17/12/2025: I've been coming to this piadina shop for years because the food is excellent, it's a shame that since they also use Glovo, the people sitting in the restaurant are served last, after take-out and even after friends who call and have their order "slipped in" between one and the other... I'm sorry but waiting 40 minutes for a piadina is not acceptable in my opinion... shame

15/02/2026: The impression is that the service did what it could, even politely, but that there was a real staffing problem: in fact, we waited so long that we ultimately forgot about dessert. But the real problem was the quality of the food: the dishes were very poor in terms of aesthetics and even worse in terms of quality. There were two of us, and we both left our dishes behind because they weren't good. Considering they cost almost €25 each, we're just not satisfied. Being an Eataly-branded restaurant in the center of Turin, this is unacceptable. It's a shame for the people who work there: it can't be easy.

04/03/2026: The pizzas, farinata, and fried foods were all very good. The pasta wasn't so good. I had the tonnarelli cacio e pepe, and they were watery. The cream wasn't made well. The staff weren't all the friendliest, but overall, I'd rate them positively.

They're very disorganized, and often some dishes were missing from the table, and they didn't arrive until the end of the meal... I'll conclude by saying that I didn't have a good experience at all, and I advise you not to be fooled by the welcoming and modern location.

01/03/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We had ordered pinsa, but what we were served wasn't pinsa at all. The base was a normal pizza, too thick, and the cooking was terrible; it was raw and indigestible.
Furthermore, the wait for the food was incredibly long.
However, we must acknowledge that the waiters were very kind. Unfortunately, the disappointment with the pinsa and the long wait outweighed the kindness of the service.
PS: Pinsa should be removed from the menu.

24/07/2025: I'm at an age that dictates moderation in my sweets, so I'd like those few I do have to be truly special. Today I bought a tiny tray filled with shortcrust and almond delights. Each pastry was a pleasant surprise, with almost imperceptible variations that were therefore exciting! I need to return more often, so I can discover new variations each time, the fruit of great passion and boundless imagination. :)

31/10/2025: A very pleasant stay in an elegant property brimming with Art Nouveau charm, just steps from the city center. Every corner tells a story, and the rooms, named after famous painters, are clean and meticulously maintained. The staff was impeccable: kind, welcoming, and attentive. A wonderful surprise for my birthday, with a beautifully and charmingly served cake. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, including freshly cooked dishes and fresh fruit juices. Recommended for those seeking charm, professionalism, and authenticity.

21/11/2025: So let's start by saying that the changing rooms until the new ones are built are truly awful, not even a drop of hand soap, not to mention that when someone enters the changing room if you're changing you're at everyone's mercy... then the restaurant... Not much choice, after a game with the coach we stopped for dinner and had a joke... large portion, we're hungry... result? €2 more as a supplement for a little more pasta but without sauce, so much so that these tagliolini with salmon were a real pain in the ass.

The room has all the comforts, and there's a kitchen next door with everything you need.
Downstairs is a wonderful pizzeria, where we had a delicious meal.
The pizza oven is truly beautiful.
A big thank you to the owner, Thomas, for his kindness and hospitality.

The waiter was very kind and extremely polite, always attentive and smiling. The pizza? Delicious, exactly what I expected: light dough, fresh, well-balanced ingredients. The pizza chef was polite and very attentive to the customer's needs. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
I'll definitely be back.

18/01/2026: Very, very, very slow service. You can order maybe once and the kitchen is closed. Good food, but I don't recommend it.
17/01/2026: The atmosphere is noisy, the fish is fresh but served very simply and with little innovation or attention to presentation.
Lots of Italian first courses.
They haven't updated much, except for the price, which is in line with other more modern sushi restaurants.
