But the real problem was the quality of the food: the dishes were very poor in terms of aesthetics and even worse in terms of quality. There were two of us, and we both left our dishes behind because they weren't good. Considering they cost almost €25 each, we're just not satisfied. Being an Eataly-branded restaurant in the center of Turin, this is unacceptable. It's a shame for the people who work there: it can't be easy.

13/09/2025: The aperitif was paltry: 7.99 for a drink and a mixed plate, the sign says, but if you order two because you're a couple, the drink is double, but the main course is still one, and it's paltry, too. You'd expect minimal variety with the mixed plate, but instead you get a plate full of supermarket-quality tortillas to dip in tomato salsa, four equally mediocre onion rings, and four tiny pieces of plain quesadilla.

The wines were included in the menu, except for one that was off-menu. The wines included on the menu were limited to two bottles for eight people. When the host took our "à la carte" order, he didn't bring a menu with prices, but a small table with dishes they had written and listed verbally, without being able to see the prices. We all chose (the people off-menu) something, with blind pricing. We arrived at the end of the meal and were told that the amaros (commercial ones, such as San Simone, etc.) were free. However, when it came time to get the bill, a small, handwritten, squared piece of paper arrived, listing the total price of the bill, €450, without any of the details or pre-billing that cash registers usually provide. Unhappy with the service, the poor food, and the lack of clarity on the bill, we asked for a detailed pre-bill, and instead, another A4 sheet of paper arrived with a handwritten price breakdown, with no menu price comparison. However, the amaros that had been said to be free actually appeared on the bill. I'm publishing the bill as an attachment. It's a shame because the food is good, the place is nice, but the management is not. It's always a shame to write reviews like this. We hope this point is taken into account so we can improve and be more transparent with our customers.

09/09/2025: On Saturday evening I went to Todra' for my sister's sixtieth birthday. The food was excellent, the owners were delightful, the atmosphere modern and welcoming. I will return.

02/03/2026: This pastry shop has been in the area for about 50 years. I've lived about 150 meters from it since 1993, and...what can I say?...In the past, they've offered excellent quality products at prices not typical of Mirafiori Sud, but rather those typical of central Turin. Whatever the case, when you want to indulge in a sweet treat...in recent years, the pastry shop has expanded and, in addition to producing ice cream during the season, also offers a bar service with, of course, products such as croissants, etc., typical breakfast items. Lately, however, I must point out that, having gone there in this month of February 2026, one morning, to buy 2 trays of carnival bugie, I was served by a brunette girl at the counter, evidently with little desire to satisfy the customer and who filled one of the two trays with scraps of leftover bugie, practically little pieces of about 3, 4 cm, even in the presence of another untouched container of theirs with product made with suitable sizes... at my complaint, the same one got offended and answering me annoyed started to take from the tray with the fresh product and not from the one with the "crumbs"... all of which, then charged 42 euros per kilo, if I remember correctly... then in the area there are other pastry shops (such as in via Onore Vigliani and Corso Traiano) which in terms of quality/price ratio are excellent and above all they do not have staff at the counter that gives you little desire to work, I'm sorry because many times I have bought from them making a great impression on the people who have shared their product, but in the Lately, they've fallen short. I hope Mr. Giovanni reads my message and does everything he can to maintain the overall quality of the past, both locally and through top-notch staff. For now, I'll look elsewhere.

28/02/2026: We had a terrible experience here, not so much for the quality of the desserts, which is average, but for the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. Barely two meters of counter space between the register and the coffee machine, the cashier rudely asks to get a receipt before ordering... I reply that I'm not a thief, that in fact my wife is in line at the register and that maybe while I'm drinking my coffee I'll look at the window and feel like getting a cannoli or a cream puff... nothing, the clerk haughtily reiterates that you have to get a receipt first. I understand that the area is terrible, Mirafiori Sud, a depressed former Fiat area, but we're not all thieves who run away with a croissant in our mouths... look up and see who you're dealing with before you do those things in front of everyone... I found it infinitely mean and vulgar. I don't recommend it. Turin is full of pastry shops with qualified staff and an environment suited to welcoming honest and respectable customers.

07/01/2026: The café is quite small (and in my opinion, there are too many tables and seats), but the service is well-mannered and the drinks are quite special and delicious. I didn't buy any food, but from what I saw, the food looked beautiful and delicious. I'd say the value for money is 4 stars.

24/12/2025: I'll start by saying I was a guest, but the Piedmontese food was excellent, with an exceptional platter, peppers with anchovy sauce, excellent minced meat, delicious green tongue, mini arancini, and then polenta with cod, delicious. I'll be back to try the pizza too.

04/01/2026: Never again! We ordered pizzas to take home at 5:30 PM for 7:30 PM, but it's a shame they arrived at 8:35 PM!!! It wasn't the first time we'd ordered them, but the other times they've arrived 10-15 minutes late, and that's understandable, that's too much! Plus, they were cold, and we were told it took 40 minutes from Cafasse to Corio. Sure, if you stop halfway through the valley, you're bound to, but it's not the customer's problem if you plan poorly.

27/12/2025: We were in this beautiful city for the Immaculate Conception long weekend and stumbled upon this charming little gelateria. The owner delighted us with a real treat: a warm zabaglione with cream. To say it was amazing is an understatement, absolutely delicious, and a wonderful biccerin. Don't miss out on this treat. The owner is incredibly kind and talented.

22/11/2025: I stumbled upon Gasprin on Corso San Maurizio by chance, where I tried the Bicerin with gelato for the first time, and what can I say...I was blown away by how good it was! The girls are incredibly kind and friendly! Highly recommended!
