pizzaioli. Altre prelibatezze culinarie partenopee arricchiranno la vostra tavola e il Vostro desiderio di esser sazi con raffinatezza.
