05/04/2026: We were invited by relatives to celebrate Easter at this delightful trattoria. Everything we ate was delicious, especially the quality and cooking of the meat. The attentive and patient staff. The only downside was the noise from the chatter: we couldn't hear each other. The quality of the food, however, is worth returning to.

30/03/2026: Welcoming place, rustic furnishings in keeping with the location. Knowledgeable and friendly waiters, dishes a little unusual but excellent. It's not a cheap restaurant but these days the prices are normal.

18/01/2026: This restaurant is located in the splendid historic center of Sant'Ambrogio di Torino, at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele. Delicious food, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere make it a must-try if you're passing through town or for special occasions like birthday lunches.

31/12/2025: The atmosphere is very beautiful, intimate, and well-kept. I've been there a couple of times, both for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast: a wide selection of products, truly delicious and all vegan. The breakfast room is truly beautiful with a large table for sharing. Dinner: truly delicious, dishes with attention to detail in both flavor and appearance, a truly special place. (You can let us know about any allergies when booking.) The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

08/02/2026: Excellent lunch in a well-designed and warm setting. All the staff were excellent. The only flaw: the mashed potatoes that accompanied the salami had lumps due to undercooked potatoes.

07/02/2026: Wonderful! We dined last night. The welcome was warm from the start, and it catapulted us into the world of Cucina Rambaldi. The service is meticulously maintained, and the staff is both professional and friendly, which is not a given in such a high-quality establishment. The decor is harmonious, and the music is carefully crafted to transport you into a true culinary experience. The food is exquisite, and the colors and aromas are truly exquisite. The wine pairing (highly recommended!) is meticulously crafted. Congratulations! We'll be back in the spring/summer to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. P.S. The prices are truly affordable for the quality of the experience we had.

18/04/2026: They're not huge piadinas, but they're still very good. Their proximity to the Royal Palace makes them crowded, but you can always find a seat inside or outside because a piadina and a drink go down quickly.

25/04/2026: I used to go to this pastry shop often, but this morning, after having waited in line regularly, the red-haired barista decided to take the order of someone else who had clearly entered with an arrogant air after me. I'm sorry to say this, but even though the products are exceptional, I will never set foot in this pastry shop again. There are no first-class customers and second-class customers. Obviously, respectable people are not welcome.

15/04/2026: We've eaten at this pizzeria several times (I have two girls, ages 2 and 5), and it never disappoints. The pizza is locally sourced, beautifully presented, and meticulously prepared, from the chairs to the table. We started with an aperitif featuring a glass of Altalanga and cream puffs filled with a delicious cream. Moving on to the pizzas, my wife had the "Aforisma" (aphorism), which is nothing short of exceptional, while I had the "Nobile Pezzente" (noble beggar), and what can I say? You have to try it. The girls, of course, had two red tomato pizzas, which they ate in their entirety. The dough was very good and very easy to digest. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a gourmet pizza. Great Claudio, keep up the good work!

14/04/2026: I have to say, it amazes me more and more!! Foods aren't to everyone's taste... I don't think my parents would like certain combinations... but I love them! Sublime combinations, pizza dough, and especially the spectacular pop crunch... once you've finished the first one, it feels like you haven't eaten anything yet! But in doing so, you experience unsurpassed flavors and sensations on your palate... and finally, that honey rum is the icing on the cake!! I'll be back soon.

02/05/2026: From what I've tried of the restaurant, it's truly excellent, both for the quality of the dishes and the attentive, helpful, and never intrusive service. The dishes arrive without too much of a wait, and they're truly delicious. Highly recommended. The location is stunning, and after a delicious meal, you can take a lovely stroll around the lake, surrounded by greenery, with lovely benches positioned in spots that allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view.
