11/03/2025: To be honest, I actually don't understand why a lot of comments are like "nice service", "speak good English" and even "handsome stuff"??? As a foreign expat, I went here because of these comments and because of myself being a huge gelato fan. However, the truth was harsh. When I went it, I greeted a guy stuff "buonasera, scusami, english?" with 100% politeness. I basically used up all my vocabulary, and to my surprise, I got a direct "NOOO" response from him, which sounded to me, quite rude 😵‍💫 But I had no choice but to continue, so I tried my very best to find out some other Italian vocabulary to communicate with him, and to my surprise again, he told me "I speak good Italian"... I mean I even cannot understand if it is sarcasm or not...😵Anyways, I am not actually angry at that moment but kinda speechless... I mean, the stuff should be at least treat the customer in a genuine mode, not an unbothered/whatever-ish attitude... In general, the flavours are quite fantastic and you can feel the chef behind put much effort into this (which at least makes me want to rate 3/5 instead of 1/5...). But, the stuff at the front... I mean, I hope there will be an improvement...

07/02/2025: This evening too we stopped to eat a good pizza at IL RUSTICO. We recently moved and found this pizzeria, and it has become our go-to place. Few seats, specialized on appearance and delivery, but since we are not right around the corner we prefer to sit and eat by oven light! The owner is a very calm and kind person, the staff is made up of young and very courteous guys, this makes this place very fresh. The pizzas are very good but what we appreciate is the variety of the special pizzas. I find that there is a lot of imagination, different combinations than usual....not the usual banal "crazes". Confirmed by what the owner told me, that is, one of the "occasional" pizzas, the pizza of the month, born for fun has become a pizza at La Carta. Well done, have fun! I recommend it, we will definitely be back!

04/02/2025: Pizza, good prices and sandwiches, only problem was the service, the delivery man arrived 25 minutes late, so the food was COLD, Ordered at 7.30pm, arrived at 8pm.

07/04/2025: good but not exceptional cakes, portions a little small, but it is unforgivable that they let pigeons enter the place without doing anything, hygienically unpractical

03/04/2025: Terrible. Yesterday we entered the place where we were greeted by a truly excessive noise, not from the customers but from the 4 people behind the counter. I will overlook the poor education, not even so much from the two girls, but from what seemed to be an owner/manager behind the counter and another guy always behind the counter who without an apron, with truly unsuitable clothes, the sleeves of his sweater long continued to touch, move, the cakes in the display case, in short not even a good morning to four. I will overlook something else. We order two dark chocolates with cream and a coffee with cream and some toppings. The chocolate, water-based because it is dark, completely liquid like water.....but as I turn the spoon a little more, lumps come up, numerous, a couple as big as gnocchi....I taste it anyway but between the consistency, the lumps and the taste it is really terrible, I try to fix it with cream and even if I see the whipped cream machine the doubt is that it is one of those spray ones it is sweetish, soft, inconsistent. The doubt comes to me because I heard a girl say referring to the other one who was obviously new "...you know, Tizio fills it once a week...isn't there?" We paid at a sort of automatic cash register and we were not given a receipt. In the end I felt nauseous and on an empty stomach we went out, the pseudo owner/manager leaning there smoking with the other

25/01/2025: A few months ago I had takeaway pizzas and they were good. Instead I got other pizzas 2 weeks ago and they were poor. A little ham, a little mozzarella and hard artichokes

07/03/2025: Fabulous restaurant Friendly and fast staff Cozy and well furnished room I'm a crazy sushi eater because I eat it every day and few people manage to satisfy my palate. THIS RESTAURANT IS THE BEST EVER TRIED, the salmon is something of an aphrodisiac The ingredients are all very fresh and of excellent quality STRONG ADVICE BUT ABOVE ALL BE TRUSTED BY THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND GO AND TRY FOR YOURSELF!!

22/02/2025: I started frequenting this place as soon as it opened, and I must say that the food, the courtesy and the location made it a place worth revisiting. After this evening I can cross off the address because it has gotten much worse, overcooked rice practically stuck together, forgotten courses that never arrived, appetizers served after the first course, the ramen with the same broth as the fire pot. With these figures there are definitely better places

07/04/2025: Mancavo da qualche anno in questa pizzeria perché l’esperienza passata non mi aveva entusiasmato; purtroppo confermata l’idea iniziale. Prenotazione h. 20:30 di sabato sera: capisco il caos ma piú di mezz’ora di ritardo per sedersi è inconcepibile. Personale poco cordiale e presuntuoso; richiesta di variazione di un ingrediente di una pizza rifiutato con sufficienza e superiorità. Impasto buono, ingredienti di qualità. Sconsigliata la pizza doppia “Ripieno Starita”: un po’ secca e pochi ingredienti (da come è stata presentata, ci aspettavamo molto di piú).

29/03/2025: Pizza good but not exceptional I took a devil the salami in the wineskin which being little was cut into strips??!! Well clean environment but every time they opened the door cold air comes from outside it should be protected, bathrooms: you have to go down the stairs below, to serve the hungry children who have been served last.

10/03/2025: We got married in Verbania in April 2024 and decided to turn to the Dell'Agnese pastry shop for the wedding cake. Excellent service, punctual and impeccable, highly recommended.

22/02/2025: I tried his really good pretzels, in particular the frankfurter/mustard, peppers/anchovies and tuna/artichokes flavours... without forgetting the pizzas topped with tomato and fontina... an extra touch. Must try

27/11/2024: I have been using this pastry shop for a long time, and I have never had the slightest disappointment. Extremely fresh and high quality products, whether they are cakes, pastries, pretzels or anything else. The staff is always kind and attentive to customer needs, as well as precise in providing accurate conservation instructions.

24/08/2024: We arrived at 08.50 and sat at a table outside waiting for it to open after 10 minutes. They let us out because they hadn't opened yet, but they didn't do any activity (cleaning and preparation) at the group of tables where we were sitting. No further comments
