21/01/2025: I come from out of town to eat this pizza at Gerry's. Thin, digestible and super tasty pizza, at Gerry's you have to eat simple pizzas with 1 or 2 ingredients to really appreciate the dough and sauce. My favorite remains the marinara with spicy salami. The owners, Gerry and his wife, are two wonderful people. It remains one of the few pizzerias with still super honest prices but where the quality is very high. If I could give 6 stars I would. The only flaw for me is that it doesn't exist in the city where I live. Must try!

Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Jasmine, whose professionalism and attentiveness greatly contributed to making this meal memorable. The pizzas, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, were simply delicious. The crispy crust combined with generous toppings delighted my taste buds. The friendly atmosphere of the restaurant, enhanced by Jasmine's impeccable service, added a pleasant touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend La Fermata to all lovers of good Italian cuisine in Turin. Don't hesitate to ask for Jasmine during your visit to enjoy exceptional service.

La seconda portata, una polenta con spezzatino, è stata servita in porzioni adeguate per gli uomini, mentre per le donne è stata data una porzione misera. Probabilmente perché la polenta era terminata, ma nessuno ci ha avvisati di questa eventualità. Inoltre, la lunga attesa è stata insopportabile, un’attesa che non giustifica la qualità del servizio e delle porzioni. Nonostante il disagio, non c’è stata neppure offerta una riduzione sul conto finale. Consiglio di prenotare presto per avere un servizio migliore, altrimenti vi ritroverete ad aspettare a lungo senza giustificazioni. Purtroppo, non posso dare una valutazione positiva complessiva

13/02/2025: One of the best pastry shops in the area. Well made creams, fresh pastries and normal prices. I would recommend this pastry shop to make a good impression if you want to present yourself with a dessert.

19/03/2025: Every time I go to Turin I eat at this place and it never disappoints. Excellent dishes, I've never had to wait long, the place isn't huge inside but it's clean and that's what counts. Waiters who, perhaps novices, are kind and helpful and that's what counts. A place that I recommend, months later it is still excellent.

19/03/2025: The food is sparse and not particularly good compared to other offerings. I've eaten better for 10 euros. It's quite greasy and has little flavor and has little to do with Chinese food. Too bad

29/12/2024: Very kind and friendly owners The cuisine is excellent, I had wild boar stew with civet and polenta, very pleasant and tasty. My wife ordered gnocchi with toma della valley (delicious, it melted in your mouth) and wild boar stew with mixed vegetables. Simple and beautiful environment, just the way we like it 💕 Recommended and passed with full marks!

04/03/2025: But sorry but it's possible, there's a pig who serves the dishes, with a beautiful formula, I serve one I eat one yum, slow ass service, the food sucks for God's sake the fish isn't even at normal temperature, they serve the sashimi in ice so you don't notice. Pls close or improve

25/03/2025: Early breakfast on Monday before picking up the teen. Very busy place but despite this the staff is efficient, we didn't have to wait long to be served. Very stuffed cronetti, be careful not to get dirty! Recommended for a quick breakfast before starting work!

24/11/2024: Nice place a stone's throw from Porta Susa station. I recommend booking on the weekend. Wide choice of red and white wines. The cold cuts and cheese platter for two people was not very abundant but of good quality!

05/11/2024: Excellent wine shop in the beautiful CIT neighborhood. I was there a month ago now for an aperitif before taking the train to nearby Porta Susa. Being alone, I was placed on the shared table and drank a good glass of a very intense rosé ciliegiolo, accompanied by delicious breadsticks and seasoned olives. There are many proposals for rich, refined and inviting appetizers. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant and welcoming: surrounded by beautiful bottles and colorful paintings. Musical accompaniment (too bad it wasn't jazz but evidently the manager has a rock soul). Tables also outside and friendly staff. I spent a pleasant moment reading in peace: the place, at that moment, was quiet, with few customers, but I expect many will have arrived later.

21/03/2025: When we happen to be in Pinerolo we always happily take a lunch break at Eatitaly. The food is good (a bit expensive in fact) and the location is nice. Today, however, two strange things happened: the first is that in the salad ordered by my wife, mixed with the valerian and the mixed salad, there was also a paper ball the size, to give an idea, of a paper tissue (hopefully not used). Unfortunately we only noticed it at the end. We reported the matter to the staff behind the counter (where we were sitting) who expressed an apology that was, to say the least, not even remotely heartfelt! The second strange thing is that when it came to paying, and it was not our intention to not pay for the dish ordered, not even two words of displeasure or, I don't know, two coffees offered. It's not about money but I think that a little courtesy and kindness towards customers is never out of place ..... but maybe it's enough that they only bring the money and a lot of it. Disappointment!

18/03/2025: Organized an evening with friends, unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service, due to the long wait, 35 minutes passed before we could order and then we waited about an hour to start eating... after finishing the tagliata with potatoes the bread arrived. My friend, after eating bruschetta, had to ask why after an hour and a half his tagliata had not arrived yet! As for the food, the tagliata was really small for the price paid (more than €20) and hard, while the pizza was normal. However, I was impressed by the customer service who contacted me to apologize for what happened and offer me a discount. We went back and tried the appetizers, the first course was again the tagliata which this time was very good. Congratulations
