28/10/2025: Lovely welcoming owners and staff. Excellent home cooked food. Generous portions. Varied menu with yummy mountain dishes of polenta with various accompaniments and trout of course. You can even catch your own trout from the lake and have it cooked for your lunch. Reasonable prices. Beautiful location. The grilled chicken with coleslaw was delicious. The mixed salad perfect. Wonderful place for lunch on a sunny day or for an apperitivi or coffee on the way to Monfol or back. Easy walking distance from Sauze. Parking available. Dog friendly. Would highly recommend.

29/07/2025: Inside, the bar was very cold, a bit like a hospital. I had a coffee and left, but it's not what one would expect from a bar/ice cream shop in Turin.

06/11/2025: Nice and clean atmosphere (even the bathroom), quick but imprecise service (I asked for 2 waters for 50 and received one for 75 and ordered 3 plates of different ravioli and received 3 portions of the same type) good price and lots of choice, quality of the food so-so: good sushi, but the mussels and shrimp ravioli had an unpleasant smell and taste.

19/10/2025: We had a cocktail for €9, mediocre and small, and at the cashier they told me it was €12...you don't make mistakes like that; when in doubt, just check. The setting wasn't bad, but it was too dark.

21/11/2025: So let's start by saying that the changing rooms until the new ones are built are truly awful, not even a drop of hand soap, not to mention that when someone enters the changing room if you're changing you're at everyone's mercy... then the restaurant... Not much choice, after a game with the coach we stopped for dinner and had a joke... large portion, we're hungry... result? €2 more as a supplement for a little more pasta but without sauce, so much so that these tagliolini with salmon were a real pain in the ass.

31/10/2025: A very pleasant stay in an elegant property brimming with Art Nouveau charm, just steps from the city center. Every corner tells a story, and the rooms, named after famous painters, are clean and meticulously maintained. The staff was impeccable: kind, welcoming, and attentive. A wonderful surprise for my birthday, with a beautifully and charmingly served cake. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection, including freshly cooked dishes and fresh fruit juices. Recommended for those seeking charm, professionalism, and authenticity.

04/12/2025: I tried the pizza but I wouldn't recommend it. The atmosphere is nice. The staff is too serious. I added a star for the service because of the girl who showed up later with a smile! But the problem remains the pizza!

24/11/2025: Terrible service. We arrived 10 minutes early, and they rudely reminded us of the time without letting us in, only to set up the table late. Pizza is better than the frozen one! Poor quality ingredients, raw tomatoes, burrata not whole but only half, Bra sausage that looked like raw meat. Off-brand draft beer. The place is chaotic and smelly. I'd like to see the local health authority check it out. It's a basement where they use open flames to heat food, resulting in a very strong smell. The basement definitely doesn't have enough ventilation for the number of people there. They made a mistake in bringing a pizza, and by the time it arrived, we'd all already finished, so it was sent back, and luckily they didn't add it to the bill. Overpriced for what we got.

24/08/2025: We loved everything about it, nice little apartment with everything we needed. Nice location sorrounded by the mountains but still only 10 minutes by car from Bardonecchia. Free parking both outside and underground.

23/08/2025: The view from the rooms was beautiful. Problem: the bar and breakfast restaurant were closed; they forgot to let us know.

18/04/2025: I've been getting takeout for years and have always found Emiliano's fried panzerotto to be fantastic... but after several orders, it never arrived the same... so I started ordering a Francoso pizza... and I always get a mushroom and ham pizza... when the ingredients also include cream and parmesan... I advise the pizza chef to review the pizza ingredients on the menu!

25/01/2025: A few months ago, I had takeout pizzas, and they were good. Two weeks ago, however, I had another pizza, and they were terrible. Not enough ham, not enough mozzarella, and tough artichokes.

25/11/2025: In an interesting format Friendly Quick service Bucatini cacio e pepe was good but a little watery. The house wine was decent.

21/11/2025: A delight for the palate. The fresh pasta cooked to order is truly delicious. The toppings and appetizers are truly a treat. It was a wonderful experience. Before leaving Turin to return to my hometown of Puglia, I'll be back. The staff is courteous, empathetic, and kind.

20/08/2025: Good for lunch. Not the nicest waiter in Italy. A little hot inside on a summer hot day. But outside was too sunny at lunchtime. We did not stick around for coffee and got it elsewhere.

04/11/2025: A small place called "Barbera e Rubatà" but without any special Piedmontese wine selection. A table for two is impossible without joining a group of strangers; let's say it's a bit unusual for a couple. I definitely wouldn't return, without any shame or praise.
