20/06/2025: Excellent ice cream as always, friendly staff, but I couldn't pay with my debit card. I hope they fix it, not everyone carries cash in their pockets these days

15/06/2025: Last night I had an ice cream. Very good. I walk and after a while I fall. So I go back to the ice cream shop and ask for another one. The man behind the counter asks me why I was there again asking for the same ice cream and I told him that I had fallen. He remade the ice cream for me without making me pay even though I insisted on paying for it since it was my fault. I was really impressed by the kindness. And by the goodness of the ice cream. If I ever return to Turin I will definitely go back. Congratulations, a truly appreciated gesture. I highly recommend it.

26/02/2025: Decepcionado con la calidad de las pizzas. Base delgada y empapada. Debería haber ido a Pizza House al otro lado de la calle y nos ahorramos 40 euros. La pinta de cerveza era inbebible En general no calificaría y abrumador teniendo en cuenta el alto nivel de la comida en otro lugar en Sauze. Probablemente explica por qué sólo había otras 2 mesas ocupadas esa noche

07/02/2025: I ordered a cream tart for a birthday party......result??? the tufts of cream collapsed miserably.....after my complaints with the pastry shop I was told that the important thing was to have eaten it despite everything.....I was disappointed both by the cake and by the response.....all paid €60 for just over a kg of cake.....I advise you not to have them make a cream tart, go elsewhere.

01/04/2025: Sì ma … non tutto corrisponde alla descrizione del menù. Ordinato un succo perché dalla carta risultava essere 100% frutta, in realtà era un classico succo di frutta in vasetto, assolutamente non 100%, com vari ingredienti tra cui lo zucchero appunto.

03/06/2025: I believe that the evaluation of a place depends on many objective factors, however, we must never overlook the commitment and dedication of the people who work there, regardless of the result achieved. I happened to be in the shopping center and while waiting I had an aperitif and considering that I had to go to dinner I asked for a snack that was not too large but that was not simply crisps and peanuts. The girls consulted because my request went beyond the standard of the products offered by the place, they immediately committed themselves to satisfying me and took the responsibility of going beyond the (too rigid) rules of the place. Andrea (the most experienced) was able to manage the situation, she worried about my satisfaction and above all she behaved as if she were the owner of the place (which is unlikely considering her young age). Therefore, I suggest to the owners to give more power to their employees and to listen to their advice, they are the ones who deal with customers every day.

24/05/2025: Passing by for a quick lunch that lasted more than 1 hour due to a decidedly disorganized service. It could have been pleasant if the service had been faster and more precise. Also the food was disappointing for the overall price paid. We will not return.

06/06/2025: Review: A nightmare disguised as a sushi restaurant ⭐☆☆☆☆ Going in here was a mistake my stomach will never forget. As soon as we sat down, we noticed multiple huge spider webs with live spiders on the wall next to the table. The table was sticky, the plates dirty, and one still had dry rice stuck to it. The chopsticks looked used, the teacups had... hair in them. The sushi was simply inedible: sticky rice, gray and soft fish (of dubious origin), with a smell that to call disgusting is an understatement. After one bite, one of my friends swore he would never touch sushi again in his life. The service? Virtually nonexistent. If you care about your health (and respect for yourself and Japanese food), do yourself a favor and avoid it like the plague.

29/05/2025: I went for lunch on Tuesday, I had a great time, fast service, good food and good value for money. I recommend it!

Situato in un luogo storico (Palazzo Graneri della Roccia), intatto e perfettamente conservato, molto suggestivo e silenzioso. Ideale per far conversazioni davanti a un bicchiere e a qualche stuzzichino. Un'ottima selezione di salumi e formaggi; forse si può lavorare su pizze e focacce, migliorandone la qualità. Prosecco discreto. Personale molto cortese.

22/02/2025: Bicchieri e piatti di carta nel buffet Cucchiaini carta x yogurt Signora pulizie con carrello delle pulizie attraversa sala mentre le persone mangiano Buffet non ricchissimo ma buono : mancano ad esempio formaggi ed affettati e soprattutto i pancakes o i bugels tipici delle culture anglosassoni : non dovrebbero essere tra i piatti da scegliere bensì nel buffet Personale molto gentile e disponibile

30/05/2025: Monoporzione crostata dura con marmellata dal retrogusto discutibile. Dolcetto ai mirtilli indegno. Cannoncino sufficiente. Una bottiglietta d'acqua 2.5 Eur. Il locale, a differenza di tutti gli altri nelle immediate vicinanze , era vuoto. Fortunatamente esistono le recensioni che noi, purtroppo, non abbiamo letto prima. Io sono di bocca buona, ma penso di non aver mai apprezzato così poco un dolce in vita mia.

08/06/2025: Saturday night unbearable music, they even removed all the tables/chairs so you can't even chat peacefully. You are forced to stand and if you accidentally lean on the step of the trees they make you move in a rude and ill-mannered manner. evaluate something else

31/05/2025: You don't advertise a tiramisu that isn't it: if I order a tiramisu I expect the classic dessert, not a cup of ice cream with a ladyfinger at the bottom of the glass cup and a sprinkling of cocoa on top... bear with me, if I wanted tiramisu-flavored ice cream I would have ordered it, don't you think?

27/05/2025: Local present on Glovo, they confirm your orders and then don't deliver them to you, they disappear and don't even answer the phone during the hours they are open anyway!

10/03/2025: They are no longer the same owners, they have changed management and still keep the name of the old place. Thinking of taking it from the old management I ended up with a kebab shop pizza, which with all due respect has a dough that I struggle to call a pizza. At least have the decency to update the site so people know what they're up against
