18/04/2025: I've been getting takeaways for years and I've always found the Emiliano fried panzerotto fantastic...but after several orders it never arrived the same...so I started ordering a Francoso pizza...and I always get a mushroom and ham pizza...when the ingredients also include cream and parmesan...I advise the pizza chef to review the ingredients of the pizzas on the menu!

25/01/2025: A few months ago I had takeaway pizzas and they were good. Instead I got other pizzas 2 weeks ago and they were poor. A little ham, a little mozzarella and hard artichokes

08/06/2025: We went there as soon as we arrived in Turin, we had the apartment about 500 meters away, We found a very well-kept environment and kind staff. The food was a wonderful journey of flavors! The ravioli were sublime, like everything else. If I return to Turin I will definitely come back to eat here!

20/06/2025: Eataly is a trusted place for us, the quality of the products is excellent. As for the restaurant part, I can say that it has become our favorite place, both for dining as a couple and with friends who appreciate good food. Eating at Eataly means feeling the taste of the ingredients, appreciating their aromas, their colors. The ingredients of the dishes are combined in such a way as to bring out their flavor, you rediscover the pleasure of enjoying what you eat. The portions are good, they are neither "stingy" nor exaggerated. The 5 stars are also for the kindness and availability of the staff, very competent and with a certain dose of sympathy that never hurts and gives an added value. Obviously they will see us return often and willingly!!!

25/01/2025: Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati a Bardonecchia tra il 22/1 e il 24/1... abbiamo scoperto la pasticceria tramite il sito di Bardonecchiaski. Abbiamo comprato pasticcini,cioccolatini e dolci monoporzione ogni giorno (molto originali le pietre del seirass). Personale molto gentile e disponibile, unica pecca i krapfen che sono squisiti vanno a ruba :'( , perciò,andateci nel primo pomeriggio!!

05/01/2025: La pasticceria è elegante, sempre ordinata, ben fornita e soprattutto a prezzo. La gentilezza di tutto il personale accompagna piacevolmente all’acquisto delle loro prelibatezze. Ho radunato qualcuna delle ultime foto dei loro prodotti anche se in realtà sono un habitué.. in fondo si torna sempre dove si è stati bene!!! Lo consiglio per la colazione, per le merende con i loro deliziosi krapfen, per i pasticcini, le torte e per la pasticceria secca. Insomma per me Ugetti è sempre una garanzia! Complimenti a voi che negli anni avete saputo mantenere la qualità!

10/06/2025: Aperitif for 8 people booked a week in advance to share a very important moment. Served a drink each with three pan pizzas and two plates with a few pieces of farinata to share. We order a second round and are told that the food is finished. Two small plates are brought with the leftovers from the packets of crisps. Reported at the cashier, and not even a discount or an apology. Paid 134 euros just for a drink. Needless to say how sorry we were towards our guests who left very disappointed.

20/04/2025: Nice place. Instead service only for friends... for us not even a good morning not even a simple 'thank you'. Capucino almost cold and croissants not fresh.,

02/11/2024: Cena da sola, pizza, dolce ,1/4di vino ...€ 19 di cui pizza con prosciutto crudo Senza mozzarella € 10 e prosciutto scarso in quantità e qualità, ottimo il dolce , vino discutibile...non ho preso neanche il caffè. Il locale è modesto, un plauso al ragazzo in sala,giovane ma molto garbato e disponibile....non ho mai pagato una cifra simile qui in zona neanche in locali decisamente più belli

21/06/2025: I have been going to Beatrice for years, it's a shame about the change of management. Before, you were greeted with smiles, the prices were more affordable and you felt at home when you came in. Today: Terrible coffee Cold staff. You have to pay the owners at the cash register to make you smile. Incompetent waiters, the owner who walks around like a ticket inspector. Put the bald man back on the sandwiches, which was the strong point... but obviously you have no marketing skills; much less charisma. Even during covid, when everything was black, you came in here and they gave you a smile! You seem like the bosses of ceremonies to me. I remind you that we are in Turin!

21/06/2025: Today I bought 2 chantilly and a sfogliatella frolla...dry chantilly (probably from the day before) sfogliatella distant relative of a real sfogliatella frolla, too dry, more similar to a biscuit. Disappointed, negative experience. Not to mention the high prices, probably they changed management, quality worsened and prices increased.

16/05/2025: Super good food, there are specialties and typical Asian dishes that you can't find anywhere else (in fact we come here from the other side of the city to eat them). Very kind and friendly. We recommend the taro and fried Lotus roots!!

26/03/2025: A very nice and welcoming place, the food is excellent, truly delicious cuisine. The owner is a kind person, you feel at home. I highly recommend.

11/05/2025: Unfriendly staff, not even a thank you at the time of the booking phone call. When picking up the pizzas (prescheduled on the call by the staff) we had to wait 20 minutes because they hadn't prepared them yet. Not recommended.

22/03/2025: Pizza molto buona ma peccato per un elemento in particolare del personale, forse la più giovane. Scortese e non in grado di relazionarsi col pubblico. Per la seconda volta, ordinando a domicilio, stacca interrompendo la chiamata e non risponde più. In loco, chiedendo spiegazioni, trova scuse poco plausibili a riguardo. Non consigliato.
