When we left, the lady came over to hug us. It was a lovely moment, just like they used to do in the old days. The herbal teas are very good, unique, and original. We'll definitely be back. ♥️

05/11/2025: Thank you for your hospitality. This was our second time at this hotel. The room has all the comforts, and there's a kitchen next door with everything you need. Downstairs is a wonderful pizzeria, where we had a delicious meal. The pizza oven is truly beautiful. A big thank you to the owner, Thomas, for his kindness and hospitality.

09/07/2025: I've been to Cã D'or in Vidracco and I can only leave a great review! The waiter was very kind and extremely polite, always attentive and smiling. The pizza? Delicious, exactly what I expected: light dough, fresh, well-balanced ingredients. The pizza chef was polite and very attentive to the customer's needs. A pleasant experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

04/08/2025: I had lunch there, since I was working there in Capiva. The place is retro but large and spacious. The food is REALLY VERY GOOD and every day they offer something different than the usual trattorias. WELL DONE!!

24/12/2025: I'll start by saying I was a guest, but the Piedmontese food was excellent, with an exceptional platter, peppers with anchovy sauce, excellent minced meat, delicious green tongue, mini arancini, and then polenta with cod, delicious. I'll be back to try the pizza too.

The staff seemed annoyed and arrogant, an attitude I'd never encountered before. It's a shame: it used to be a place I'd happily return to, but the experience was disappointing.

02/03/2026: This pastry shop has been in the area for about 50 years. I've lived about 150 meters from it since 1993, and...what can I say?...In the past, they've offered excellent quality products at prices not typical of Mirafiori Sud, but rather those typical of central Turin. Whatever the case, when you want to indulge in a sweet treat...in recent years, the pastry shop has expanded and, in addition to producing ice cream during the season, also offers a bar service with, of course, products such as croissants, etc., typical breakfast items. Lately, however, I must point out that, having gone there in this month of February 2026, one morning, to buy 2 trays of carnival bugie, I was served by a brunette girl at the counter, evidently with little desire to satisfy the customer and who filled one of the two trays with scraps of leftover bugie, practically little pieces of about 3, 4 cm, even in the presence of another untouched container of theirs with product made with suitable sizes... at my complaint, the same one got offended and answering me annoyed started to take from the tray with the fresh product and not from the one with the "crumbs"... all of which, then charged 42 euros per kilo, if I remember correctly... then in the area there are other pastry shops (such as in via Onore Vigliani and Corso Traiano) which in terms of quality/price ratio are excellent and above all they do not have staff at the counter that gives you little desire to work, I'm sorry because many times I have bought from them making a great impression on the people who have shared their product, but in the Lately, they've fallen short. I hope Mr. Giovanni reads my message and does everything he can to maintain the overall quality of the past, both locally and through top-notch staff. For now, I'll look elsewhere.

28/02/2026: We had a terrible experience here, not so much for the quality of the desserts, which is average, but for the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. Barely two meters of counter space between the register and the coffee machine, the cashier rudely asks to get a receipt before ordering... I reply that I'm not a thief, that in fact my wife is in line at the register and that maybe while I'm drinking my coffee I'll look at the window and feel like getting a cannoli or a cream puff... nothing, the clerk haughtily reiterates that you have to get a receipt first. I understand that the area is terrible, Mirafiori Sud, a depressed former Fiat area, but we're not all thieves who run away with a croissant in our mouths... look up and see who you're dealing with before you do those things in front of everyone... I found it infinitely mean and vulgar. I don't recommend it. Turin is full of pastry shops with qualified staff and an environment suited to welcoming honest and respectable customers.

07/04/2026: Good food, amazing sandwich, but the ribs were a little less so, unfortunately very, very fatty. They were on the extra menu, but if I go back I'll skip them and get a sandwich too. Excellent beers, good desserts. Easy to find parking.

04/04/2026: I'm giving it three stars because the quality of the food and beer is unquestionable—really good. Unfortunately, however, the experience was ruined by an unpleasant and arrogant "lecture on law" from the staff (or owner). I was told that the dog was required by law to wear a muzzle inside the establishment. I'd like to point out that, according to the Ministry of Health Ordinance of August 6, 2013 (Art. 1, paragraph 3), the owner is required to carry a muzzle and only wear it in case of risk or at the request of the authorities. Since I wore a muzzle, I was perfectly in compliance with national law. Inventing nonexistent obligations to annoy customers isn't the height of professionalism; if it was a nuisance, that's a different matter... Not that it barked much. In addition to the somewhat tense human atmosphere, I also found the establishment excessively cold, which didn't help me relax. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the hospitality and regulatory compliance leave much to be desired.

01/03/2026: A nice place near Porta Susa station for a break/breakfast. The baristas are friendly, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and most importantly, it doesn't smell of butter, which could stink up your clothes.

It so happened that we took turns going in to pay without telling each other because we each had the intention of buying breakfast. The two bartenders, no doubt having realized what was going on, still charged us twice. Only later, when we confronted each other, did we realize we'd paid twice. They quietly charged us twice. It wasn't about money, because breakfast cost 6.80, but about honesty. I didn't like their attitude.

08/04/2026: A piadineria near Ciriè station. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but it's also a great option in the summer, as you can eat on the avenue in front. The selection of piadinas is vast, almost confusing, but still ideal for this type of place. A great option for a lunch break.

04/03/2026: worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant, I ordered a takeaway piadina but I had to wait almost 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn't even full, I think that maybe ordering from home would take less time, I was very wrong, because when you want to order a piadina at 9pm the restaurant is already closed and then they wonder why they're losing customers, if you can, don't go there

14/03/2026: A historic pastry shop in the village, recently renovated with a bar area for quality breakfasts. Friendly staff and lower prices than those at frozen food shops. Their croissants are homemade and high-quality.

My group of friends and I came in for breakfast, but were forced to witness openly discriminatory comments from an employee, directed at people practicing Ramadan. Such comments, spoken loudly in front of customers, are unacceptable and demonstrate a complete lack of respect and professionalism. It is even more serious that this happens in a place located in a multicultural area, where the minimum level of sensitivity and inclusion is expected. A public establishment should welcome all customers without distinction, not foster prejudice or create a hostile atmosphere. Such behavior cannot be justified in any way. We will never return, and I urge anyone who values ​​mutual respect to think carefully before frequenting this place. (The woman in question has a visible tattoo on her chest, glasses, and blonde.)

My only complaint is that every time we've ordered birthday cakes (three times in total), they've gotten something wrong (e.g., asking for a cake without cream, with mostly fruit and chocolate; the cake was made with a lot of cream).
