25/03/2026: I've been there several times, the food is good, the atmosphere is familiar, you have to keep in mind that it's in Giaveno and the clientele is definitely Piedmontese, there are no extraordinary dishes but I recommend it anyway.

07/02/2026: I've been going to this place for almost 10 years. The food is always good, and that's probably why it's a winner. However, what used to be a slight delay in delivery is getting worse and worse. Waiting over half an hour just to order, then another half an hour before getting your first course. Let's just say that if you're in a hurry for food, this isn't the place to be. It's a real shame because the food is good, but the service needs to improve. Having to wait two hours for food is unacceptable. Takeout also falls short in this regard: they tell you over the phone that your order will be ready in 30 minutes, but then when you show up to pick it up, they make you wait another hour. If they had more staff and managed orders better, this place would deserve 5 out of 5 stars.

13/09/2025: The aperitif was paltry: 7.99 for a drink and a mixed plate, the sign says, but if you order two because you're a couple, the drink is double, but the main course is still one, and it's paltry, too. You'd expect minimal variety with the mixed plate, but instead you get a plate full of supermarket-quality tortillas to dip in tomato salsa, four equally mediocre onion rings, and four tiny pieces of plain quesadilla.

07/04/2026: This restaurant overlooks a fairly busy street. The outdoor tables are modern and clean. The interior decor is also pleasant. You can also purchase tobacco and take advantage of other services. There's also a small post office adjacent. The service is excellent, and the food is of high quality.

21/10/2025: Bar Crema is a truly welcoming place, perfect for families too! They often organize children's events, which are always fun and engaging, with attention to detail and lots of original ideas to keep them entertained. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. The pastries and coffee are excellent, always fresh and high-quality. A place that exudes joy and is always a pleasure to return to!

24/12/2025: I'll start by saying I was a guest, but the Piedmontese food was excellent, with an exceptional platter, peppers with anchovy sauce, excellent minced meat, delicious green tongue, mini arancini, and then polenta with cod, delicious. I'll be back to try the pizza too.

02/11/2025: Quiet place, very friendly staff. Excellent charcuterie platter and fried gnocco, and the pan pizza is a must-try! Good value for money.

04/08/2025: I had lunch there, since I was working there in Capiva. The place is retro but large and spacious. The food is REALLY VERY GOOD and every day they offer something different than the usual trattorias. WELL DONE!!

07/04/2026: Good food, amazing sandwich, but the ribs were a little less so, unfortunately very, very fatty. They were on the extra menu, but if I go back I'll skip them and get a sandwich too. Excellent beers, good desserts. Easy to find parking.

04/04/2026: I'm giving it three stars because the quality of the food and beer is unquestionable—really good. Unfortunately, however, the experience was ruined by an unpleasant and arrogant "lecture on law" from the staff (or owner). I was told that the dog was required by law to wear a muzzle inside the establishment. I'd like to point out that, according to the Ministry of Health Ordinance of August 6, 2013 (Art. 1, paragraph 3), the owner is required to carry a muzzle and only wear it in case of risk or at the request of the authorities. Since I wore a muzzle, I was perfectly in compliance with national law. Inventing nonexistent obligations to annoy customers isn't the height of professionalism; if it was a nuisance, that's a different matter... Not that it barked much. In addition to the somewhat tense human atmosphere, I also found the establishment excessively cold, which didn't help me relax. It's a shame, because the food is worth it, but the hospitality and regulatory compliance leave much to be desired.

02/03/2026: This pastry shop has been in the area for about 50 years. I've lived about 150 meters from it since 1993, and...what can I say?...In the past, they've offered excellent quality products at prices not typical of Mirafiori Sud, but rather those typical of central Turin. Whatever the case, when you want to indulge in a sweet treat...in recent years, the pastry shop has expanded and, in addition to producing ice cream during the season, also offers a bar service with, of course, products such as croissants, etc., typical breakfast items. Lately, however, I must point out that, having gone there in this month of February 2026, one morning, to buy 2 trays of carnival bugie, I was served by a brunette girl at the counter, evidently with little desire to satisfy the customer and who filled one of the two trays with scraps of leftover bugie, practically little pieces of about 3, 4 cm, even in the presence of another untouched container of theirs with product made with suitable sizes... at my complaint, the same one got offended and answering me annoyed started to take from the tray with the fresh product and not from the one with the "crumbs"... all of which, then charged 42 euros per kilo, if I remember correctly... then in the area there are other pastry shops (such as in via Onore Vigliani and Corso Traiano) which in terms of quality/price ratio are excellent and above all they do not have staff at the counter that gives you little desire to work, I'm sorry because many times I have bought from them making a great impression on the people who have shared their product, but in the Lately, they've fallen short. I hope Mr. Giovanni reads my message and does everything he can to maintain the overall quality of the past, both locally and through top-notch staff. For now, I'll look elsewhere.

28/02/2026: We had a terrible experience here, not so much for the quality of the desserts, which is average, but for the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. Barely two meters of counter space between the register and the coffee machine, the cashier rudely asks to get a receipt before ordering... I reply that I'm not a thief, that in fact my wife is in line at the register and that maybe while I'm drinking my coffee I'll look at the window and feel like getting a cannoli or a cream puff... nothing, the clerk haughtily reiterates that you have to get a receipt first. I understand that the area is terrible, Mirafiori Sud, a depressed former Fiat area, but we're not all thieves who run away with a croissant in our mouths... look up and see who you're dealing with before you do those things in front of everyone... I found it infinitely mean and vulgar. I don't recommend it. Turin is full of pastry shops with qualified staff and an environment suited to welcoming honest and respectable customers.

01/03/2026: A very, very welcoming place. The cakes are delicious, especially the amaretto one. I can't wait to go back to try the chocolate and chili pepper one. The people are very kind. When we left, the lady came over to hug us. It was a lovely moment, just like they used to do in the old days. The herbal teas are very good, unique, and original. We'll definitely be back. ♥️

14/03/2026: A historic pastry shop in the village, recently renovated with a bar area for quality breakfasts. Friendly staff and lower prices than those at frozen food shops. Their croissants are homemade and high-quality.
