Today we had lunch at this agriturismo after a morning spent gathering chestnuts in the surrounding area—a beautiful experience in itself, made even more special by the lunch that awaited us. The menu was a surprise, constructed with the freshest, seasonal ingredients: everything prepared by the chef with great care. The mushrooms, picked just this morning, were delicious appetizers. At La Coustera we ate excellent food cooked in the traditional Piedmontese style. The fritto misto was absolutely top-notch. Excellent value for money.
