16/12/2025: This place is suitable for a quick breakfast or a quick coffee, as it's not very inviting for a quiet break. The tables are small, the seats uncomfortable, and the staff isn't very friendly. The bathroom is outside on the platform and requires a fee; you can't use the receipt. I found the product selection to be quite extensive, but above all, it was delicious. I recommend it for its quality pastries, but I wouldn't recommend it for the atmosphere, the chaos, and the unfriendly staff.

17/11/2025: Expensive and poor quality ice cream. I got a cone with salted caramel and extra dark chocolate flavors. The caramel flavor is acceptable, but the dark chocolate flavor, aside from the chocolate chips, tasted like powder. I was disappointed.

08/12/2025: I called to order pizzas, and they told me they'd be ready by 8:45 PM. My girlfriend did me the favor of being there at 8:45 PM to pick them up, but they still hadn't been rolled out. It's not the first time, and honestly, from now on, I've been labeling this place as unreliable.
Small consolation: the pizzas were at least edible.
29/08/2025: Very small, typical Neapolitan pizza. The farinata is very good, and the pizza is worth trying. The guys who work there are friendly! Good, I'll be back often!

23/11/2025: Embarrassing. Besides the fact that you can no longer order yogurt at the counter and then sit down—you're practically forced to order it at the table, paying more, with fewer toppings to choose from, and even receiving a smaller quantity—they now only give one packet of sugar per person.
We witnessed a truly horrifying scene: the girl had ordered takeout yogurt, while the rest of the family also wanted to eat while seated. They didn't let them sit because the girl had already ordered their takeout.
And as if that weren't enough, we also saw two elderly people being moved to another table for no real reason. Absurd.

12/08/2025: We had breakfast at this cake shop, where the staff was very kind. We didn't order cake because we were intrigued by the unusual croissant flavors (like the tiramisu croissant). Takeout is available, and you can eat inside or outside under the portico.
22/07/2025: The cashier girl is quite rude. She misunderstood the order and when we told her about it, she just started to smack her lips and act haughty. Not the behavior of someone who is supposed to serve customers.

20/12/2025: High prices for two, we spent 18 euros, we had a cappuccino, a tea, a zeppola, and a marron glacé. I think the tea cost 5 euros, a bit excessive for a little water and a limited selection of teas, only black and green. The pastry shop isn't the same as it used to be, the swan is no longer there! You also have to pay a cover charge! Honestly?! I won't be going back!

01/04/2025: Visiting for the first time, I liked the welcome and the food, but above all the simple atmosphere; many Japanese restaurants overdo it with opulent furnishings, inflating the menu and cover charge. Dogs are allowed, and the price is excellent. I'll be back.
